We came in to browse this large thrift store. The layout is nothing fancy - just a large open space…read morethat runs unusually deep/back with dozens of carousels, each packed with hanging articles. They are organized as one might expect - by gender, season, size. And, as one might expect, there are a fair number of items on the wrong carousels, more than likely by a lazy patron quickly unburdening their hand as they change their mind about something. Unlike most other secondhand stores, this one has a substantial mix of mens items too. I was surprised to find a couple of unique, lightweight sweaters.... and they happened to be 25% off too. On this wknd afternoon the place was busy. There are 4-5 dressing "rooms" (standup spots with curtains that you draw completely around you - kinda nifty if maybe a little vulnerable feeling but I didn't mind). There was often a short line for a dressing room but people tended to move quickly - maybe because of those surround curtains that don't reach all the way to the floor, Lol. Checkout was easy and if I recall, returns are accepted, with receipt, tags, within 7 days, and then only for store credit. Aside: One thing that impressed me also is how the owner/mgr, consistently, and seemingly sincerely, responds to the harshest reviews here. I did observe that most of the negatives centered around sellers... probably something to be expected in this inherently subjective and fickle business.

It was super snowy out and I noted there were no donations left at the door. There was also a sign that said to knock (as the doorbell is out of order) to ensure that you leave your donations with a staff member. No prob! A few knocks later a nice woman came out to retrieve my donation and offer me a receipt. And off I was to my next errand. On other occasions I've perused their aisles for nearly an hour. There is truly a lot to look at. I picked up a stellar pair of like new Levi's jeans (for only $8) and am now a huge Levi's fan. During Halloween and Christmas their offerings are unmatched. They do a stellar job of putting everything out neatly and at fair prices. They also have events from time to time, one of which I won two $5 vouchers (they are so cute and have prarie dogs on them!). Excite to make another donation soon. Three cheers for spring cleaning!

I ordered the Mezcal without simple syrup because I don't like sweet drinks and it was perfectly balanced. The birria taco was one of the best tacos I've ever had. Not sure if the marg helped with that but either way, it was amazing. Our bartender was really friendly and not only did he make our drinks but he also made the taco. Impressive! It was also fun to step away from the bar to check out the vintage clothing in the back of the building. 10/10, would definitely go here again.

There's always furniture, art, glassware and more. I picked up some lovely 1950's milk glass spice bottles in the past which I'm still enjoying using. The downstairs part is the "thrift store". Don't let the size fool you. There is lots of good stuff down here. From purses, to shoes, to jewelry and books, they really have a great selection.
