She actually gave me a dirty look as I entered the store with my return. On top of that, she refused to give me a receipt for my return, so I'm still unsure the transaction really went through. If a customer is in your store, the customer should always take precedent over a phone call, return or purchasing. Really poor service and very rude. If you browse their online site, select this store, and choose "In Store" as well as "Pickup," it can save you some time by allowing the staff to find the product you wish to purchase so all you do is come inside to get it or check-in for a curbside pick-up order. I did this just today, and it was a breeze! It took only 44 minutes for me to get the email confirmation that my order had been processed and was ready for me to snag at my earliest convenience. If something comes up and you can't make it by that day, you have FOUR days to pick up whatever you've ordered. So convenient!
