I've waited for the Tory Burch store to open as soon as I saw advertising and I must say, it was so worth the wait! The customer service was amazing! The store is fresh and the associates weren't that good at product knowledge yet but things like that don't matter when they offer you the best experience. They offered my 3 year old juice and myself water, which sounds petty but makes all the difference when you're spending your earned money. I hate giving such poor ratings but I have been trying for a year and half (on and off) to work with 3 different Tory Burch employees to fix my bag. Every time I try again I get no response and start over. All I wanted was for them to fix the corners of a leather purse I purchased in Dallas because the corners immediately started to get destroyed but no one will see this to the end. One employee in the Cherry Creek store even told me I should buy my TB products at Nordstrom.. I have never had issues with any other TB products except for the bag and it really disappoints me that I threw away $600 just by buying at the store. read more

I wish there was an option for a negative score. My sister wrote this after being embarrassed and hurt inside of this store. It is a horrible way for someone who has fought for the same country that you live in. Tory Burch needs to do something about this. Maybe the same thing that Starbucks did. Close down for a day for training to conduct racial-bias education geared toward preventing discrimination in their stores. I pride myself for being accomplished. I've been serving my country for 14 years and with that comes the opportunity to travel. I'm currently in Denver, CO on TDY and today decided to do some shopping at Cherry Creek Mall. I went into the #ToryBurch store with earrings on my mind. Immediately I was made to feel very uncomfortable. To begin with, I was followed and watched by an employee in the store. When I asked to see two pairs of earrings, I was then asked where do I work by the same employee. Is it proper protocol to ask a shopper in the store where they work? Is it even protocol to follow and watch your shoppers? I must admit this is humiliating for me. As I previously mentioned, I travel often and I shop everywhere. In March of this year I traveled to Chicago, IL and shopped at the #ToryBurch store spending a pretty penny along with my sister. I was made to feel unwelcome and as if I cannot afford the merchandise at the Cherry Creek Mall location. I hear these kinds of stories often. See them on social media almost daily but to actually experience this sort of treatment personally is really hurtful to say the least. I'm taken aback and upset as this is my first time ever experiencing such a thing. I'm currently stuck in an awful daze and choosing to no longer patronize #ToryBurch while accepting that after almost 39 years of living, I may have just encountered my first dealings with experiencing racism all while fighting for our freedom daily. read more

I'm going to have to trust my wife when she says they have the most comfortable sandals ever because for 250 bucks they would have to be! The staff was friendly and it was nice that they offered me a beer while my wife shopped, it helped me not think about how bad my wife was damaging our bank account. read more

Extremely disappointed with the customer service. My boyfriend had recently purchased a gift from here on Saturday 10/30/16. After he left he was not going back again. He went in and showed an associate a picture of what he was looking for. Right off the bat a staff named "LORI" asked if he had the money to buy the purse....... Seriously? How could she offend him like that. He wouldn't go into Tory Burch to specifically ask for a purse and not buy it. I can't believe what she said to him. He's an Asian male, dressed casual with a clean white t-shirt and jeans that day. It's not like he was dressed as a bum or gangster. Someone who would ask that is absolutely DISGUSTING and has no common courtesy. "Lori" This will be the last I will send anyone to this store. To have a staff that is JUDGMENTAL to their customers is disgraceful. If you're looking for a place to get a nice gift especially if you're a GUY, I recommend AVOIDING this place. Let me start by saying that I love Tory Burch shoes and have owned many pairs over the years. However, I recently made my first purchase from the Tory Burch store in Cherry Creek Mall. After getting the shoes home and walking around on my carpeted bedroom floor, I determined that the shoes were uncomfortable. When I attempted to return them, the sales associate, Lynn, inspected the shoes with a fine toothed comb. She refused to give me a refund saying that they looked worn. Anyone who looked at the soles could see that they'd never been worn outdoors. Rather than argue over $300, I decided to return the other 3 pairs of shoes that I'd purchased from Tory Burch online, and to re-purchase at Nordstrom's where my business is appreciated. As I entered Tory Burch to return my online purchases, I walked past the sales associate Lynn, who was exiting the store. Well apparently she recognized me, and made a beeline back into the store just so she could inspect my return. I have never felt so profiled and harassed in my life. FYI: I am an African American woman. The employee who was helping me, returned the shoes and apologized for her behavior. While appreciated, I will never step foot in that store again, for as long as Lynn is an employee. read more

My daughter and I had a great experience here in Denver at the Tory Burch store. We looked at flip flops. A girl always needs a cute pair for pedicures. We also bought some boots and a purse. The staff was fun, professional and kind. I love shopping Tory Burch and this store had some beautiful and fun items . Great store. read more

I came in to get my wife a new purse for Christmas and I was very happy with the service I received. I wasn't buying a really expensive purse, but it was still over $500. There were several associates that were helping me out and they were all very helpful and nice. Even though I'm assuming they are all on commission, they weren't pushy at all which I really appreciated. They showed me several purses and were very knowledgeable about the differences and they were able to make sure that my wife loved it. I will be back to get another whenever my wife wants a new purse. read more

I'm over this place. Love the clothes and purses but had a terrible experience in the store the other day. I came in with a pair of leggings I'd bought there that was literally coming apart at the seams. I got the brush off from the manager, who suggested that the holes and separating seams were the result of having owned and worn the pants for six months. Yikes. I asked if this was the typical point at which their clothes started to fall apart... all she could say was "no.' She refused to take them back, exchange for a similar pair or do anything to help me. This store is not worth it. I"ll buy my Tory Burch products at Nordstrom from now on. read more

I am sad to see the poor reviews regarding customer service. I've had GREAT experiences at Tory Burch. I find the sales associates to be extremely accessible, fun and helpful. The store is not stuffy and stand-offish. A particular shout out goes to Breanna Barraza. I came in looking for some earrings and we had great fun and conversations while making my selection. that experience alone has made me think that when I'm on the hunt for something special, this is going to be one of the first places to visit! read more

5 star service. I had multiple sales associates helping me, and they were searching their inventory and national inventory for sale items. I felt like I was treated as well as someone making a large full price purchase. I'll be returning. read more
