Runners Roost is running company that has few stores in Colorado. It was funny that also had one in Boulder and actually ended up walking around that store also. This store is little smaller than the one in Boulder. The selection is still pretty good comes to shoes, nutrition, and all the essentials need for runners. They have all major brands. Emily big on Hoka ended up getting two pairs and happy with everything. The customer service five stars!! The minute walk in friendly, welcoming, and great conversations. If a customer is in your store, the customer should always take precedent over a phone call, return or purchasing. Really poor service and very rude. What started as a simple exchange of soccer cleats. Turn into a stressful morning. Should have simply arrived and gotten help to return and place an order for a new size. Instead had me wait 20 min. For her to say that her system is down. And then I have to download the app and have it shipped to my house. She returned the credit to a gift card and told me to download the app and go re order my cleats. and now I can't order them as it won't let me ship to the store. And shipping it to my house is 14$ more expensive. Everything from the online purchase, pick up ,return went great. Leaving me to basically fix the problem myself.
