Since I'd spent so much time laundering and ironing my items, I decided to consign, paid the $12 and left. They provide NO copies of the consignment contract for sellers which I thought was very strange and unprofessional. How hard is it to print the agreement in duplicate?! After I left, I sat in my car, feeling uneasy and read these Yelp reviews. My instincts said, "Back out NOW". So I went in, took my clothes and got my fee back. The woman running the store at the time (Red hair) needs some serious customer service training. She doesn't smile, is not at all welcoming and seemed indignant that I questioned company policies. I hope the owner will read this and reevaluate who represents the business. My experience was absolutely off-putting and I won't be back as a customer or seller.
