As a regular customer I visit this location at least 3 times a week. I always have the best experiences bc the people who work at this store are so pleasant to deal with in all areas including shopping, returns and checking out. Today at check out Courtney showed such kindness and support in helping me apply for a red card. I didn't realize the savings involved for having one until she explained it and showed me how I would receive a $50 credit for just signing up. Thank you for being my favorite Target and having such a great team of employees who go out of their way to create a happy shopping experience. It keeps me coming back. read more

Target eliminated its programs fostering a diverse workforce and supply chain. They have been going downhill for years, replacing high quality sustainable products with the cheap "Deal Unworthy" store brands. I no longer feel welcome at this or any other Target store. I feel sad that they have betrayed their progressive customer base. Brief update: This store was severely damaged in the December 2021 Marshall Fire and was closed for eight months, and I forgot to write an update when it re-opened. The old store was gutted and rebuilt according to current Target store designs. The new store is not a lot different from the old store and carries the same items; a few departments have been moved around, and there are additional impulse-buying areas near the checkouts. One very handy feature (of all Target stores) that not everyone knows about is the "order for pickup". You order and pay online, and usually they promise the item within 2 hours, and you get an email when it is available for pickup. They are very quick, and usually the order is available much sooner than that. Then you pick up your order at the front customer service area (or you can have it brought to your car). I used this feature a lot during the pandemic. It's still handy because Target's stock-keeping is weak -- the app will often show something is in stock when they actually don't have it, and several times I have wasted a trip because they turned out not to have what I wanted. If you order for pickup you can be sure they will have the item when you get there. read more

I am so excited for our local Target to be up and running. Some of the staff here are so consistent that we now know them by face. I specifically will go to people at the check out just to say hi and see how they are doing. I have made a lot of my dream purchases here and have saved some of them specifically for this location to support the store manager and this clean, organized, and sufficient store. I was just inside Target trying to do a return, like I've done a hundred times before. I was met with the rudest and most unprofessional behavior I have ever received from a Target employee. When it was finally my turn to be helped (took over 10 minutes... wtf?) she talked over me and disregarded me to talk to other co-workers around her. I tried to kill her with kindness (LOL) and compliment her strange purple hair but she rolled her eyes at me and continued to be incredibly short with me. It wasn't until another employee, who I assume was her boss, walked by that she finally started to be respectful. I have been coming to this Target for years now and was even planning to have my daughter apply when she turns 16, but after seeing the way management allows their customers to be treated I will not be returning. Honestly, go to Boulder or Broomfield. The only reason I ever frequent this target is because it's near my home. The store is always a constant mess, there's never enough help, and on top of that they don't play any music so it constantly seems like they're trying to run you out of the store. Good luck trying to find a single pair of shoes, I almost bought a pair of mismatched size! Usually love target but my one experience at this location was absurd. We were being watched by the employees the entire time we shopped like we were stealing. Me and my Roomate both spent over $200 and this is the way we're treated? I've worked in retail so I understand trying to catch shoplifters but we had given not a single reason to be watched like that, never in the dressing room, never in one spot too long, so this just seemed ridiculous to us. I love this Target. It's the only Target I ever want to go to again, but alas, it's very far from my house so my frozen pizza is a melty mess by the time I get home and is thus difficult to cook straight on the rack like I like it. I work near here, and this is the least crowded and most fully stocked Target imaginable. I actually live by the Target in Glendale, which is the only Super Target in the city so everyone goes there. I'll review that one later and it will NOT be getting five stars. This store is huge, and vacant and clean and has everything stocked within its wide aisles.The selection of clothing has not been picked over because only suburban women shop here and they probably go to Banana Republic or something in the Flatirons mall to get their clothing. Even their clearance racks have an awesome selection. They don't sell wine (actually the Glendale Target is the only one that does) but Superior Liquors is just down the street so that's ok. I should just start bringing a cooler in the trunk of my car to work so that I can put all my cold and frozen groceries in it so that I never have to go to set food in the overcrowded, poorly designed Glendale Target again. read more

Not bad as far as SuperTargets go. This one has the older signage inside so it is probably due for a freshing up soon. Very friendly staff inside. I am almost always asked if I need help finding something. Pretty decent selection in the grocery aisle too. I do wish they had more checkouts open sometimes, but other than that this is the Target I go to. It's nicer and cleaner than the Broomfield one and only one exit down the 36 from my house. Came in today to get groceries. Register crashed while trying to sign up for a red-card (debit version), which somehow resulted in a cascade of every other register crashing that we tried to check out on. Finally start over and re-scan everything before it worked. The technology may have not been working well, but the staff was excellent. They were professional, apologetic, and as helpful as possible given the circumstances. They gave us a few $3/off our next order coupons as a consolation for our time. Technology doesn't always work, but good customer service will always make me want to come back. Also, I don't know if it's just this location, but they put racks of baskets all throughout the store which I think is brilliant. I'm usually the guy who ends up carrying everything haphazardly because I keep thinking of one more thing I need when I didn't think I needed a basket. read more

A great location indeed (aren't they all the same?). I much prefer shopping at Target to Walmart, so I tend to come here pretty frequently. The convenience of having everything in one place is just too good to pass up! I also recently discovered that you can use the Target app to find the location of anything in the store, which is awesome if you're having trouble and can't find an employee to ask. The only thing I dislike about shopping at Target it the constant Red Card Nag. If I tell you I don't want a Red Card once, you don't have to ask me a bajillion more times. This store is clean, well stocked, and organized, and I've never had a bad experience with the staff, but they seriously need to get some music in this store. Even if it's God-awful Muzak, anything would be an improvement. I do generally visit this location during times of low traffic, but every time I'm in here I feel like I'm in a post-zombie apocalypse situation. It's creepy, especially in the freezer aisles with the motion sensing lights... Dead silence while the lights flicker on and off as you pass...it's truly unnerving. I can't imagine what this is like for the staff... Even crappy, repetitive, music can at least ignite a feeling of hatred, which can make someone feel alive, and is at the very least better than dying of boredom in silence. The produce is awesome, the flowers fresh, and the aisles uncluttered with employees stocking shelves of giant cardboard boxes. Nowadays, there's not a whole lot of options for the cheap lunch eater. If you have less than $5, you're probably going with greasy fast food that sits in the bottom of your stomach like a lard bomb. That's why it's nice to have Super Target around. For $3, I can get a half tuna sandwich and a small side salad. I don't think any of their pre-made sandwiches are more than $5. It may not be the best quality ingredients, but it certainly beats going to McDonalds. read more

Unfriendly customer service and ridiculous return policy. I used to love shopping at Target. Even after the nearby Broomfield store was closed early this year, I still go to the Superior Super Target store from time to time. My 11 year old son saved $50 during the summer and bought a scooter at Superior store on July 21st. After testing it for a couple times, he felt that it's not his type and decided to return it. When he and I went to the Superior store two days later, the guest service associate told us that there have been "excessive tear and wear" on the scooter wheels and therefore the item can't be returned. I tried to reason with them, we bought the scooter only two days ago, how much tear and wear can be done in such a short period? If "excessive tear and wear" can be done in two days, that means the product has a quality issue that justifies a return. Unfortunately they declined to consider that. I remember it used to be no question asked if the item was returned within 90 days. The experience is new to me and I am afraid my family will stop going to Target anymore. I guess their cash flow might be tight right now, but trying to fix it by turning customers away can only make it worse. read more

I usually don't write reviews because I understand that things happen, however as a red card member, I can say that I wont ever visit this store again. I usually come in for my things on my lunch break and today I decided to visit the café for a quick meal. Well I got my food and it is super disappointing. The chicken tenders were extremely dry and hard as a rock. I called and just gave the feedback to the Store Manager, Emily, who seemed more interested in just giving me my money back, as it sounded like she was in a meeting and wanted to rush me off the phone. The meal was 8 dollars, nothing major, I was simply calling to let her know that the grease needs to be changed or maybe don't fry them too long. I've been a target shopper for a few years and this is the first time I've been pushed to write a review. Money back isn't the resolution to everything, sometimes customers just want the service improved..... Next time, have someone answer the phone who isn't preoccupied and can actually talk on the phone. read more
