Unfortunately, I showed up 30 minutes before close, but all of the staff was accommodating for me staying a few minutes after close to finish my purchase. Gina, Isaac, and Sawyer all helped me through different parts of my shopping experience. I also came away with a Fleet Feet exclusive for my shoes. I hit the jackpot, as staffer Mike was excellent, with exceptional knowledge of his store, running, and shoes in general. Personnel greeted us warmly. They have a techy sensor pad that examines your feet and makes suggestions about sizing, type of shoes, and brands, then makes suggestions, taking so much of the subjectivity out of the equation. Mike knew his stuff and gave me a pair of options. Both were extremely comfortable and had a great feel. It was a tough call, but the New Balance option emerged victorious and was on sale! They also have a Happy Fit policy, backing up your purchase for 60 days, and will price match. I added some summer running gear and nabbed a calf sleeve Mike recommended with solid reasoning and measurements. In addition, they have incredible apparel and a running club that prepares people for distances and races. Boulder Running Company has joined Fleet Feet, the largest running specialty retailer in the nation. What a great pairing, helping people like me looking for running advice. This will end up being my Go-To running store.

I did this just today, and it was a breeze! It took only 44 minutes for me to get the email confirmation that my order had been processed and was ready for me to snag at my earliest convenience. If something comes up and you can't make it by that day, you have FOUR days to pick up whatever you've ordered. So convenient!

What started as a simple exchange of soccer cleats. Turn into a stressful morning. Should have simply arrived and gotten help to return and place an order for a new size. Instead had me wait 20 min. For her to say that her system is down. And then I have to download the app and have it shipped to my house. She returned the credit to a gift card and told me to download the app and go re order my cleats. and now I can't order them as it won't let me ship to the store. And shipping it to my house is 14$ more expensive. Everything from the online purchase, pick up ,return went great. Leaving me to basically fix the problem myself. Just a lil more attention and effort would be nice! I'll be back for sure just some feed back to work off from. As I've been coming here for years definitely my favorite DICKS AROUND
