This was our second trip in in two days to this location. Earned a bunch of points. The manager on duty (I hope to God it wasn't the store manager) was as rude as I've ever seen in a manager. She was short, acted like an exchange was an inconvenience, so rude I was tempted to just return the shoes completely and tell her where she could put them! I also bought two more pairs, when I told her I had $15 in points to redeem, she said since she couldn't "see" them in her system, I couldn't use them. I mean what's the point of a rewards program if you can't use the points?! I love the shoes but will not be returning to this location - all she was doing was modeling poor customer service to her employees. Came in to look for a pair of work shoes. Walked in and was stared at by not one but 4 different employees who did not even glance to speak or ask me for help because the conversation they were having. But after finding what I was looking for I then I had track down someone to help me. I did get up finding shoes but the whole experience was extremely lacking customer service, and I probably won't go back and drive out to Westminster to get better service read more

Giant Store... But not many size 11 women's shows if you're sorting the big feet like I am. I had come to get my first pair of sneakers in many years. Had some foot issues a few years ago so I stuck with my trusty keens but they kind of frown on those at the gym. I headed right to the back for Clearance because who doesn't want a good deal right after holiday spending. I was able to find a pair of nice lightweight sneakers. SCORE!!!! I looked around the store at their stock and sizes and was only able to find 2 pairs of women's size 11. I was disappointed. The store itself was clean and the staff was nice. I was also a bit taken back to my youth seeing LA Gear here. Really large selection for those size 10 and under. read more

For an outlet I must admit they have excellent collection. Service was great despite the young age of the employees. They kept asking me every 5 to 7 minutes if I'm doing OK if I need anything. I spent half an hour looking around and they found many good items. Location is also great as well as parking. Humans should not be stingy when it comes to shoes and two mattresses: memory foam for both!!!! read more

This huge Skechers outlet store has shoes for as far as the eye can see. I was not impressed with the women's shoe selection as most of them seem to have something sparkly on them. I really don't need rhinestones on my kicks. There seems to always be a sale going on and the clearance section is half the store! While browsing, I appreciated not being harassed by any salespeople trying to make a sale. There aren't a ton of places to sit down to try on your shoes. As we were paying, the affable salesperson made sure we got the best deals possible and we went home with 3 pairs of shoes for a little over a $100. Not bad. Not bad at all. read more

Walking into this store reminded me of being a kid and walking into my parents kitchen to make myself food because I was always very independent from a young age but the cabinets were too high, even with the assistance of a chair. Looking up at the boxes with no help around me or no pole to whack them down, was slightly deflating. A lot of the shoes have sparkles or appear perfect for a parade with brite neon colors but parades and glitz are not my style. Why would l slump on my father's shoulders during a Macy's Day parade when I could be reading a good book lying down with my feet up? And why do I have to work so hard to find shoes that fit? I zeroed in on the crowd and re- adjusted my shoe hunting style. If the shoe boxes are out of reach, focus your selection on the lower shelves. They did have a buy one get the second pair at 50%, off so I bought two pairs that fit. Do bring a paddle from your boat or an curtainrod from your home because there are not enough people to assist you and the shoe boxes will smirk at you too. Forget about all those years learning how to tie your shoes. Nearly everything is a slip on with lose elastic or fake laces. For someone who falls out of her shoes regularly, trips on thin air or her own two feet, I searched for shoes with laces. The shoes all have a lift to keep your arches uplifted but if you wear shoe orthotics, you'll be falling out of their shoes. In that case find a pair that work for you and don't catapult you out of your shoes. The largest size in womens shoes is a 10. Anything larger than that must be bought from them online or delivered by flat bed truck. A lot of inventory. Plan on spending an hour to bring joy to your feet. read more

Upon entering the store I was greeted immediately by a young lady she informed me of the stores promotions and informed me of the location of genders in the store, after shopping around for a few minutes a manager approached me and asked if I had any questions, I wa spooking for running shoes and he was able to take me right to the performance section, he went into detail about each shoe and the perks of each depending on the level of running I do. He said he was a runner as well which definitely helped me make my decision, knowing the employees use the product makes me feel better about my purchase, I ended up buying four pair and some socks that day! All I have to say is wow Skechers you have an amazing team in the aurora store and a fantastic selection of goods! Keep it up! read more

If you're a fan of skechers then this is the place for you. Don't bother with Kohl's as this outlet has pretty much every model of skecher shoe available at around the same price. I had a pair of sketchers that i really liked but after many years of abuse, they finally came to an end. I've looked all around for that model of shoe since with no luck. Today, at the Skecher Outlet, i finally found it. I was so enthused that i took part in their "Get a 2nd pair for half off". Loved shopping here....but not today. Went in for my husband to redeem a gift card my husband received from our son for his birthday. The manager at first was very helpful and then abandoned us to an inexperienced clerk who obviously needed help. For the life of the clerk and ten minutes at attempting to set up a rewards account could just NOT get our email right. She did nothing as she helped check out folks around me. I told the young man to never mind with the account. Now the gift card would not work, despite having the sales receipt for the gift card. He asked her a number of times for help...she would check out folks around us...I finally told the young man to never mind the gift card I just wanted to pay...she could not give two s***ts that this young man was struggling or that we needed help. I will contact corporate and advise them of her disinterest. Lots of other places offer shoes...and not cheap shoes...but won't shop here. read more

I couldn't believe there are no size 10 1/2 shoes! Apparently you are supposed to half size up or down if you wear 10 1/2. Neither 10 nor 11 worked to me. I wasted quite a bit of time searching for a size that didn't exist in the Skechers' universe. Not one of the two employees gossiping at the register made any effort to talk to me. Nice big store. Small variety. It appears there are lots of selections but the instore display are multiple same shoes. The staff is friendly which makes the shopping easy. I didnt find anything this trip but i would return if i needed sneakers. read more

Shhhh, don't tell anyone -- This is the Outlet Store for Skechers. The same shoes here are far less than at the Mall, and they often have Buy 1 Get 1 1/2 Price. Excellent shoes but TERRIBLE customer service. Go to another store or buy online, save yourself the irritation. A store where a manager yells at a customer for climbing on the ladder, I promise this happened, is not where I spend my money. I witnessed this... it didn't happen to me. I usually do not write reviews but thought it helpful for someone else shopping here. My friend asked for help from one of the workers. She told him, I'll help when I'm done here. She came over with a frown. I told her the shoes I would like to see. She spent little time helping. They did not have the shoes in my size and she left. The manager then came over and told me he could order the shoes online, the other would be half off. That would have been great except as we were walking out the door I heard him growl very loud as if frustrated. Bad vibes, bad service. I'll never shop there again. You see, I'd been searching for a pair of shape-ups (not to tighten my flabby buns but to ease the pain of my fallen arched feet) for my ridiculously wide feet for several weeks at ALL the department stores in and around Denver. We had the best service ever at this location a few weeks ago. My family came in to see the workout shoes they have to offer to us, and the manager was a friendly dude who even offered me a job there. We exchanged shoes and got a shoe cleaner for my new workout shoes. Great place. They have friendly service, catchy store music and lots and lots of room for trying on the best shoes. They have the largest selection of shoes and socks as well. They also sell a small wall of candies and sweets. read more

Sketchers discriminates against women with larger feet and refused to stock. Also refused to apply sale prices for orders. And no orders from Canada even for customers? Doesn't make sense. Will move away from Sketchers as they no longer seem to be customer focused. read more

This Skechers location is by far the best skechers store I have ever been in! It has an amazing selection of shoes, fantastic friendly, and helpful staff. And it's really clean! I was there on Black Friday and all the team members were wearing Santa hats and really making the day a party for all the customers! Every few minutes someone was checking up on me and my family to make sure we were finding everything alright! They made me want to work there! Don't listen to negative Nancy it sounds like she got what she was looking for anyway, some people just like to complain because they have the freedom of speech. Everyone is entitled to their own wrong opinion. The entire management team there was dedicated to customer service and being excellent at their job! Worst Skechers ever. I went in planning to spend a decent amount of money as my feet have changed and become painful and I needed at least 3 new pair of shoes. I started by looking around myself as there was no one to help me that I could find. I could not differentiate the style of each shoe the way they had them organized, little lone find my size. Eventually I found a man and asked him for help, which was little to none. He told me what I was looking for and pointed to walls, that was it. I started looking and could barely find my size, only to discover upon looking up that they have them stacked very high, expecting people to strain to see what size and style they are looking to find. Finally I looked for another man and asked for his help, told him what I wanted and he at least looked it up on the computer and said they had nothing. I told him I received a coupon code as an Elite member and wanted to know if it was eligible for this store as it was an outlet. As I was waiting, the first man that I had encountered came back and I explained I was waiting for the other man to check the code and he said, "I am the Manager, I will check the code." Something to that effect. I was stunned that this rude guy was a manager. He then looked at the code and proceeded to happily point out that my coupon code did not apply to anything I wanted. You know, if you do not like your job in retail, don't work in retail. If you are a Manager, than act like a Manager. Greet people. Offer to help them and actually take them to the shoes they are looking to buy. If their Elite member coupon does not apply, say "I'm sorry" the coupon you have does not work for the shoes you want. Finally, ask if there is anything else you can do for the customer and by the way, this is basic retail customer service. This manager needs to go back to retail school or find a job he likes. By the way, I spent $120 online, because I was able to use my coupon and plan on shopping online again as soon as I see if these shoes fit. Glad they got my money. read more

I have lived in Aurora for a while but have never been into this store before. I like their shoes so today i decided to take my two children over there to get us all shoes. They did have a buy one get the second pair half off sale going which was nice. But there was no sales person in site! After standing there for 45 MINUTES! waiting for a sales girl to finish with the girl next to me, i finally jumped in to ask if there was another sales person. she laughed and said one was on lunch and one, well, i don't know! Seriously! there was only this other woman and myself in the store, how difficult could this seriously be?! Finally, when this sales girl came over to help me, she just said that they did not have my size, but she could see if they had it in another store. I declined since I feel i have wasted enough time trying to get a pair of sneakers. Finally I settled on another pair. While the sales girl was cashing me out, the missing sales guy came out from the back to inform her that he was going on lunch! This was the WORST expierience i have EVER had at a shoe store.
