But even when I follow their rules, they still call out clients for rescheduling and make you feel bad about it--even when it's within their allowed timeframe. If rescheduling or canceling is a problem, they should just be upfront and update their policy instead of shaming customers for following it. I have no issue sticking to clear guidelines, but I do have an issue with being made to feel guilty for doing exactly what their policy allows. Good customer service is about professionalism, clear communication, and treating clients with respect. People have busy lives, and sometimes schedules change (and clients who respect the policy) -- what matters is how a business handles it. A great salon values its clients, makes policies clear, and doesn't make them feel like an inconvenience for rescheduling within the agreed terms. On top of that, this place has a reputation for poor customer service and high stylist turnover--they just don't stay. That alone says a lot about this salon's environment. A business that can't retain its own staff and makes clients feel unwelcome isn't one worth supporting. If you're looking for a salon that respects both its clients and employees, I'd suggest looking elsewhere.

He didn't try to sell me anything for sake of selling something to make a profit. I understand that this is a business and the sale of consumer goods. However, I was very impressed that both Andy and Cordie gave me what I needed rather than just seeing a consumer who needs to purchase something. Long story short is that I've been having problems with my left foot and I felt that I needed new shoe inserts for better arch support. I walked away with information that helped me go in a different direction to mitigate what I've been experiencing lately. I love how staff is very personable at this location. You experience a level of customer service that is more family oriented than strictly consumer based. I very much appreciate how both Andy and Cordie invested the time to learn about the history of my recent foot problems then took that information to help me decide what's best for my situation. I can't say enough how pleased I was during the visit today. Another fantastic five star experience. I will definitely return here again. Again, I highly recommend this business!

Not only that but in entire cupa rather than the shot glass size that most places do for a taster. It was chocolatly and wven a hit spicy which was nice. There is a seating area out front on a small deck if you want to sit and enjoy their complimentary coffee (offerings vary per day). Parking can be difficult (street or find a spot in a local lot).
