Keychain with a lightning connector for your iPhone. The other end is USB to chargephone. It was going for $40 at the Apple store.

Back in July 2014, I spent over a week in Denver. I drove my friend and I up to Boulder one day and spent the day together. She had recommended visiting Twenty Ninth Street. It's designed to look like a neighbourhood, but it's essentially an open mall with its centre used for music and arts events when it's warm outside. I parked in an indoor parking lot. It's free. We then walked over to the mall. There is a decent selection of stores. I recall visiting a handful of them that are worth of mentioning: - Apple store, where I got a keychain lightning connector that you can sync and charge your iPhone - Sephora, where I got my free birthday beauty gift (works in both the States and Canada when you are a beauty insider member) - Papyrus, where I used an e-mail offer to buy three cards and get one for free We spent a lot of time listening to various musical bands play smack in the middle of the mall. We sat there and had a nice time. Folks were dancing and having a blast. It was pretty seeing the Rocky Mountains as the natural backdrop. There were also food vendors around. We had already eaten lunch, so we didn't get anything. Folks here were nice no matter which store I was in. I enjoyed my time here. (264)

This mall was damn boring and not fun!!! Very cliche, very predictable. I had guessed already what stores this place would have before arriving. No food court, no fun game stores, or activities to do. Just hardcore shopping. No unique dining experiences. Mostly fast foods, but no cool restaurants or even decent fast food. Lots of annoying capitalism screaming everywhere. DUH-- everything here is CAPITALISM- YOU'RE AN IDIOT IF YOU DON'T GET THAT!! But-- Twenty Ninth Street Mall makes it obvious. It screams and shouts Capitalism in your face. No small businesses, no uniqueness, mostly annoying huts that i can find near my area. I love Pearl St. Mall wayyyyyyyy better. It's more pleasant to shop. The only place i loved here was literally Macy's and Sephora.

Not many towns have access to cool and hip shops within walking distance of their downtown. The Twenty Ninth Street offers just that. Aside form ample parking (both parking lot and adjoined parking garage) there is space to relax and hang outdoors. Just this season the 29th street mall added a massive checkerboard game, bean bag toss, and squares of green space with pillows (think astro turf grass). The actual 29th street section of the mall has been closed on many occasions for events and local happenings (Firefly Market, Clips n' Beer Tour, Bike to Work week celebration, live music, etc.) which I've had the pleasure to enjoy/take part in. There are also a variety of restaurants to dine at or pick up a snack. Nothing quite beats a lunch meeting at Panera while gazing out at the Flatirons from the patio area. There are many needs that can be met while visiting this mall, from getting my eye exam at Lens Crafters, picking up that mascara that just ran out at Sephora, perusing the Anthropologie sale rack for a gift for that hard to please friend, to having my iPhone serviced by the Genius bar at the Apple store. For me it's pretty much a one stop shop. Friends enjoy classes at the Barre studio as well as the yoga studio, and my colleague enjoyed many a a brow shape during her lunch hour at Zinke Knoebel Hair Studio. Overall I'm really pleased with this mall and new stores keep popping up. It's a one stop shop for visiting friends/family as well. i've deducted one star as the skating rink has been removed and Spooner's has left.

If you're rich, you'll have fun if you can find a spot... parking is garbage and they definitely know who they want shopping there

The parking hear leaves alot to be desired. I might as well park in Longmont. But once I get to the stores the place seems to click.

Nestled behind the Sussex One building (visible from 30th) has its own parking garage. To note there are 3-4 spots outside the garage for oversize vehicles. Think the garage has marred many a roof rack in its day (I've seen at least one car try to squeeze through). The entrance to get into the building is also in the garage so if you are on foot or on bike be sure to head straight inside. There are several bike racks peppered around the garage just be sure to remember your lock. When you enter the building at the garage level you'll find a list of businesses & locations as well as an elevator should you choose to forego the stairs. On the 2nd floor is a very interesting garden which was designed by the architect in the 70's (met a friend of his today in fact). There are bathrooms on both the 2nd (northwest side of building near the hair salon) and 3rd floor (in the north east corner). The businesses contained within vary quite a bit. From physical therapists, counselors, Pilates studio, publishers, healers (various massage and acupuncturists), fishing company, hair salon, and background check services. The vending machine also offers quite a selection (you'll pass it on your way to the bathroom on the 2nd floor). Loads of ordinary cookies and crackers as well as $2.50 Justin's' peanut butter cups, cans of Yerba mate, coconut water, and my favorite unique item a salmon lunch kit (no, I have and will not be trying this). If you find yourself there at lunch you may find yourself a bit out of luck if you have to hear something up or want to wash a dish or two as there is no communal kitchen area. Interesting place worth checking out, particularly if you are looking for a healer (I recommend Mind Body Wisdom).

This South Boulder shopping center has undergone a major renovation in the last year. It was quite…read morethe place to shop out of the downtown Boulder area back in the 1980's but in the last two decades it had lost many of its traditional tenants. As the vacancies were remedied by upstart south Boulder branches of several popular eateries and a major grocery along with the relocation of a few other businesses, it began to fill up. And then the Center itself began a major remodel a year ago. Redesigned parking, landscaping, sidewalks, entrances etc and it is now mostly done. I find myself using this shopping center much more again. Under the Sun, Pharmaca, Sweet Cow, Shuttles, Spindles and Skeins, the venerable Weaver's Dive and Travel and Neptune Mountaineering. And the brand new branch of Moe's Bagels and at this time of year, a convenient H & R Block. I see lots of patrons at Southern Sun, Walnut Cafe Southside, Murphys South, Snarfs, Play it Again Sports and of course, the big new Luckys. I am glad to see this renovation. I used this center a lot back in the 80's when there was a family owned bookstore, a children's clothing store, a mini department store (Eakers), a Hallmark Card shop, a Baskin Robbins, etc. It looks so good again. I will certainly be shopping here as there are now so many nice options.

Of course, first and foremost has been its main anchor, the venerable store for nearly everything from nuts and bolts to kitchenware and paint as well as animal supples and tools, lawnmowers and lightbulbs, sporting goods and clothing. You get the point. McGuckins! With absolutely wonderful staff and management. See my review for this great place. Another current favorite is Rincon Argentino, the best empanadas around and luckily for me, they are not fried, so much healthier and authentic to have the high heat baked style. See my review of them for specifics. My husband still uses Aspen Eyewear, another longtime favorite though I cannot, sadly needing a medical supplier but since the year that they opened, they have been our mainstay for glasses. See that review too. Grandrabbits, still the best wonderful carefully curated toy store in town. Though unfortunately we do not need them as much as in the past, as not only have our children gotten too old for most items, even our grandchildren have gotten beyond most of their range. But always nice for that special gift for any child. I used PakMail just the other day. Great for specialty shipping needs (which I did a few times) as well as supplies for do-it your self types like me. And though I have not been recently to Wood Grain Bagels, the French Cafe or Great Harvest Bread, Vitality Bowls, Brewing Market, they are appear to be thriving. Same for Sprouts. Also, Osakas, for Japanese fare which opened just before the pandemic but was enjoyable before as well as recently. Glad they could make it through the last few tough years. Check those reviews too. Sadly we lost a really great place at the beginning of the pandemic, wonderful Zolo Grill where we ate countless meals since its opening back in the mid 90's. But Big Red F Group still maintains several other options here in Boulder as well as elsewhere. They sure have grown. The old Boulder Ski Deals has been replaced by Epic Mountain Sports which I have not had a need to use, but Boulder Ski Deals was great for many years for some of our needs. There are a few empty spaces in the shopping center from the businesses recently gone, some we used, some we did not. But I am sure the management of this center will find suitable additions as times improve. And there is lots of parking unless there is a major holiday. Then, come early, in a smaller vehicle, carpool, and be creative.
