Fairly decent sized mall located near flat iron the north part of Colorado. The mall has a few namebrand stores that are familiar with centrally located near the food court. But the further you go out from the food court, you will find other stores that don't seem named brand. It's usually means that it's not a super high-end mall. Nonetheless it was still fun to walk around, and my son loved the play place near the food court. read more

12/6/25- This place has a lot of different types of shops. They lose points though in 2 areas. First, their food court isn't that good. Even for mall prices, most of the places are way over priced. Second, there is just not enough sitting places in the mall outside of the food court. A lot of people need a place to sit to rest/take a break from shopping. This isn't only an issue during the holiday shopping time, but year round here. read more

This is a top notch modern mall that attracts fashionable crowd and is always busy. Girls: prepare to dress up if your visiting. People come in nice fashionable clothes and shoes, because like it or not there will be people judging imo appropriately. So many food options, you can come here at 10am and leave at 5pm. I have loved this mall since the day it opened, but my last visit just made me aware of how much it has changed & how it's not as fun as it used to be. I saw several empty/closed store fronts (at least 6), half of the restaurants in the food court were empty/closed down. And to top it off...2 of my fave stores the Disney store & Fuzziwigs candy shop were both gone! The line to see Santa was practically non existent and the whole place seemed sad. read more

Refreshed Shoe Cleaner a kiosk in your food court is saying they will charge one price then charge more. They had their shoe cleaner for 65.00, I said no it was too much, the kid said OKAY 35.00 (that should have raised a red flag). I said yes and they charged my card $40.00. I cannot get them to reply to me and I know it is only 5.00, however they need to charge what they say they are charging. they did the e-mail receipt, so I did not see this until I got home. This mall was very interesting in having a cool waterfall display in the back. I came here during an event as seen in the pictures with live music, food trucks, and fun stuff for kids. The mall itself is relatively clean with many stores to shop at. There are a lot of food options in terms of the cafeteria or the restaurants surrounding the mall. We got food at paradise and an Asian place. Prices were fair with a good amount of food. Getting the most bang for your buck. read more

This is a great mall and is now my go-to for shopping. Not sure why it's being deemed a dying place, I went last night and this was not the case. In fact, the opposite.Notable stores that I enjoyed are Dick's Sporting Goods, Dillards, Potterybarn, Aveda and Bath and Body Works. I also recieved great customer service in each one of these establishments with all employees greeting me and generally being kind and welcoming. That in itself is hard to come by these days. The food court was nice as well, Green Leaf's and Banana and the Cafe Crepe are on my list to try. Overall, it was great experience. read more

This mall has several dining options outside and a food court inside. Situated outside the food court, there's a sandbox type area for kids to play in and giant checkers. The mall is open and airy. The inside structure is nice- haven't seen wooden beams before in a mall. Lots of variety in the stores- found so many good deals at H&M and Gap. These stores are huge compared to other locations I've been too. The only issue I had was having to walk sooooo far to get to a restroom. But at least there were signs telling me where to go with specific details like a u-turn or escalator symbol. read more

We have been going here LITERALLY since it opened...Now it's Over-Run with the filth of the earth running amuck in it, went to Finish Line with our children, the one guy in there with a filthy mouth ( both employees ) and cursing up a storm in front of us, we walked out, another playing R Kelly's greatest hits ( really???), we walked out, went into It's Your Move where the mean, bitter crotchety old man behind the counter should learn how to speak to humans, we walked out... Used to be a beautiful, warm, fuzzy feeling mall.. Now all you do is walk around looking at CRAPPY pop up stores , and looking at all the other stores that will soon be closing their doors... read more

So this place is pretty big. We came here to just walk around and grab a bite to eat, we were overwhelmed with how many food places there are and how big the mall itself is! There's a "mall" of restaurants outside of the mall if you don't want to eat in the food court or CPK. I like this mall. It's good for kids. I don't shop much but the playground, carousel, bean bag toss, and sand pit are good for me to stop by and let the kids play while I charge the car. Built when I was still growing up, the mall has a pretty grand vibe, though it seems to loose stores relatively quickly. It is fairly small, though, could afford to be bigger, I can easily spend a day here and be home in time for dinner. It gets cold in the winter, though, too cold to see the fountains and the outside. They have a stores like Dillards, Claires, Attic Salt, and Crate and Barrel. Prices are outrageous. The calendar artist here once a year isn't paid nearly enough and the anchor stores like Dicks Sporting Goods and Macys are outrageously overpriced. There are Harry Potter copyright infringements and there are too many makeup stores. Kataluma Chai tea store with underpriced teapots. The food is a little overpriced and there's a scary district around the Southern side of the mall. The problem seems to be that the items at Attic Salt are underpriced. Crowded on Saturdays, and it smells like popcorn and cheese. read more

Finally, a mall with ample [FREE] parking! Don't wanna say that too loudly and give them any ideas, though... A decent sized mall with a decent selection of stores. By far my favorite mall. They have all of the good shops. No crappy knock off stores like the colorado mills. The kids dinosaur play place for little kids is fun on a cold day, however older kids like to play in there and my little kid got trampled then a 12 year old girl literally jumped on me and my 4 month old baby from a dinosaur.parents watch your damn kids!!! With the amount of business and high-end stores, you would think that the nursing room would be a bit cleaner and more accommodating. I'm sure it's a space that isn't used often, but as a first time mom it made me feel very uncomfortable. The journey of breastfeeding is not easy and when trying to utilize a space that is supposed to make a mother feel secure, it missed the mark completely. read more

I love this mall but my last trip to Hot Topic ticked me off. My friend and I were looking at the skirts. Some were high up on the racks and there was conveniently one of those long sticks with a hook so my friend grabbed a skirt she wanted to look at when this employee with green hair stepped rudely in front of me not even saying excuse me. Like literally an inch away from my damn face and she grabbed the stick from my friend and said we need to ask next time and not to touch it again. So the second time I wanted to look at a skirt that was a pie we asked her for help and I asked her to grab it for me as I pointed to "the black one up top" to which she rudely replied "well duh which one? They're ALL BLACK" Rude as hell for NO reason. Probably gonna avoid this location and hit orchard instead next time. read more

Unlike Cherry Creek, this food court will not let you down. The food court itself is the size of a football field, and so there is always a new pleasant surprise to discover after a couple hours of exhausting shopping. I personally enjoy the giant fireplace, so I can curl up with my favorite orange Julius and Panda Express meal and feel as if I am in my mountain chalet. Life is so grand in the middle of suburbia... What more could I want? But wait, as soon as I say that my question is answered... Old Navy shines in the background like a sweatshop burns to the ground by activists... Life is grand with monopoly stores and things that help me get in to debt... What more could a woman want? Perhaps a Nordstrom, and Flatirons has it... A young man might also be a nice amenity... Plenty of those at the mall... As well as men being dragged around by their wives, and girlfriends... Maybe I can steal one. * Star one is for Nordstrom's... This is one of the new urban ideas apparently: since space is somewhat limited and more expensive in the city, why not make a megalopolis mall out in the middle of nowhere? Well, I guess it works. So, Flatirons crossing is between Westminster/Superior and Boulder...a bit of a drive for everyone, especially people from Denver. In its own way it is a city in itself: it has its own zip car public transport and its own po-lice. As it stands, this is a huge-ass mall with lots of stores and whatever. It's sort of like the Crossraods mall at Castlerock, except not really located near a city. So I guess if you want a day outing to find that perfect materialistic something, I suppose this place has the goods. Given how expensive gas is getting, maybe take the B bus? Seriously I don't know if I like the whole shopping as a day-outing concept...but that is what you have to do when malls are this massive and far away. read more

The Flatiron mall is a nice mid size mall with just the right number of stores before it would get too big and bulky. I like the fact that it has an Apple store, several smaller stores for things like eyewear, fixing watches etc. The food court has a reasonable variety of options. The layout with the movie theater far away from the main part of the mall is awkward. What bothers me the most though is the presence of Macys. Just browsing there I have witnessed (firsthand and through my wife's accounts) how rude employees are with each other. They take merchandise (at the cosmetics counter for example) right out of each others hands and tell a customer "I'll help you now". Why they don't simply terminate the lease and get a better quality store in there is beyond me. It downgrades the image of the entire mall and makes me want to avoid it altogether. Looking up Macy's' record I can only find complaints about the poor performance of managers at this chain. No wonder their branch at Flatiron is so poorly run. read more

This mall is a treat. The outdoor landscaping and hardscape is world class. The plantings are eye candy as you arrive. There are numerous water features that project a restful atmosphere and a grand welcome to shoppers. The interiors are on a grand scale with attractive stone flooring, clean bathrooms and an open air food park that had higher quality food selections than I am used to seeing at America's malls. There are plenty of comfortable seating nooks throughout and there's a good selection of medium priced stores throughout the mall. Air quality was fresh and overall my wife and I had a very pleasant shopping experience. read more

There is usually plenty of parking, unless its around Christmas time and each time Ive come here its always been clean and well kept on both the lower and the upper levels. The mall is very good and always had a good selection of stores to choose from. However from recent visits it does seem to lose stores very fast and sometimes doesn't replace them as soon as they're lost. That being said the vibe and feel you get from being inside is great. The food court is an amazing area with a play place for kids and some other additional smaller booths that offer treats. I here that they are redeveloping the mall by adding a newer area near the main area. Although this may take some time this is something to look forward to when the time comes. While visiting family we needed to find a good shopping area to hide from a snowstorm and we settled in the nearby mall. This mall was large and inviting, clean and it had some of our favorite shopping destinations. I personally shopped the Dillard's, Macy's, and the container store! We had a lovely day at the mall. We were shopping for a homecoming dress for my daughter. The variety of stores was great. She found a very cute dress, we had a nice lunch in the food court and overall enjoyed the mall. It was clean and the virtual map function was helpful so that we could stay focused on what we needed. This is my second time visiting this mall and I find it spectacular! There is such a MAD variety of shops from upstairs to downstairs. I haven't even seen the whole mall yet. I have met lots of interesting people - people who work at shops in the mall as well as other customers. Every store I go into there is an employee willing to help me with anything.
