Calls us when medication is out of stock. The Starbucks in this store is the only one we go to. Staff are so friendly. Know us, laugh with us. At the check out stand there are three particular staff we try to go to. Chaz being our preferred staff. I have been treated with such kindness. I have my Service Dog and all the staff know us. This store was not only hard to find, but thinks video games are neglible to carry product. Barely any games in stock, and all of their Nintendo Switch 2 games are "Game-Key Cards," so they're basically fake physical games that require download space. The only games worth buying is Cyberpunk 2077 and Donkey Kong. Even the Playstation section is notably smaller than even Nintendo's own The toys were at least packed out, the LEGOs had some cool sets when you see them all stocked that you can almost buy an entire series in one stop, which is good.

I was shopping at Mardel's yesterday (5/28/2025) and the indoor temperature was felony warm. Almost Hades hot! Now this is not my 1st, 2nd or even 3rd shopping experience at Mardel's, yet each time the store temp has been way too warm. I would love nothing more than to stay and shop for a couple of hours though the thermostat setting has me shopping for only what I need. I am in and out as quickly as possible. I'm definitely not asking for the temperature to be frigid or extra cool, just bearable enough to make shopping comfortable. Please Mardel's, please. Summer is near. Can you just lower the thermostat a bit?

I explained I had a free item and that I was looking for more bang for my buck. I told them I was going to put a body wash scent in a refillable pump container to use at my kitchen sink and they explained they never thought of that. They said they just throw the bottle in their shower and that's that. I didn't have any wait in line and check out was fast and seamless. I like shopping at this store and I like the layout. We had one of those "run for the hills" moments when we visited this store recently. Do not expect…read moremuch from this store! We went looking for Tuxedos and expected to be introduced to the process of scheduling our parties measurements and to learn about the general process to select the tuxedos (all of the above). This is our first time being married so we are new to the process. When we arrived we waited for about 20minutes to be helped which was ok. We understood that there was a person in front of us. However when it was our turn to engage in the process, we were handed iPads with no explanation to put our information in and we were asked "what do you want". I presume this question was in regard to our tuxedos styles. When I asked what were the options, the gentlemen pointed to a rack of items near the register and we were told "this is all we have". I'm actually not sure what was on the rack because it wasn't organized or looked like a bunch of frazzled material thrown in a corner. We decided to leave after that experience and will not return. We were also told the rental would be $250 which I thought was outrageous for the customer service experience that we had. If you are looking for an enjoyable experience, I'd highly suggest not going to this store! We visited another suit store (no affiliated with Men's Wearhouse) and immediately were met with grace, excitement and were offered a way better price for tuxedos that we can actually own. This other place scheduled us for consultation and we will purchase there! I gave this store rating one stars. I was because able to find a nice shirt for cheap on the clearance rack while I was waiting but that was my only joy. I won't be back to this store!
