I've been to this store many, many times over a period of years. While I buy my suits at the…read moreregular, non-outlet Brooks Brother's store in Denver, I buy everything else here. Having tried many T-shirts, boxer shorts, over-the-calf dress socks and ties at many other stores, including Polo-RL, Land's End, custom tailored and many others, I find the best value and quality of these items int he 346 brand at the BB Outlet by far the best. I really think that the quality of these items is the best I've found anywhere at any price. The dress shirts: The 346 dress shirt is the best non-custom tailored dress shirt in the USA. No kidding. No other dress shirt looks as good, lasts as long, and has as reliably great-looking collar. The ONLY dress shirt I'd wear under $200, and for that price the $200 shirt is no better. The ONLY dress shirt for me, and I am super picky! In my case I'm perfectly happy to select my own wardrobe items and don't rely on the staff for anything but checking me out at the register, so can't evaluate staff knowledge. They offer to help and neither ignore nor pester me, so I'm happy. Though I don't happen to buy suits there they still represent a good value, but in my work I really do need a regulkar Brooks Brothers $1600 suit (which I buy on sale at the Denver store) -- you have to "dress to bill" and my clients pay $3000/hr for my time so you have to show up properly in the boardroom... In addition, many times I've not been able to drive to the outlet store as I live some distance away. They have always been happy to check stock and ship the items to me in my color and size preference with no shipping errors or delays. Overall, best value in men's business attire.

I purchased a perfume and I specifically showed the perfume bottle to the sales person and when I got home as I was putting away the perfume I noticed I was given the wrong perfume. I called and spoke to the store manager and he was very unapologetic and asked me to just return it. After telling him that I lived 2 1/2 hrs away he asked me to find someone who could return it for me. I took his name and luckily I found someone who could take it back. I had my brother in law return it along with the receipt but they were giving him a hard time and were telling him they did not take perfumes back even after I had talked to the manager over the phone. I decided to stop by Tory Burch at this location and I had a wonderful conversation with Madelyn J. I told her about my experience and she was so sweet and could not believe my experience at the Kansas City Outlet (legends Outlets). She gave me a perfume and apologized for my experience. I ended purchasing a bracelet and another perfume. Excellent experience at this location. So much so that I will make all my purchases from this store even though I live 5 hrs away. Thank you Madelyn J!
