This is THE Costco we tend to stop on by when we're in the area, far greater refrigerated and Organic selections than the one only three miles from our home, namely Florida and Havana. Why? Because they cater to folks who like and appreciate selections that cannot be found in other Costcos. Don't get me wrong, the Aurora Store is a straightforward type of Costco, and holds the moniker of being the first Costco in Colorado, derived from the old Price Clubs. The Parker location is huge in square feet like the new one in the North Montbello area. Good selections there. But the one in Superior has a certain organic, specialty food panache to it which makes visiting it, a bit more interesting and intriguing. Stop by there sometime and you might find something for dinner that will elevate your taste buds. We usually do. Enjoy. read more

Typical Costco, going on a weekend it will be overcrowded, parking will be tight and customer service will be very sparse. But thats the business model of this warehouse type store. Most of the items will be sold in bulk for large businesses, resellers, or large families in order to get a discounted price. As long as you can navigate the aisles, avoid collisions with other customers and know your way around, it should be a hassle free environment. Dont forget to visit the little old ladies that give out samples, they are a plus to shopping here. read more

This review is mostly about the dismal optical department for the superior location. Over the years we have learned to avoid this Optical location on account of the minimal customer service there. We will drive a bit further to go to Longmont (the best) or Thornton which seem to be customer service oriented. The superior Gas station is always overflowing so you wonder why they dont put more pumps in. read more

This review is for the Optical Department. I've had two recent visits there, one to return glasses that I could just not get adjusted to and today, to get progressive lens placed in a set of new frames I brought in. Ashley helped me get the frames ready, checked the prescription from my ophthalmologist, marked what needed to be done, all in a short period of time. She was gracious and professional. Both visits have been great and I will go back soon for sunglasses! There is a $25 charge for frames coming from outside the department and they must be new but worth it. Thanks! read more

The frozen Kirkland brand french fries are really quite good. Crispy, large, and in great quantity. Makes to hard to justify spending the time to truly make your own from scratch. Strong competition that restaurants can, but may struggle, to match. read more

I had a really great experience at the Costco in Superior, Colorado. I called ahead, and when the phone was answered, Cooper provided excellent customer service right away. He was very kind, patient, and informative. He gave me detailed instructions over the phone on how to take air out of my tire since I had more air in my tires than needed. When I arrived, Cooper continued to be incredibly helpful. He took the time to assist me in person, showing me in detail how to put air in and how to let air out of my tires properly. He explained everything clearly and made sure I understood what to do, which I really appreciated. It made the whole experience feel much less stressful. It's not often you come across someone who is both knowledgeable and genuinely willing to help, but Cooper definitely went above and beyond. Thank you to Cooper! read more

Clearly, Costco has gone to the dark side in the butcher department, not just in Superior, but at other locations, too. Yes... I get it...beef is more expensive. That doesn't excuse the sorry butcher work done to the meat. It's like the people cutting the sirloin into so-called "steaks" are required to be morons and/or deceptive criminals. Why not exhibit some level of decency by not cutting the meat into wedges and then packing them to conceal the fact that they are wedges, or, cutting the round sides off the whole sirloin and packaging them with their only flat side up and smashed against other hemisphere steaks to make it impossible to see that you are buying garbage cuts? Costco...she ABSOLUTELY. ain't what she use to be. Too bad. read more

The Superior, Colorado Costco is the absolute worst. The employees are extremely rude. After returning one item at the service counter, I began walking toward the tire center. A rude door attendant litterally accosted me. I talked to management, who shrugged and asked me to go away. I'm an executive member at Costco, but thinking of canceling my membership because this is my closest store. read more

Costco Countertop service...... We were approached by a nice lady providing countertop service, after signing our contact info, I received a call from her company appointment scheduler. our first time experience with their appointment scheduler is Awful! Snobby, rude, impatient , demanding and unhelpful. I am not sure if this gentleman has a bad day, or this is their company culture. Either way, we don't have to do business with this service, but hope Costco screen their service provider carefully in the future. read more

They take forever. 1.5 hours for a rotation and that's with a 3 week in advance reservation

Whatever you do, do not try to pop in and out of here in the middle of the day. I needed a pair of earbuds for an afternoon meeting and tried to pop over on my lunch break - I have never seen a line that long at store, even on Black Friday. It was two columns deep and all the way back to 310 - more than halfway through the depth of the warehouse - in the middle of a weekday. And then people were cutting in line. Complete disaster. It was not worth the $10 I saved. read more

Costco - 1:20 pm on a random Wednesday - Wholesale Stores Near Me - Superior, Colorado

Make sure to take a Xanax before you plan to come visit .. If I could give zero stars, I would. I've only been a member for a year and EVERY SINGLE TIME I've come in here I've had to deal with an ignorant, disrespectful, unhappy employee. And the audacity of this company to have employees treat you this way when the customer is the one paying to even enter the door is a total sham. Their attitudes are so offputting it makes you feel physically uncomfortable to shop there. From the second you walk in the door, the scan attendant is offensive, any employee I've asked for help on the floor has told me that they can't help me and I need to go ask someone else, then to the registers where you have one white trash redneck after the next rushing you & rolling their eyes, all in between socializing with their baggers. I have gladly not renewed my membership; and guess what, their prices aren't even all that much cheaper than a regular supermarket! The quality of the produce has been trash, especially the fruit. I'm relieved to take my business somewhere else where my blood pressure is not tested the second I walk in the door. read more

How can this not be a five star review on yelp. Costco is the best retailer. That's all you need to know.

How can you not love a Costco. Stopped in while staying in Boulder for gas and a couple meals...pizza and hot dogs were spot on. Picked up a case of water and some snacks to stash in the rental car while in town. Nice folks and a clean store...can't ever go wrong with a Costco! read more

Just in case you want your beautiful spring day ruined by rude clerks and horrible service, go to Costco on 600 Marshall rd in Louisville, Colo. The last 3 times I was there, they treated me like dirt, only because I entered through a wrong door, ( new rules, that I had no idea about), got a drink and wanted to pay for it at the "wrong register", and asked for help when my items were not scanning at self service register. And that's not all...I am canceling my order to install new windows ( $14.000) and will not go there again. Negative emotions = less sales, dear Costco. You are so rude to us, customers, that even some of my friends cancelling their membership and orders. Shame on you for being so mean! read more

The mechanics know tires and tire wear well. They were able to diagnose a vibration I was having and fix it, for at least for the time being. I may need to find new rims at some point, they're a bit out of round. I was shown how they spun on the balancing machine. No one, who looked at them, was showed me the vibration when they were spun. The Costco Pepperoni Slice Costco pizza has a bonafide crust. I would describe its structural consistency as mildly floppy. It is rather dry and soft, though these are not bad things to my tastebuds. If you prefer a buttery or crispy crust you may disagree, but I imagine some marinara or spicy ranch dipping sauce on the side may change your mind. The sauce is on par as well. I am not going to sit here and tell you that Costco's food court pizza has the most delicious sauce in the pizza game, but I think it should get some praise for punching above its weight class. Costco pizza sauce is downright smooth and I am a sucker for that. It offers balanced, thought bland flavor ,and an appropriate amount in proportion to the crust and cheese (not too much, not too little). I want to touch briefly on the pepperoni, but there is really not much to say here. By no means is Costco's pepperoni gross, nor is it remarkable. It is the kind of pepperoni you might eat and then forget whether you ordered any pepperoni at all. Its greatest strength is the pepperoni quantity and placement, which have always been just right in my experience, despite the sheer number of Costco pizzas they crank out on a daily basis. This is where my well of praise runs dry and the diatribe begins. The cheese smothering those poor slices, is an abomination. Its hard to describe. Rubbery is the word that comes to mind. The flavor is not that bad, but I still don't trust this cheese. I would be remiss not to end on a triumphant high no, and that is the price of a Costco slice. For just $1.99, one of these huge slices can be yours. Want a whole pie? That'll be just $9.95. The price of Costco pizza seems to resist inflation right alongside their iconic hot dogs, and that is a bargain worth appreciating. In the grand scheme of things, Costco pizza, though tasty, is really not top-notch. But, it was never trying to be. This is what I respect most about these heavy hitters, and why I have eaten so many. Quick service, cheap prices, and big slices make the Costco pizza experience everything it ever promised to be. What more can we ask of it? read more

Costco is the very best! Products and service is best in class. The only place to buy gas.

Tonya Nicholson optometrist at Superior Costco Eye Center is extremely knowledgeable and very friendly! I highly recommend her!

This COSTCO location is pretty good. Clean, big, and organized. The thing that really made my day, was this one had massage chairs. Legit, massage chairs, like the ones you find at American Furniture and you can dedicate a good half hour sinking in and getting a rub down in front of a bunch of strangers. Yep, they sell them at this locations. Con- no liquor store. Now if you ask me. Typically liquor stores and massage chairs might be a good pairing, but they may have intentionally not brought both to this location. Other than that. Pretty typical costco! read more

I love Costco. I love the cheap gas, the large bottles of olive oil, the wide selection of kitchen appliances, and the giant containers of cat litter and canned cat food. Oh, and the samples. Sometimes we come just for a sample walkthrough. The chain could stand to vary their frozen food choices and/or flavors a bit more often, but the great prices on food, housewares, and fuel can't be beat. Oh, and the snack bar serves up cheap tasty pizzas and a $1.50 soda and hot dog combo. I don't even like hot dogs, but when things are tight, that deal matters. Worth the price of membership. read more

Just like every other Costco you can expect great things for great prices. The store is very clean and often they offer samples so you can go and try different foods and products. They gave me a large sample to try of refrigerated dog food, And now we exclusively feed it to our dog. They have everything from clothing two books to read to frozen foods and everything in between. Their staff is always very friendly and very helpful. They have a great produce section, where you can always buy large quantities of fruits for the same price as you get a small quantity of fruit at a normal supermarket. Try the street tacos in the frozen section, they are so good. When I was a kid I remember my parents would also buy me the large Sheet cake from the bakery so just know they have great prices on birthday cakes as well that are very good. All in all, this Costco has great deals and great service. Will be back soon read more

I just have the most uncomfortable experience checking out and this isn't the first time this has happened. Eddy needs to learn how to be patient because he feels it's absolutely necessary to rush customers, & cause anxiety, there's no reason why I should feel anxiety while checking out of a fucking Costco. DO BETTER! And on top of it why are you even rushing anybody you get paid hourly you dick? read more

We have been shopping at the Costco store in Superior since it opened and have generally been pleased with the staff and the store. Today we shopped at the Superior Costco and I am very disappointed. It seemed like the staff had been through an intense rudeness training. I was treated rudely by three staff members. What is going on? Is Costco trying to reduce the customer base at this store? Besides the specific rudeness, it seemed like there was a low current of unhappy/hostile behavior. I overheard a staff member shouting at a customer who asked a simple question. I recommend that you take this complaint seriously and make strong and effective efforts to improve the climate and unfriendly attitudes at this Costco location. Clara Roberts read more

I grabbed a few things at Costo today and brought my one large resuable bag/box for the smaller items in my cart. Went to check out with Mike G., who was very unhappy about how I had organized my cart. He began throwing the peanut butters from the bottom of the cart into the top section, on top of the fish, bruising the fish. At this point I asked he needed any help, since he seemed agitated. He told me "You can't put things in here like this!" and then proceeded to pull the handle of my resuable bag angrily, so the handle ripped right off. I would have gladly helped get these specific items out if he had communicated instead of damaging the items I was purchasing along with the bag I brought. I'm sorry you're having a crappy day Mike G, but it's not appropriate to take this out on someone for organizing their cart differently than you'd like. read more

Costco - there used to be a handle here. - Wholesale Stores Near Me - Superior, Colorado

Biggest assholes I've ever met in my life, people have bad days but Jesus Christ every employee I had to interact with was so rude

Needed help with scanning a heavy item and the person at self check decides to ignore the help and walked away! What he should have done was send someone else to assist if he couldn't. It's very annoying that people have to wait for a Costco worker to come and scan an item! Not so great. And when asked another person regarding being ignored when I need the assistance all he did was make excuses and claimed it was a security reason customers aren't allowed to scan themselves. read more

The tire store experience was terrible. First they never texted me as I waited for installation, and this was because they never started installation since the tire size was incorrect. Once they reordered the tires, they had an error in the price. I should have received a discount. Lastly they mentioned it will arrive in two days, but delivery was delayed. I ended up buying my tires from Discount Tires... read more

I go in every three or four weeks; there are about two dozen items that I buy there, mostly snacks, but also paper products and flats of canned goods of various sorts. It takes a while to get used to Costco, because there are no directories and no staff to help you find things. I keep a list on my phone of all the things I buy and which aisle they are located in. The staff at the checkout lines (both serve and self-serve) are always very helpful. I try to go first thing in the morning before it gets busy, because the checkout lines can back up a good bit read more

Great experience inside! This location is pretty clean and tidy, and usually well stocked. They've started to bring back samples again which was a nice surprise. I wish I could put zero stars. The woman selling me my membership swore that nothing was in bulk. Lie. I was also under the impression they take American Express, they do not. Went in today and asked a simple question to the guy behind the optical counter. He snapped my head off and said go and sign up re covid and read the signs. I had and it said 3 people only; there were two. I signed ups and waited 30mins to ask..."do you do rimless glasses"...no we do not. He was rude and I was shocked; in my 35yrs of being a Costco member I have never been spoken to like that. I was later approached by the lady who was waiting who was equally shocked. Costco is renowned for customer service but in this case he was rude beyond exception. I have never been so driven to write a review; this is my first...ever! read more

This place has 1 extremely rude employee! I usually encounter pleasant cashiers, but not today. The cashier-Kendra seem to dislike her job and took her frustration out on me. She acted as if helping me was a huge burden. She was so rude and unhelpful. During checkout, she was grumpy and and so unfriendly towards me. When she did speak, it was a huff and puff. I left so annoyed with her customer service, I should have told her to correct her rudeness towards customers and take a customer service 101 class cuz evidently she needs it. She spoke to me in a poor manner and spent her time talking to her co worker. I paid cash and went over to pull my cart towards me and she was like, "come over here and get your change" rudely. I was appalled. I took my change, said thank you and she looked away annoyed. WTF is her problem. AVOID KENDRA checking you out!
