This is by far my favorite place to shop! Nancy is the sweetest, most honest and friendly person I've ever had the pleasure to know. I have been shopping here for about 5 years. I have worked and consigned with Nancy. Every time I have been in this wonderful place also known as my favorite happy place, I've had a wonderful kick ass time. And now that I live in Littleton, the 45 min drive is definitely worth it ! Thank you for all you do for your town, and customers. You have 100 stars in my book read more

Discovering Found Underground has changed my perspective on consignment stores overall but I love this one the best by far! Nancy, the owner, is one of the main reasons I return again and again. She is so welcoming and thrilled to have you shopping there. And I love how genuinely excited she gets when you purchase something - it's like she found the treasure with you! I like the wide variety of items and sizes, and how well everything is organized and displayed. All the inventory is in excellent condition and from all kinds of brands, so there's something for everyone. Personally, I've found amazing jewelry as well as shoes and clothing items. There's always something new which is part of the fun. What are you waiting for? GO! read more

This is a place I am truly attached to. For years, when I needed something beautiful, fresh, and stylish, I go here. Nancy the owner is absolutely the nicest most engaging, helpful, kind people I've ever known, and runs a beautiful ship!! I read a terrible review from a horrible woman who, we heard from Nancy, refused to follow Covid protocol, declaring despite very clear signs clarifying that Nancy cares enough to protect her customers. This place is an absolute gem, full of great stuff. She even hustled around to set up an online version of her place, which I've got to say is incredibly professional! Do yourself a favor next time in Louisville and GO BELOW Z. XO read more

We have bought and sold items with Nancy at Found Underground for almost 15 years. She is one of the most honest, kind, and trustworthy people I've ever had the pleasure of knowing. She treats her customers like family and also has some of the best items of any resale shop I've visited. If you are in the area, don't miss stopping in and finding a treasure! read more

Always Five Stars!!! This store is one of the BEST things going for the city of Louisville! It has fashionable clothes at reasonable prices, an amazing and friendly staff, and excellent customer service- even through the retail hazards of this recent pandemic. Nancy worked hard to keep her business open and available- even with her own health struggles- because she cares about her clientele. When I think of highly successful women-owned businesses, I think of Nancy's Found Underground. She inspires! Her loyal commitment to her customers and the community is exemplary- and it makes me want to support her with my business all the more. If I could give 6 stars, I would. :-) read more

Best clothing store around! I've found many of my favorite clothing items here and some fantastic one-of-a-kind jewelry pieces too! Every time I'm there I'm so impressed with all the fun, new arrivals. High quality too. Nancy and her team are the most kind, helpful and genuine people I've ever met. Stop in and see for yourself. read more

Absolutely the best selection of used clothing in the area. I go in and Nancy and her staff are friendly and helpful. The store is welcoming, clean, and inviting. I highly recommend Found Underground. read more

Above and beyond covid-19 safety. The owner is absolutely lovely. High quality clothing for a good price. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting. I highly recommend supporting this small business! read more

It's the best thrifting experience - to stop somewhere you don't really know, find a shop, and score the cute stuff you weren't expecting! I'll definitely be back, even though I don't live close. Great finds, a $5 rack with hidden treasures, clean store, the owner's super friendly. She really curates the good stuff, too! read more

Best Clothing Consignment Shop around! The owner is kind and genuine! And in these trying and scary times, she ensures she, her staff and her patrons all wear masks. Thank you Nancy for being part of our community, your little shop is definitely a bright spot and you are the best! read more

I came here and browsed around. The selection was okay for some people, I'd imagine, but for me, I just thought it was low-quality items without much potential for those "gem" pieces I've found at a lot of other consignment stores. The shoe selection was a bit small and lacking in variety and quality. I've found amazing stuff at the Boulder consignment stores like Rags, hip, and Common Threads and I'd suggest looking there over this place. Although, when I went there it was very crowded and ladies seemed to be loving the store, so maybe it's just me because I do tend to be very picky and decisive. The store was large and the rooms kept unfolding. There was a large selection of denim, so I have to give them props for that. Location is cute and the area is cute for a walk around. Edit 12/01/2012: I just wanted to respond to the owner's comment and to say that I actually never met her and I think she's confused me with someone else. This was my first time in the store and I had absolutely no problem with the store, but I just think that the selection was lacking and I understand that it varies from day to day. read more

My all-time favorite consignment shop. Great selection, prices and fabulous staff. I always find clothes that I like and the prices are fair. I also like their jewelry selection and shoes. Nancy and her staff are always friendly and helpful. A true gem of a store. read more

Awesome! Always has cool stuff -- uh yeah did I say always.... seriously you can always bring stuff in and if it is cool they take it and you will walk away with some "new" thing you love. Make some dough, do the whole recycle, reuse and reduce thing. But -- mostly you will be having people say" Shut up! are you serious, I am headed there now!" read more

Found Underground Consignment - Awesome - Thrift Stores Near Me - Louisville, Colorado

One of the best second hand shops around. I've only purchased here, not consigned. They have a wide variety of fits and styles and everything is in pretty good condition. They also have pretty fair prices. I frequent Buffalo Exchange in Boulder alot because they're inventory changes so quickly, however, I would say Found Underground is more of the 'quality over quantity' type. read more

I LOVE Found Underground! I've been consigning my clothes there for years and they always sell with adding some great extra cash in my pocket. Nancy and all of the employees are very friendly and helpful. I seem to get the most compliments on my cool finds at the store. Bottom line: Great place to buy and sell your clothes with an amazing staff! read more

Love this place! The owner and staff are so sweet and kind! Great deals too. I highly recommend!

There are absolutely no words to describe this GEM of a place! Seriously, I continue to always feel welcome every single time I step foot in the door from the extremely friendly and welcoming staff to the amazing clothing to the cleanliness of the environment! It's clear the owner is passionate about her store and she has shown so much strength during this difficult time our world is facing specifically on small businesses as this. In most recent events, I was particularly impressed with the stores policy to wear a mask when shopping because I know the owner cares so much about her customers and employees to keep us all safe as much as she can. read more

Found Underground is a great local business offering a huge selection of women's clothes and shoes. This consignment shop is a gem and I've found several specific items I needed for special events (and many things I just couldn't live without when I wasn't looking for them!). The owner is great...she remembers her repeat customers and seems to get a kick out of what she does. The brands are usually better and larger known brands, but I've also picked up a funky item or two from lesser known makers. I've consigned clothes at this shop, too, and they make it easy. Prices are fair, perhaps just a couple bucks more than I'd like on some of the newly arrived items, but many items are marked down in their back sale room for those of us looking for a steal. However, you can't beat their selection - sorted by clothing piece (skirt, shirt, dress, etc.) then by color and size. The only drawback is that they don't offer a lot for larger sizes. If you run anywhere from a 0 to a 14 in women's though, you'll be fine. (I only noticed this when a friend told me she didn't really like going with me because of that.) There is free street parking and lots of nearby restaurants. Definitely a place I recommend to others and will always shop at. read more

This place is full of crappy clothing and that aside, the owner is one of, if not the most, rude people I have ever met in my life. She is impersonal, outspoken in a bad way, and extremely unfriendly. She yelled at us and physically put her hands on us to push us out of her store for not wearing masks. We didn't know we had to wear them. Instead of asking if we had them, she started yelling and freaking out because we "needed to leave immediately" - i have never experienced anything like it. She's a psycho and I would never, ever tell anyone to consign with her. In fact, I would give something away before I'd consign with her. She's a loon. read more

I love this place! It's a cozy little boutique with really great pieces at great prices and very welcoming!! I really love their earring/jewelry selection and their shoe selection! I always find something that I HAVE to have! It is wonderful! read more

Excellent friendly staff and fun store to look through with some great finds. Thank you!

Best resale place I've ever been. A neighborhood gem! I have so many core pieces from here.

Absolutely the best for unique and lovely things. Nancy has the BEST eye for great finds - clothes, boots, hats and Jewellery! Plus she makes you feel right at home. Love going in just to chat . Above and beyond COVID safety. read more

Found Underground is one of my favorite consignment stores EVER!! The ambiance makes you feel like you are walking into your own giant closet! Really the kind of place you'll love to browse for an hour or two, and be sure to find a treasure at a fair price! Not to mention the doll of an owner! She has great taste and is a joy to chat with! read more

I love Found Underground!!!! I have found so many wonderful items! Always have a great selection of seasonal items! Nancy and her team are the best! read more

I love this store and the owner is amazing! I have successfully sold clothing here and purchased amazing designer pieces.

I love this store! I send people there all the time who later thank me. I have bought Coach bags, Versace sunglasses, Betsy Johnson dresses, among many other things. Every time I go there is some wonderful new find! I also take my clothing there to recycle and so I always have credit. The owner is awesome--so friendly and fun to chat with. Seriously worth checking out! Plus, the Historic Downtown Louisville has free parking so you can't go wrong! read more

I love this place, I go in there a few times a month and always see new things. I've brought a couple of friends in as well and although our styles are different they found things that they love as well. Good clothing selection, but also really awesome selection of designer hand bags and shoes. The owners are super sweet and all the employees really helpful, have helped me sort through shelves for a particular item. Cute and homey without that "second hand" feel or smell, I'll be back. read more

I won't be returning to this store and I regret it because I had enjoyed the tradition of going here with my daughter. In the past I found some nice fashionable items in the store. Unfortunately, at my last visit I had an experience that took all the previous enjoyment away and I walked out after a brief stay. I found that there were two unleashed dogs roaming the store moving under the racks, sniffing customers and this was humoring the staff. I truly am an animal lover but this was uncomfortable to me. Consider that three weeks earlier my daughter had been in the store with her two year old daughter and was confronted by staff because her daughter was trying on shoes while her mother( my daughter) was also trying on shoes, the staff thought that this might not be good for the product. This story may not be problematic to ones reading this review, for me it is. I support businesses who I am confident have the same priorities as my own. We are not talking about a rambunctious two year old and anyone with a two year old knows this picture. Could a staff member have come over and offered a crayon or talked to the child? Is it easier to overlook a dog romping about a store than a toddler? As you read this review please know that my family owns multiple businesses and I come from a true understanding about the challenges of owning a business. What an individual owner stands for is a part of the challenge. read more

Nice consignment shop with high-quality, current women's fashions. Friendly staff and reasonable prices.

I love consignment boutiques and looked this up while in Louisville on vacation. It's a great shop. The prices are very reasonable and we also happened upon a $5 sale. My friend and I found a bunch of things we loved and when we showed her high school and college aged daughters our finds, they wanted to go. We had a blast trying on all sorts of things and found several items to buy. The store is arranged nicely. It's easy to find what you want and the staff are friendly and helpful. It's nice because it's not so full that it's overwhelming but there's plenty to peruse. It's good for your style, pocketbook and the Earth! read more

Just discovered this place and it was awesome. The owner is so nice and helpful. The shop is cute and they had some great stuff at amazing prices. They had designer brands and were having a big sale, so some items I looked at were less then $10! I also asked about consigning , and they have a really fair policy. The owner was honest about the best times to consign. I will definitely support these guys, not only because they are local, but also because they had such great customer service! The store is not so visible, so you need to look for it...they usually have a sign out. read more

I have been shopping and consigning here for years and love it. It's almost impossible to go in and not buy anything. Great selection of cool brands and quality retro pieces. read more

Sadly will not go back, first time in and find them owner/ help to be very rude and unfriendly. Not worth their time.

I love this place. I've lost some weight and none of my old clothes really fit anymore and replacing my wardrobe was becoming expensive. I'm so glad I found this place. The clothes are reasonably priced, which is great if you are consigning your own items, and mostly in great condition. The selection is very diverse and abundant. Seriously, one of the best consignment stores I have been to in terms of quality, quantity, and price. They also have the discount room if you want to get some really great deals! read more

I'll give this place 2 stars based on the fact that I used to love shopping here. However, recent events have altered my view of the store owner and the store itself. Selection has become increasingly mundane and unorganized. Prices are a bit high. I suggest going to Switch down the street. Much nicer customer service and much better selection. read more

LOVE this consignment store. The owner is the sweetest person you'll ever meet and always greets you with a smile. Both the shopping and consigning experience has always been very positive and she gets some great things into the store. I would recommend this consignment store to everyone new and old to consiging. read more
