You can find such great deals and specials even if it is only last season's style. The selection of men's and women's wear are usually a good selection, even for us more smaller sizes. I am bummed they stopped caring my favorite from Neutrogena, the sesame oil lotion. Their customer service and staff is impeccable and what you would expect at Nordstrom. This location is set off from the Park Meadows mall but parking can get busy if you want up front parking. My only complaint is the alteration service. The seamstress Nila is incredible and very talented. She's warm and friendly as well as efficient. I have confidence in her sewing skills. However, the pricing is confusing as well as not clearly displayed or explained. We took shirts to be tailored but some were $38 and others $78. It totaled over $600... A bit much for my usual needs. While they offer alterations for non Nordstrom items, the price is just a bit outrageous. Desiree, one of the managers, was kind and understanding in letting us cancel our order and the return process was stress free and quick. Overall, I still feel love for this location, the staff and the cute things I snag on each shopping spree. I'm a kid at heart and an irresponsible adult at the checkout counter here.

Not only were their clothes incredibly fashionable- there were affordable prices for being a boutique. I'm more of a bright/neon colors kind of gal in the summer and darker clothes in the winter- they had every color to fit everyone's needs for every season! I found a very cute top I liked- but not in my favorite color. The girls took down my name, number, top size, and said they would call me when a different color came in! Customer service that goes beyond your single transaction! That's my kind of place! Since I was a first time customer, I also got $5 off my order for following them on instagram. With such stylish clothes, i'll definitely be back!

So after eying this spot for yearrrsssss now, I stopped in the other day to take a peek around. One of four stores in the Denver metro, this shop is filled with the cutest wardrobe essentials for any look. Oversize sweaters, fitted tops, cropped tops, fall hats, the cutest jewelry, shoes, bags and MORE are offered here. In fact, I was surprised how much they fit inside the small(ish) space! Staff is stylishly dressed, super friendly, welcoming and down to help. Although I was just browsing, I easily found items I liked, was assisted with any needs and given countless compliments when spotted near the dressing room in my potential new items. Seriously so sweet! New items are delivered each Monday and Thursday, so inventory goes fast! Definitely can't afford to wait on purchasing something later, as it might not be there when you return! Although pricing is a bit higher here than other spots in the area, the quality is outstanding! I ended up with a cute winter sweater ($68) and chic stackable silver ring set ($12), bringing my total with tax into the $80's but well worth it. The sweater is durable and bound to be a hit this winter, and I have worn the rings everyday with no tinting/fading or turning my finger green! Ha! All purchased items are put into a reusable tote bag for future use and environmentally friendly! PRO TIP: All first timers that provide their telephone number and email, receive a $10 off (a purchase of $20 or more) for their next visit - also applicable to online orders! With the upcoming seasons ahead, I know I'll return!

They have no concern about expediting your order when it's placed. I waited patiently for 3 WEEKS and still didn't get my order!! I emailed .... I called the number and the phone rang for a long time and I waited till someone answered. The woman's tone was as if she couldn't care less about my order! The fact that I emailed them on week 2 that I didn't receive the order then called on week 3 only to be told that it was being shipped out that same day.... I waited all day for tracking number by email.... No tracking number was ever sent. Call the following day asking for the tracking number only to be told that there is none. I explained I needed for my vacation coming up in a few days.... And that the order would obviously not reach in time before I leave. I then told her cancel my order and give me my full refund! Her sarcastic response "OK Have a good rest of your day" and abruptly hung up. They don't realize there's other boutiques in Florida selling the same things they are selling ..... I am gladly taking my Money elsewhere. And it's true what other reviews have said... some of their clothing is poor quality for the price and awful customer service plus the strict return policy of store credit only, slow shipping . And to top off having a nasty attitude..... Good Luck with that Chic Couture Online! Have a good rest of your time in business!

Disappointing Client Treatment…read more Despite investing well over $15K at A Line Boutique, I was told I did not qualify as a "VIP client" and therefore was not eligible for a wardrobe edit. The criteria for client recognition felt opaque and, frankly, arbitrary--an uncomfortable experience in a luxury retail setting. Not to mention I have often been 'sold' items that are not the best for my body type.
