I genuinely find the the team here (mostly at checkout, because that's who I interact with), to be very friendly and helpful. Never rude, or pushy. They make for a pleasant experience, which otherwise could be a really hectic and annoying experience. The selection here is just like any other Costco, and the value is always what you come to expect. This is my "home" store-- so happy to give them 5 stars, they deserve it! This was a cafe experience. I was not aware of a new procedure. I came in and put in my pizza order, got my receipt from the kiosk and went about my shopping with the plan to pick up my pizza on the way out. When I got to the window, I was informed that the new procedure is to purchase at the kiosk, then go hand the ticket to the person at the counter to get the order in. I apologized for not knowing procedure and took my ticket to the counter. The pizza person apologized to me and I told her, I was just unaware and know what to do for next time. No harm, no foul. She put a rush on my order because I was understanding and my wait was only about 10 minutes. I appreciated that. read more

I like this location because it's tucked away, there's a little shade in the parking lot, and it's easy to get in and out. It feels slightly smaller than the Arvada location but I have no clue if that's true. One of the down to earth and super friendly employees might know that answer. If you're on the fence about coming here then maybe you should go to the Arvada location instead. That way this location doesn't get too crowded read more

You cannot find a better deal. A hot dog, slice of pizza, two chocolate shake things... I think it was $8. I absolutely hate the rat race inside of Costco's. A family member has a membership here and I wanted to compare it to another store of a similar nature. I found this store to be a mixed jumble of different components just haphazardly stuck together with no real symmetry. Sample ladies over here, a window replacement salesman over there, another person trying to get to to sign up for something and then trying to navigate the aisles is like trying to ride a bicycle on the interstate freeway. Cost of the items are similar to other subscription based warehouse stores, but this brand of store does not have any of the modern and up to date technologies that are found in the other. read more

I enjoy shopping at Costco, but I had an online order of a big-screen TV delivered today, and it seems I paid extra for the setup but all they did was take it out of the box! They didn't even show up with tools and had to borrow a screwdriver! I could have taken it out of the box myself for $30. I called customer support and they refunded me the $30, but told me it would be 4 or 5 days before anyone could come out and set it up for me. The tire department claims to torque all wheels by hand. If that is true, how do some wheels end up nearly double the spec. When confronted with this, all they do is ignore the fact that they have done a sorry job and talk about safety. They are completely unreliable. Tried a different Costco for the next set. They chipped the lacquer on all five tires with whatever they removed the previous weights with. Again, just plain sorriness. Not really sure where to go next time. read more

I have liked this store since it opened. My favorite things are the clothing section (which I always have to look at as I'm coming in on the main aisle), the meat department and the hearing center. (Smartest thing I ever did was get hearing aids.) If I stick to my list, I can stay within my budget.....BUT what fun is that? If I would have the choice for cero stars, I would select it. The service in this place is terrible, although some technicians are kind. After waiting 1 1/2 hours for a flat tire repair that I had scheduled, they told me that they run out of plugs, so someone from Costco superior needed to bring those plugs. I waited for another hour to get my tire repaired. After they finished the tire and returned my car, I drove back home, but the tire-flat-sensor never went away. I parked my car in the driveway and measured the pressure of the tire that was supposed to be fixed, and it measured 19 pounds of pressure, which the correct one should be 32 pounds. I don't know if the technician didn't fix it well or didn't put enough air. but I put some air. This happened today, so I'm waiting to see if the tire holds the pressure. What a waste of time and Efford. read more

Had the best day at Costco. We went today at 12:45 pm and it was EMPTY! The samples were all out and they were so good. We got everything we needed and then some more stuff. I got a blanket that is better than the barefoot dreams blanket and soo much cheaper. Me and my pups have been cuddling up all day. I also stocked up on diapers and it's the only place I can find my formula for my baby. We also got a birthday cake for my brother in law that was delicious! read more

The service was terrible. I'm not sure if the workers are racist or what? But when the clientele is predominantly white and you're a minority and the staff is staring you down you get a very uncomfortable feeling. The prices are high. I had some issues with my business membership and was "assisted" by Lisa. She was not pleasant at all, never a smile, never I'm sorry you had to address this problem 3 times, only thing she aid was that I was rude. It was not worth making a comment to that statement . I believe she belongs in the back where there are no customers. On the other hand I spoke with Tom at the business center today as well, and he was very kind, apologic and made sure all the issues were taken care of. Lisa should take some direction from Tom. You agree to the sale, bring the paperwork and drive off with your car. NOTE: there are no negotiations. The price quoted is the price you pay. Know that in advance. You may get several offers to select from and you proceed from there. I would suggest once you pick the vehicle you want, select the biggest search distance you can to get the best price. Sadly, I may still love the pizza as much or more as the car :). Seriously , checkit out. Recommend 100% Get a pizza too. Note: my experiences were in Southern California. Oh, I am HEATED you guys. I call Fridays "Froyo Friday", because I go to Costco every week to get my favorite açaí frozen yogurt. I typically go to the Arvada Costco, but I was in the neighborhood for work so I figured I'd shorten my trip. When I asked for the frozen yogurt with just the açaí flavor, the woman working the counter (today. 1/18 at 12:45 PM- yeah, I'm that kind of mad) looked confused. I let her know they typically charge me for the swirl, to make it clear I wasn't expecting the cheaper priced frozen yogurt cup. She looked confused again and said, "Yeah, but the açaí flavor is really expensive... so... really it should be charged more like a bowl". I was annoyed, so I admittedly said in a hurried way, "just do the swirl then", because the bowl is $5 versus the swirl's $3 price tag. I didn't feel like paying double. She turned around without a word, filled the cup, and set down (again, without a word) a NOT EVEN HALF FULL cup of froyo with just the açaí flavor. No discussion, like "I can charge that price but I have to give you less", not even the swirl I had requested instead. A HALF FULL cup. I grabbed it and walked away because I was so annoyed at the passive aggressive way this was handled, and because I had a terrible day at work and just wanted a cup of froyo. I will never be back to this Costco, and honestly find this to be so petty and upsetting I would consider contacting corporate. I know that's ridiculous over a cup of yogurt, but this one really made me mad. Keep in mind, I paid the swirl price for this half full cup, and would have been fine with the swirl if she didn't think the pricing was appropriate. This I am absolutely not fine with, though. I love Costco. Pretty much anything I need and can buy at Costco, I do. I shop regularly at four different stores. Two in Colorado and two in Arizona. We just came back from Arizona and went to the Westminster store to get things we need. They were either out of stock or don't carry a number of items we get at other Costcos. These are not things that are local purchases, but national products, even some Kirkland branded products. To top off the whole experience, we got hotdogs and drinks. The food court was understaffed and when I asked for onions, I got a very rude reply. I didn't think I would ever write a bad review of a Costco. But this one I have to. Very disappointed. read more

We get meat, frozen foods, and dog food here on a regular basis. They don't have as good of Pharmacy pricing for us as compared to Sams Club but everything else is better for us. We also get gas and that is a real savings. FINALLY: Hot Dog Combo Pizza Churro's and Chili the food court is the best. After we eat we make our rounds to all of the free samples they give out. The cashier Cheryl was beyond rude when I purchased something here on February 24th, 2023. It was my first time coming to this Costco and I gave her cash. I wanted to buy it with 14 dollars cash and the rest debit card. I managed to proceed to repeat to her and she kept talking to me sternly that she didn't understand. Well I didn't know what else to do because I didn't know how else to explain. Finally she understood, I apologized and she responded back "I didn't understand what you were saying". I apologized again and told her I don't like change, she didn't respond. She gave me my cash and didn't give it to my hand. She put it there on the table with the receipt, and didn't even say anything. Proceeded with the next member like I wasn't even there. While visiting WESTMINSTER, had to make a quick trip to the Costco. We were having a bbq and folks requested Costco Bratwurst! So, off to Costco I went ! :) The store was clean, friendly greeter at the front of the store who pointed me in the right direction. I found the Brats! Yeaaa!!! Check out lines were short - that's great! I wasn't happy that they don't take MasterCard - seemed odd. I also needed ice which they did not have, I had to go to the attached liquor store. I dont normally shop at costco but have been lately for the holidays. I have seen some really good deals on womens clothes and dvd's and all kinds of stuff no know needs. This one in westminster the employees are always working hard to open new lanes and keeping traffic moving. The last couple times i've been im i've gotten really good personal service(taking me to what i'm looking for instead of pointing). And if you need a new T.V. then costco is the place. I am an immune compromised person and Costco member since 2013. Since I am unable to shop physically in their shop I am trying to cancel my subscription online or via phone. Their system is made in a way that I have to go physically in their store to do that. Various phone calls did not reach any solution (.."I connect you with a manager"..but no answer on that line etc.) Very frustrating experience. And absolute waste of time. read more

If you get a chance, go by and say hi to Anna! She is one of the sweetest people I have ever met. We had an issue with my debit card and instead of letting us just leave and come back with the money, she broke out her own card and said to pay it forward. Words cannot describe how grateful I am. If I could give a negative star review I would. I called in hopes of refilling my dogs medication. I always use Costco for my dogs refills. I typically use the Arvada location though, after relocating this one was closer to home. When I got in touch with the pharmacist working she spoke over me, raising her voice the entire time. I provided the full name, spelling and the RX number. It was like pulling teeth just to get a sentence out. I asked if they did not share records between stores, she said they do. After repeating all my information again she said "well, it's not coming up." after being spoke over the entire conversation I was finally able to ask if I had to go to the same location that I always have. She was incredibly rude and impatient. she replied "no." Deciding the conversation wasn't going to get any better I told her I would call the Arvada one I always use and go there. Arvada'a location was able to find my dogs Medication immediately and even apologized for the other stores pharmacist. I understand everyone has bad days, personally I feel if you are working in medicine you need to at least try to be a little more sensitive and understanding. read more

Got two sets of microfiber king sheets with 8 pillow cases for just forty bucks--they're super comfortable and incredibly cheap for the quality. The tire center is terrible. I bought 4 new tires a few months back. We had to take my car back in last week. I had a leak in my tire. They said my tire had a nail on side. The tire was out of stock. And they needed to order it from Texas. Well I noticed my low air light came on. My husband checked the tires. They never put the spare tire on. They just filled the tire with the nail. They told us they put the spare on. This Costco has bad customer service. read more
