I just lVE when the employee's greet me as I walk in. I feel as if they are waiting just for me. I browse for a few minutes, have my hands full with items to try on and I'm approached by Dana who was eager to help me with my shopping experience. So many styles, sizes and colors to choose from. She showed me all the sales, the mark down racks and most important she set me up in a fitting room to try on all my items. Dana even ask if I was doing okay or if I needed any other sizes. I was indeed of an additional size that the store did not carry. I paid for the item and Dana said the correct size and color woukd be shipped to me. Also she mentioned that I would receive an email after the item was shipped. I received my order to the date that was stated. Then she printed the receipt for the items I purchased in house and showed me how to enter into a drawing for a chance to win a gift card and a survey to complete about your visit.
