I had a great experience with Todd who came to help me fix my washing machine. I was having an issue where it was making a very loud noise during the rinse cycle, and I got a couple of quotes from various companies that mentioned I would likely have to replace my entire washer. Todd thought the same thing, but was willing to come on site the same day that I reached out to him and take a look. I was so impressed he was able to get me in same-day! When you have an appliance that is broken, it is frustrating to live without it so it was nice to have him address it so quickly. Turns out everything looked normal about my washer, and he was able to replace one small part which fixed the problem and I have had no issue with it since. My washing machine is working just fine now a days, and I am SO thankful he was able to fix it so quickly and for 1/10 the cost of what it would have been to replace the entire unit. My freezer refrigerator went out and since I had used Todd before I called him again and he was here within a few hours!... my old but trust worthy KitchenAid Superba had stopped working, and I had hundreds of dollars worth of ribeye steaks in the freezer - and got really worried. My refrigerator died last night, I came downstairs to my ice all melted and refrigerator at 55 degrees. I called 4 different local appliance repair servicemen and Appliance Expert texted me back right away. Todd was in the area and he came to my house 45 minutes after I gave my first phone call. He diagnosed my compressor wasn't working so he tried to put a new starter on it. When that didn't work he determined that it was dead and recommended I just buy a new fridge. When a fridge dies and every minute my food is going bad it's nice to get that kind of fast service so I really appreciated the quick turnaround. read more

I have a Whirlpool washing machine that is six years old and it started to make a sound like a jet engine when it spins at high speed. I called Appliance Expert and talked to Todd and explained the problem and he spent a great deal of time telling me what it need and the cost. He was extremely honest and didn't tell me had to look at it first and then give me an estimate. I called several other appliance repair company's and none of them would even give me a rough estimate on the cost. I understand they need to see the machine and diagnose exactly what is needed but Todd new immediately what was wrong when I gave him the description of the problem.
