Very disappointing experience. Two ladies were working but only one bothered to say "Hello" in the only greeting and communication I received in the establishment. This while both clerks continued happily engaged and laughing with another Caucasian customer. I've been looking for a clever new business jacket and dress for an upcoming gala and was drawn in by a Shop Sale sign on the sidewalk, but found no indication of any sale inside the store. During my eight minute visit, no one approached or engaged me in any manner as I moved through the store browsing their few offerings, though I never left their watchful gaze. I briefly considered addressing a sales clerk myself before putting my card back into my wallet . I cannot endorse nor recommend anyone to this effete core of impudent snobs. I wish I had checked their reviews prior to my visit to be aware of the condescending attitude reflected in the owner responses. A similar offputting bravada is clearly carried through to the demeanor of the staff. Bottom line, you judged me on site so you lost my sale. In summary, I was generally disappointed at the arrogant lack of effort in their blatantly inequitable customer relations, combined with the tragically overpriced and limited selection of this shop. Cannot recommend. Will not return. read more

I really enjoyed my time at Eleanor recently bc I am not a big shopper and I get self conscious. I would rather have someone with styling experience help me curate my outfits and this shop was so great for that. Someone mentioned they had new ownership so I stopped in and the ladies were so kind and helpful. I feel like there are timeless staple pieces with some nice fashion items so theres a good selection to choose from. The jewelery is so gorgeous as well. And then even have small batch designed glasses that are super chic. All in all, a great gem over in Downtown Louisville. read more

As a women's boutique manager myself I'm always excited to experience the magic of other locally owned business. There were three women working when I walked in. One said hello and then all three of them ignored me the entire time I was in. No one even asked as much as how my day is going. They continued to have a conversation bashing the name their WHITE "friend" just named their child. I don't support humans with that energy. I will never be back. They could have had a decent sale with me but instead decided I wasn't worth their time. read more

This is a high-end boutique, for a small town like Louisville, maybe not compared to Beverly Hills. Beautiful clothes, but all only in smaller sizes. Nice selection of accessories and jewelry. The pricing for th clothes is high, the sales people not very welcoming, if not a bit snobbish. But the worst is their return policy. 14 days only and only with tags on and original receipt, even though they have your number and email. Every other place has a 30 day return policy, at least for store credit. Not here. Be sure you really want to keep what you spend your hard-earned money on here. read more

Snobby, entitled, combative and the absolute worst customer service on the planet. The old adage "The customer is always right" does not apply to this owner. I used to think they had some cute things, but really it is just overpriced and trying WAY too hard to be en vogue and has missed the mark. Twice I have been treated poorly by the owner. Percentage wise not a good ratio. Doesn't matter if its paid for goods that shipped late or if the customer has questions, she is abusive and defensive. A last word freak. Take note of her comments on yelp after other customers had also been treated poorly. I am sad to have ever given this store my money in the past. The owner capitalized on the tragedy of the Superior/Louisville fires to make money. Shouldn't come as a surprise, telling folks to buy gift cards from her store to help the displaced fire victims when $400 could be better suited to meet their family's needs than an overpriced scarf. Suspiciously not giving the go-fund-me link to folks in need so they would be more likely to spend money in her store. Self-righteous and self-serving. We have SO many amazing shops in the Boulder area. Spend your money at a place that treats people with respect, not just millionaire clients. read more

I recently purchased two sweaters from this store. One was full price and the other discounted which I did not realize. They were a brand I have bought before and therefore did not try on. I wore one and the other I wanted to return, as it turned out the discounted one. It was a style that was too short and was not comfortable wearing. Both were the same style just different colors. Jill, the manager would not allow me to return it because it was discounted (25%). She said their policy was no returns on sale items (full price within 2 weeks) and under no circumstance would she allow the return. I tried to talk with her to see if there was an exception. She was aggressive as she talked over me and would not let me talk. I told her she was being rude and she continued to talk further saying "and since it is covid" there would be no return allowed anyway. Really? So covid is only a concern if the item is on sale??! If had been full price they would have allowed the return. I have owned my own retail boutiques and would have expected a much different response. Too bad. Nice clothes, bad management! read more

This is a cute boutique - the clothing is of high quality and very on trend. However, it is a bummer that they do not carry all of the typical women's sizes. There were one or two pieces in a size Large and zero pieces in an XL. It's disappointing because I would have 100% purchased several items had they carried more of these sizes. I'm not sure the reasoning behind this, but they lost a good chunk of business from me today. Do better. read more
