I ordered two pairs of minimalist running shoes which arrived in a reasonable amount of time (5 days which I consider reasonable shipping by USPS during the pandemic). Prices were reasonable, especially since I used a promotional code that they offered. One pair of shoes was unfortunately slightly too big, so I emailed Pedestrian Shops about doing an exchange. They responded quickly and offered to drop off my replacement pair at my doorstep! I only needed to wait a day before I had my replacement pair in my hands. Kudos to Zoe Polk and the team at Pedestrian Shops! They will definitely get my business again!

She said they would match that price if I could prove that to her. I said I had a piece of paper in my car that had a photo of those Stegmann shoes and the price on it. I asked her if I got it for her would she give me the discount and match the Stegmann price. She said she would. I walked back to my car and got it, and she then told me it wasn't the same shoe when they were identical. I had the photo there to show her. She was very rude to me and refused to honor what she had said about matching the price. This is an inappropriate way to treat a customer. Please respond to my complaint. Rita

The selection isn't particularly stellar by most standards (i.e. San Francisco, NY, Chicago, etc.), but as far as Boulder boutiques go, this shop has the market cornered on fashionable footwear that can't be found at Nordstrom. I'd like to give it a better review, but in all honesty, the treatment I receive by staff is a big part of patronizing shops like this - and I didn't get a warm, or even acceptable, reception. If you're not sporting an "I've got cash to spend" attitude, then I doubt you'll get a friendly, much less helpful, welcome.

Stepping on sharp volcanic rocks and it's awesome! It provided me with some really great ankle support and the stability of a solid step. It was again a great foot wear stepping on the granite rocks in the Rancheria Hike. Sure footing and very comfortable. The only change I think i will make is to replace my generic lace with a flat one. It should then provide me with a longer/better staying lace up power.
