I thought the displays were bold and neatly organized. Staff was welcoming and friendly. We were clearly just browsing as locals who might only buy gifts here. I think she said the store had been open for 6 years but in the last few years u had very few options to browse thus far east on Pearl. Now that more art and collectible shops were gathering on the east end, I suspect they will have many more customers in the summer. And the selection was very extensive and many clothing items in trend colors. On the Hill you would find only CU black gold and white robes. I ones the earth tones, and blues and pinks here a lot as Colorado and Boulder itself are well represented.

I lived in Boulder a few years ago and picked up what is now my favorite pair of "fun" pants. I spent about $80, but they are well worth it - worn again and again! I went this evening and the lovely lady working spent time to help me find an outfit. She pulled out different pieces and was so so knowledgeable on all of the brands and artists Zumba carried - she even told me about the sustainability of different items.

I know a lot of Gen Z kids have become a bit of a joke for having a lack of customer service/social skills, but one of the young gals working here (last year) was so aloof, rude and unprofessional that I just started giggling bc she was scowling like a bratty teenager when I asked if I could look at a piece of jewelry under a locked case. I loved the necklace, so I bought it. But dang, please train your young staff to act professional instead of pouting bc work is no fun lol.

I had a few questions about why my piercing wasn't healing as well as it could be and they gave me lots of options and advice. The jewelry options were great, they offer free size changes after piercing, and the inside was so bright and clean. Definitely will come back for future piercings!

The nurses and office admin were calm and very friendly and enthusiastic with the kids, talking directly to them and answering their questions. The billing was discussed ahead of time and very clear. I enjoyed not being up-sold on anything. Needle piercing is $70 for both ears, and the earrings for needle piercing start at $70 per pair and they have flat backs, which I think are important for sleeping in them. There are other earrings for sale without flat backs that are much cheaper. For me, the most important part of an ear piercing is getting the holes lined up and in the right place on the ear. The nurses took time cleaning equipment, explaining proper ear care to the girls before going back to a small 5x5 room on the right with an open door. The nurse took about 2 minutes lining up her second holes, marking them with a pen and giving us time to examen their placement. She wore gloves and poked a metal thing through the front, so it stuck out for a second while she placed a metal thing in the back (maybe the earring itself?) and then it was done! My daughter didn't cry, although it was sore. The cleaning solution they sell smells a bit like chlorine. There were many kids coming in getting their ears pierced and everyone seemed to be having a very positive experience.
