The chairs are really cute but the console/side table/dresser options were gaudy. Maybe just not my style. Worth a visit but a bit overwhelming if you don't have a plan. :)

From the moment I walked in, the staff listened to my needs and offered thoughtful suggestions that truly made my space feel like home again. What really impressed me was the quality of the pieces they carry--this isn't your typical consignment store. Every item feels carefully curated, with unique and high-end finds at prices that make you do a double take. It's the kind of place where you walk in looking for one thing and leave with three (and no regrets). Honestly, I hesitate to spread the word because I know I'll be competing for the best finds--but credit is due. This is a rare hidden gem with the most helpful, kind, and knowledgeable ownership and staff you could ask for. If you're looking for something special, skip the big box stores and check this place out. Just leave a few good pieces for me!

Such a disappointment. If all you want is a rustic brown look. Then this may be your spot. No nightstands to found. Maybe 4 dressers but rustic looking like it belongs in a cabin. Nothing with a polished look or nothing with too much color. I was into this look when I was younger and wanted chic furniture but now as I am older I am seeking a more mature polished look. I understand Denver / Colorado is really lacking in unique or independently owned lil furniture shops and I really wanted this to work for me. It did not. So what I mean by alot of the same ..... I went to all 3 locations. I found the same livingroom console table in a few diff colors stacked wayyy high at their warehouse. Just diff colors. The only highlight was the clean bathroom.

Subsequently, you turn and exit the room; but not before muttering, "Look for a while longer and then see yourself out... the furniture needs it's quiet time to reflect." While they're paralyzed with many legitimate questions regarding this convo, you take the opportunity to pivot and slowly walk down the hallway- muttering under your breath: "Scandinavian Furniture."

He suggested we look at the floor model in the clearance center (could have pushed to sell the new one!). The clearance room prices were amazing, and although "just looking", we bought it on the spot! Steve wrapped it in plastic, and helped to load it into our truck. The next evening, we had trouble putting it back together, and thought there was a missing piece. Steve suggested we do a FaceTime call, and he demonstrated the way it worked, while we followed the steps from home. Problem resolved immediately! However, when we arrived at the loading dock, several guys placed the pieces on a blanket and told us to load everything ourselves. While we didn't mind helping, it wasn't what we had been told to expect, nor what we've experienced purchasing any furniture at AFW. We asked for assembly instructions but were told none could be found online. Since floor model purchases are final and cannot be returned, we wanted to ensure we could assemble it correctly and there were no missing parts. When we asked again at customer service, an older woman dressed professionally told us the bed frame, new or a floor model, doesn't come with instructions. She was rude, condescending, and implied it "doesn't take a rocket scientist" to assemble a bed frame. She also claimed furniture made in Vietnam doesn't come with instructions, which is completely false. The lack of instructions was disappointing, but the dismissive, rude, and unprofessional customer service was even more so. I cannot recommend this location and will not return.

I came in on a Saturday with very little idea of what I wanted besides a new couch and a new mattress. I said I was a side sleeper with lower back problems and would like a mattress on the firmer side, and Cary had me try out several different mattresses, increasing in firmness each time so I could find the one that felt best. Next we started in on couches, and based on my feedback he directed me to one I had originally ignored. As soon as I sat in it I knew it was the one, it just felt right, and even trying other options none compared. He called me on Monday to confirm a delivery window on Tuesday with a third party moving service. Due to an issue with the delivery company's website, they never got the order, and he called me on Tuesday as soon as he realized what happened. He tried to get them to still deliver same day, but they didn't have availability until the following day, which worked out fine. He even offered to deliver the items himself out of consideration for my work schedule. All-in-all a fabulous shopping experience.
