Today I went to buy some cloths at express at cherry creek location and I left my Prada sunglasses in the dress room behind their costumer desk being attended by a young man. I realized I left my glasses 10 minutes after left and when I came back they played like no one saw them, and they said no one has use this dress room , probably left them in another store. I talked to management and they could not be any help , told me to call costumer service. So I lost $500 pair of glasses that got stolen by a store associate . This is the best Express I've ever been to, which is pretty impressive considering I've recently lived in LA and SF. I contribute a lot of that to one of the employees -- Chase (see customer service below). CUSTOMER SERVICE: This is probably my favorite thing about this store. I've always loved the service here. Yes, I'm one of those obnoxious people who comes in with friends and spends something like an hour in the dressing rooms trying on different outfits. The staff is always friendly and jokes around with us, and Chase styles everything perfectly -- and even brings you outfits that you would have never looked twice at, but that end up looking absolutely amazing on you. I swear, the man needs to be working as a stylist in LA. I wish I could keep him in my closet and have him dress me every morning. SELECTION: This store is absolutely huge. I've found items here that aren't even online, or are sold out online. If this store doesn't have the item you're looking for, I'm pretty sure it simply doesn't exist. APPEARANCE: Always very organized and clean. Even though the store is huge, it doesn't feel overwhelming because everything is so organized. PRICES: Express prices are usually pretty much the same from store to store, but this place is always running a promotion (additional 50% off all sale items; or the most recent buy-one-get-50%-off-ANYTHING). This is my favorite Express store - this location is huge and they always seem to have plenty of people working. The prices are a little high but they have sales and coupons pretty frequently which helps a lot. I was just there for the buy one get one 50% off denim sale - such a great deal. I had a coupon too so I got two pairs of jeans for under $100 - not bad. Jenna was working the dressing room there yesterday and was very helpful. When I came out of the dressing room in the first pair of jeans I was trying on she pointed out a couple things about the fit and brought me a different size - the size she brought was perfect (and if she hadn't bee there I would have bought the wrong size and been unhappy)! The pants (jeans and editor dress pant ) are my favorite things at Express. I love knowing what size jeans I need (versus a department store where every brand is a different size) and being able to easily pick out several styles. I also love that they sell pants in short, regular, and long - saves me loads of money not having to get all my pants hemmed! read more

This is my favorite Express in Colorado to come to. It has the biggest selection, and the store just goes on and on. I keep on walking in and discovering new items. This Express also has the biggest men's section that I've seen in the store. Usually, the store is mostly for the women, with a small men's selection on the side. Huge sales section in the back. Not many things for men, but lot of cute stuff for women. The back is also where a majority of the jeans are kept. I love the jeans here, but they are pricey. The women's always have decorative back pockets. Express is great if you need something casual, for a business meeting, or for a night out. Check it out. read more

I like Express because they have clothes that fit me - as in they have clothes that are XS. Not all of us are obese Americans with short legs and chubby arms nor are we all skinny with long legs and scrawny arms. Some of us are short with short legs and big arms so nice looking modern clothes are hard to find. Enter Express: Love the bright colors, the styles, the selection, the music is even poppin'. Sure sure, the clothes are a bit on the expensive side but the fact that an off the rack item can actually look tailored for me will make me spend the extra dough. Plus, there are almost always coupons or sales to take advantage of. A bit of research will go a long way. Sign up for the email list and you get discounts all the time! This store in particular has the best selection in Colorado. The other stores are good and yes they might have some of the same items but the huge selection here is impressive. Customer service is top notch - they are there to help and I always feel very well taken care of. Sometimes it's a bit rough when every single employee greets me but that's better than no one acknowledging my presence. Attention to the customer goes a long way. Usually you can banter with the guys here so that's always a fun time for me! When I'm in the mood for some retail therapy I always head to Express. I think this is a pretty standard Express... Cute clothes, good selection, and helpful staff. Their dressing room often has a wait on the weekends, so if you're running in on Saturday for a cute party dress that night, make sure you give yourself some cushion time. I'm like an assassin, well ok not actaully, but I like to break neaks. Not by killing people but by looking good enough that while passing through your peripheral vision you need to turn your head to check me out. If you knew how many looks & compliments I get from bosses, coworkers ladies when I'm wearing my favorite designer, Express for Men, you would understand the cocky tone of the proceding paragraph. I was not a fan of expensive department store fashion's 3 years ago good friend turned me on to Express. So I went into the store and broke about $60 on a button down (Which still looks great even though, I've worn it about once a week since). Since then I've almost shopped exclusively there. Most clothing items start to wear out after a year, but I would still confidently wear one of my 2 or 3 year old express items on a hot first date. If you take this into account, as well as the excelent sales that Express runs all the time, its really a very economically sound place to clothe yourself. I'm going to run the risk of sounding like ad copy in Esquire here but fine clothes are a good investment and I've gotten my best ROI from Express for Men. Obviously clothing dosen't appricaite monetarilly, but people really do make assumptions about from the way you dress, you might as well use that to your advantage. While Express is a great place to shop, I can't speak as highly of working there. I was a very poor shirt folder and my employment was short and sweet. But the %50 percent discount sure dosen't hurt at all!! If you're going for the successful, stylish & sexy look you really can't find a better value. read more

I often find something here at Express that I think I can't live without. Usually I can but depending how much money I got with me determines how well I can live without a nice mens tie or shirt. Over the years I have found lots of clothing here at Express that I could not live without. It is youthful and is on the fringe sometimes but would be acceptable at work. Of course much of there clothes seem to be for play(night clubbing kind of play) but there are clothes that would be considered business attire too. This particular location is a big one so there is a considerable selection not only for women but for men too. I do notice though that different Express stores do carry different things. If you go with the assumption then that you can get the same shirt or dress you want at a store that is closer to you don't necessarily count on it. Just buy it if you are able to when you see it! I also get coupons in the mail from Express and often get a decent discount, not to mention that they often have some good sales going on too! Useless F.Y.I.- Does anybody remember the clothing store known as Structure? Apparently the Structure stores changed to Express. How do I know this? I looked it up in the telephone book and saw that there was a Structure location in Denver when I thought they were long shut down. Today was not the first, not the second, but the THIRD time that this Express has lost my business. On many occasions, I call for assistance finding a dress I am looking for, and I get put on hold, never to be picked up and helped again. One time, I went in looking for 5 of the exact same dress, each in a different color. Everyone was very busy, but finally, after 35 minutes, they managed to get all my dresses together and ready to buy. When I presented my coupon, a couple of numbers had come off the back from the sticky stuff on their mailers. They couldn't scan it, or type it in, so they didn't accept my coupon, and lost an over $400 sale. Today is the final straw. I went in, knew exactly what I wanted, and saw on their website that they were doing $25 off each $100. After waiting in a long line on my 10 minute break from work, I got to the front and mentioned the discount. They said I had to have the coupon printed out. It is 2015. Who prints coupons anymore!!?? I thrust the dresses across the counter and walked away - another $200 sale down the drain. I would do my shopping online, but the particular dress I wanted is only available in stores, and I work at a store just above this Express location. Needless to say, I will drive far out of my way to go to ANY other Express to avoid this one. read more

Not one person even acknowledged that I was there and I was looking to buy a couple outfits; ended up buying nothing. Purchased a pair of pants that are within 3 months old that ripped on the ass pocket. Called in and told them about the issue. Said yeah no problem come in we will take care of you. I really enjoy going to this Express. It's wide, clean, organized, and the customer service here isn't nagging on you. They do ask once if you need help however, which is perfect for me. I like how you can view the clothes and then accessories, and how the cash registers are next to accessories. I find this really convenient as a customer. The employees seem pretty nice. read more
