Some stores are definitely better than others...I found an Armani black label…read morejacket in a Manhattan store for $99 on the clearance rack once...but if you're willing to hunt a bit, there can be some real bargains in designer clothing, such as $400 dresses for $80 or less. It's a good spot for workout clothes. They have good brands, such as Under Armour and Calvin Klein, for about half of retail. Sometimes you can find Hudson, Paige, or AG jeans for $40-$50. Sweater selection is mostly acrylic, but sometimes they have cashmere or wool. The shoe selection is usually less than stellar, although once I found two pairs of Jack Rogers sandals for about $40 each, which was amazing. I do have very high standards for shoes, though. I only wear all leather, or at the very least, leather uppers. TJ Maxx seems to carry mostly PU shoes. Lots of sneakers, PU boots, and just plain ugly shoes. I do have huge feet, so I like shoes that don't make my feet look like as if I should be towed behind a speedboat. TJ Maxx is GREAT for shampoo, conditioner, and hair tools. I buy Joico, Rusk, and other shampoos etc at about half of what they would cost at Ulta or a salon. They have Chi tools at a discount, sometimes. They also carry a lot of bath and skincare items. The cosmetic selection can be hit or miss. The Home section often has luxury sheets, blankets, towels, pillows, and home decor/kitchen ware at great prices, although they may not have the number of plates or glasses that you want, so you may have to hunt at other stores, too. The purse selection has been leaning very heavily towards PU the last few years, sadly. Very few real leather purses. Great for vegans! They also seem to have a much smaller stock. Generally a good selection of luggage, though. I've bought quite a few suitcases over the years. Once in a rare while they'll have Hartmann or Tumi. Not cheap, but much less than full retail. The men's clothing section isn't bad, although finding pants with a 34" inseam can be tough. It's good for shirts, jackets, socks, and underwear. They have more tee shirts than polo shirts these days, though. Service is friendly and helpful. I bought a pajama and robe set on my last visit, but alas the shorts were missing (and of course it was the only set in any size of that particular pattern), so a nice lady went and looked in the back for me, couldn't find the shorts, and gave me a discount. I do wish they would stop asking if I want to open a credit card every single visit, but I understand that they don't have a choice. They're probably just as tired of asking.

This was the first location I've been to since moving out to Colorado. I gotta tell ya this location reminds me a lot of their competitors Ross. Ross used to be a favorite of mine up until the pandemic. The stores became a cluttered disorganized mess. As much as I love a good deal, I'm really it up for digging around misplaced items just to find it. This TJ Maxx reminds me so much of that place because it was completely unorganized when it came to anything other than clothing. Although there were some good deals it wasn't enough for me to make a purchase. To top it off the customer service is almost non existent. Clearly the staff members don't wanna be there. The vibe felt a lot like Walmart. I probably won't be coming back.

Drove over to a semi close store in a neighboring town (yes, it was nice to get out and drive somewhere, amidst the pandemic) and met super friendly, attentive and accommodating store staff - literally every staff here. We all wore masks, kept our distance and used sanitizer as needed. In returning my pants for exchange, I learned that this store didn't have the pants in my size / color as reported, but they were happy to order these for me and have them shipped to me for free. They also were gracious and allowed me to use my original 20% coupon (used in the first order). Such a nice experience. And yes, you guessed it, being in the store has it's advantages as I found a few more pieces to bring home with me! The store is gorgeous, clean, and well maintained. I also felt very welcomed and comfortable. Staff were available to help when needed, but also allowed me to roam around and browse. Totally returning, pandemic or not.

I like the belts with the bling on them, the wristlets, the cute boots. So many clothing styles and hats to select from. I wandered around and admired the boots. Then I saw something I couldn't live without - a carrying bag for my boots. How did I not know these existed? I've been carrying around my boots in chintzy plastic shopping bags. Now they can be protected when I travel. I also picked up some warm gloves for Christmas gifts. And I found some mink oil for my boots. All in all a productive unexpected visit.

Also the store was super clean and neat and the sales people were on their sales game-- asking me and other customers to start us fitting rooms. We went looking for Tuxedos and expected to be introduced to the process of scheduling our parties measurements and to learn about the general process to select the tuxedos (all of the above). This is our first time being married so we are new to the process. When we arrived we waited for about 20minutes to be helped which was ok. We understood that there was a person in front of us. However when it was our turn to engage in the process, we were handed iPads with no explanation to put our information in and we were asked "what do you want". I presume this question was in regard to our tuxedos styles. When I asked what were the options, the gentlemen pointed to a rack of items near the register and we were told "this is all we have". I'm actually not sure what was on the rack because it wasn't organized or looked like a bunch of frazzled material thrown in a corner. We decided to leave after that experience and will not return. We were also told the rental would be $250 which I thought was outrageous for the customer service experience that we had. If you are looking for an enjoyable experience, I'd highly suggest not going to this store! We visited another suit store (no affiliated with Men's Wearhouse) and immediately were met with grace, excitement and were offered a way better price for tuxedos that we can actually own. This other place scheduled us for consultation and we will purchase there! I gave this store rating one stars. I was because able to find a nice shirt for cheap on the clearance rack while I was waiting but that was my only joy. I won't be back to this store!
