I went in specifically for some Rock Revival jeans (women's). And in a plus size 14 (32/33), which is impossible to find online without being ripped off with knock offs. Jessi approached me, I told her what I was looking for & she was ON IT. She immediately brought out several styles in a couple sizes, bc she knew what I came in there asking for wasn't my actual size. She actually made my day when I realized I'd went down 2 sizes than I was expecting! She was knowledgeable about the sales & deals they have also. She was absolutely accommodating from the moment I walked in. We will definitely be back. I'm in my jeans right now & they fit like a glove. Yeah, this brand is probably one of the priciest out there, but they're worth it. The quality & fit, to me, (a girl hard to "fit") is incomparable. The details & stitching on these jeans are extraordinary. The only negative thing I can say about this visit, is that I wasn't informed there were comparable jeans on their website about $50 cheaper that I could've ordered there & had delivered. read more

I would give 0 stars if I could. This is the WORST Buckle store I've ever been in. I went in with my boyfriend and not a single person helped us. Eventually we got into the dressing room, my boyfriend came with me because I was trying jeans and of course need his opinion (no one told us that we couldn't go in together) and after 15 minutes we heard the workers whispering outside of our door talking about us and opened the door without knocking or asking if anyone was in there while I was in the middle or changing. Then they told us we can't both be in there. I decided not to get anything because of the bad service. As we were walking out, one of the workers gave us a dirty look and said bye in a snotty tone. I have never so disappointed in a store and I NEVER write poor reviews because I've worked in customer service so I give people grace, but these workers were so incredibly rude, lazy, and overall terrible. read more

Review purely based off a couple phone calls to the store. I called there twice; asking if they had a certain size in their buckle jeans. I was told by the first associate "check online" to which I said, "I'm actually driving now and wanted you to check so I could come in and buy them." To which she said, "sorry sir, our app will let you check online, you can reserve them, then come in." Not happy with the answer, I thought I'd try a different day. I love Buckle jeans, is the only brand I wear, so maybe she was having a rough day. I called again a few days later, different employee, same answer. There was no effort to even check if they were in stock for me, for a customer that was literally on the way to the store. I understand that technology has improved things but man has it killed customer service in so many ways. I ended up finding different tall jeans, on Amazon, $35, 5 star reviews, 30 day returns no questions asked. Sorry Buckle, but you've lost a loyal customer of 7+ years due to repeatedly LAZY customer service. As retail continues to die and e-commerce continues to grow, I hope places like this can focus on the only thing that differentiates them between amazon, human interaction. Anyways, if you're a taller guy like me (I'm 6'9" but I know anyone 6'4" and up tends to have a tougher time finding jeans) and you would go to buckle because they had tall jeans priced at $75....Id suggest looking on Amazon. Amazing Wrangler Tall jeans in multiple styles, $25-$35. No need to be ripped off by Buckle anymore. read more

Okay so this review has been long overdue as Ive been a Buckle customer for so long. This past trip we with my son & his girlfriend was a costly one to Buckle as they both ended up with things as well as myself. I was greated by very nice customer service associates and eventually helped by the store manager for our shopping as he helped my son's girlfriend pick out her first pair of Miss Me's that I was treating her to....What an adventure. Copied from my Google Review from 3 weeks ago, since I still haven't gotten a response. Usually I love Buckle, but todays experience greatly turned me off. If I didn't have a gift card I needed to spend, I would have left. There were 4-6 people working the registers, with a number of other employees walking around the store helping some guests and putting clothing away. I was not greeted or asked if I needed help finding anything, and was in the store no less than 30 minutes. While I was looking around, I heard one of the ladies at the register asking every customer who helped them and 90% of them said "nobody." To which she replied, "oh I'm sorry!" But nobody ever went over to any of the employees walking around or NOT helping someone at a register to go around and make sure to greet anyone. While I was looking for my sizes, NUMEROUS employees squeezed by me to put clothes back on the checked while chatting with their coworkers...yet still, nobody asked if I needed help finding anything. And yes, it would have been helpful if someone could help me find the styles and sizes I was looking for...would have made the experience much quicker and pleasant. I made it into the dressing rooms twice, still with nobody asking me if I needed anything. When I finally went to the register to pay, there was now only 1 person "working" the register. I say "working" because she was busy texting, while I stood in front of her and she didn't acknowledge my presence. So I put my jeans on the counter, she took a minute to finish whatever she was doing on her phone, and then finally asked if I was ready. I said yes, then she got some notifications on her Apple Watch that she had to read before continuing to help me. She asked if anyone helped me today, and I responded no, to which she also said sorry (but didn't look at me when she said it...too busy reading more notifications on her watch). She read the notifications a few more times on her watch while she was trying to finish checking out my purchase. I felt like I was interrupting her much more important conversation she was probably having on her phone. I don't plan on going back to this location after todays experience. read more

I recently visited the buckle to purchase a Christmas present. An employee named Leigh helped me. She was super friendly and invited me back to the store to shop for me. I visited the store a couple days ago and absolutely loved the clothes she had picked out for me. I highly recommend Leigh if you're looking for a personal shopper! read more

This is my favorite clothing store in the mall. So I was so excited when my husband got me my first pair of Miss Me jeans from this store in Park Meadows. They were wonderful but so expensive. So when the pocket snap broke I was really disappointed. But I took it back to the store 6 months later and they replaced the jeans with new ones, no questions asked. They were so polite and helpful while I was picking our a new pair. The customer service was great at Park Meadows. I will definitely shop this store again. read more

Thanks to my boyfriend for introducing me to The Buckle. I'm an Express girl and although the stores are next door to one another, I would have never gone into The Buckle if not for my man. I'm so glad that I did! Love the jeans, shirts, jewelry, shoes, etc! Sure, some of the items are pricey, and you sometimes have to dig to find something you MUST have, but I love shopping here and look forward to stopping in. The staff is super friendly (unlike Express). I would shop here even more if they offered more than a punch card (coupons baby!) read more

Trendy clothing and the staff is very helpful with suggestions and running to get you different sizes and styles they think you might like based on your input and selections. I feel like the store is a good fit for my age and not just for teeny boppers. My wife shops here too and I think she is the best dressed of all our friends. read more

Very cute clothes, but I feel the staff is very pushy. I usually know what I want when I go in, and I didn't care for the way they followed me around, and tried to push me to buy their merchandise. If I go in for a pair of jeans, I don't want to buy any shirts or shoes...I just want to shop in peace. And they are too expensive. read more
