    On hold with Best Buy

    Paid for and scheduled a car cam install. Arrived at appointment only to be told the harness was not in stock, though it plainly showed in stock on the website. Installers wouldn't look at the stock and turned us away; no install. Scheduled the install for the next day thru customer support, and was assured all parts were in stock. That appt was cancelled via text...no explanation. Do yourself favor and go somewhere else...ANYWHERE. BestBuy doesn't deserve any consumer dollars with this type of dishonest behavior.

    I'm literally looking at the phone I purchased but can't have it because Best Buy and sprint can't get their act together.

    Bought an iPhone 11 via sprint and Best Buy I'm currently sitting in front of the phone I ordered three days ago looking at it in the store longingly but I still can't get it in hand. It's been 2.5 hours... I'm getting hangry... The journey of this phone ordered sprint phone online phone didn't come because it was snowy and the carrier marked as undeliverable phone returned to Best Buy now sitting at Best Buy in front of my new iPhone looking at it sprint cancelled the service on my current phone so I don't have any Verizon service anymore (I'm on WiFi) now hostage because I'm worthless without my phone for directions. Best Buy says nothing they can do/refund because it's sprints problem. Moral: don't ever get delivery because if it doesn't get to your place you're screwed. One extra star for the two guys who have been helpful at Best Buy. Andrew manager didn't give any store credit but fixed the problem so props to him.

    Took Geek squad over 45 minutes to install a screen protector. And they charged us $15 for the privilege. Would not recommend

He showed us options and even after taking up a lot of his time with questions he made us feel like we were the only people in the store. I got my upright freezer and with mikes suggestion i found just the right pillow for me. My brother found a new bed with a ajustable base at a good price.     Went online to look for an OTR microwave. Put in the Westminster location in the website before…read moresearching. A nice unit came up at a good price so I went ahead and purchased it. I did not receive a confirmation. later I found that I had a voice mail. The call did not come through as it showed up as Spam. The call was to tell me that I had to go to the store 1 hour away in Parker, Co to pick it up. I went into the Westminster store and met with a very rude employee. I asked for him to call a manager for me and he refused. I called the person who's name was on my invoice and worked at the main warehouse, and he was just as rude. His name is Kyle. I asked him to contact a manager and he also refused to get me in contact with a manager. He finally said he could have it shipped up to the Westminster store, but it would be 10 days. I finally had to cancel the sale.

    We bought an open box dryer from Appliance Factory in Thornton. They delivered it (4/16), hooked it…read moreup and it kept tripping our breakers. They set up an appointment for an electrician and took our old (still working) dryer. On 4/17, the electrician found all our electrical was fine (new house) but there is a short somewhere in the dryer. They wanted us to set up a repair appointment with their 3rd party repair company. It would be 3 weeks before they could repair it. I called the store twice on 4/16 to talk to the manager -Patty (left 2 messages) and she never returned a call. I also called their "president's line" on 4/16 for customers wanting help with issues. Again, called twice, 2 messages, no return call. Horrible customer service. We are guessing that this open box wasn't because of scratches (which we could not see) but more to the fact that it doesn't work. We called our original salesperson first thing this morning (4/17) stating we wanted another actual working dryer or our old dryer back. We are still waiting for a call back. Should have been a quick answer- "we are sorry we sold you a defective dryer and we will correct our error with an actual working dryer". My husband finally called Parker (salesperson on afternoon of 4/17) and he said they are going to call us Monday to refund our money and schedule a time to pick up the broken dryer. They didn't say anything about bringing back our dryer that they took. What we have done to try and remedy the situation: Contacted two local tv station consumer reporters to see if they can help. Submitted a review with the Thornton Chamber of Commerce. Disputed our credit card charge. Filed a complaint with the Attorney General's office. Emailed all of the information above to the store and CEO via Linkedin. Filed a complaint with the BBB. Today is 4/20. I received text messages from the repair company trying to come repair the dryer which is not an option and I have no idea who is trying to set this up. I called the store to let them know we are still waiting for someone to schedule a pickup of their dryer. I also sent an email. We still have not received any communication. Called Parker(salesperson) at 5:20 asking for a return call. Did not call. Called the President's Line at 6:07 - left a message that the defective dryer will be out in our driveway for them to pick up on 4/23/26 and we accept no responsibility for it. 4/21/26 Filed complaint with Business Consumer Alliance. 4/22 Received call from Kaden regarding my BBB complaint. 4/22 Received call from Jordan that dryer will be picked up between 3 and 5 on 4/23. 4/23 5:05 Called Jordan to see where they were. He stated the truck broke down, they weren't coming and that he had left a message (which he hadn't). 4/23 Left message for Kaden that pickup didn't happen. No communication from them at all. 4/28 - Notified the "President's Line" that I am giving them 48 hours notice to pick up the dryer or I will be donating it. Filed a complaint with Call for Action.
