Earned a bunch of points…read more The manager on duty (I hope to God it wasn't the store manager) was as rude as I've ever seen in a manager. She was short, acted like an exchange was an inconvenience, so rude I was tempted to just return the shoes completely and tell her where she could put them! I also bought two more pairs, when I told her I had $15 in points to redeem, she said since she couldn't "see" them in her system, I couldn't use them. I mean what's the point of a rewards program if you can't use the points?! I love the shoes but will not be returning to this location - all she was doing was modeling poor customer service to her employees. The store was also very unorganized and they weren't even busy.

I was blown away. After deciding on four pair of shoes she brought them to register for us and kindly introduced us to Associate that would complete our sale. We watched as she ran back to floor to help fit another customer. Then to our surprise met us at the door to open it as I was pushing my mothers wheelchair. I want to specifically mention Gabby because she helped me every time I came in to try on and narrow down what shoes to buy (3-4 times). She was awesome--very attentive and knew so much about not just the shoes but foot support in general. I am not a runner by any means but I am on my feet all day for work, and I found the store to be very accommodating. Finally settled on two pairs that I can rotate around as my feet need more stability. I did get the $2 VIP membership on their website for a better shoe price and shipping cost. Really really happy with my experiences here.
