Fellow Yelpers - I have a confession...I'm a purse-o-holic. It's a curse, an expensive one. How did this affliction happen to a person who loves jeans, comfortable shoes and often does not venture out of my jammies before noon - I'll tell you. Many years ago my boyfriend (now my husband) bought me a Coach bag. It was one those classic bags Coach was famous for - heavy dark burgundy leather with a big flap and a heavy gold clasp. It was and still is a very sensible bag. "Now" he said, "you have a Coach bag - they last forever - you'll NEVER need to buy another pocket-book" (he's from the east coast where they say "pocket-book" instead of purse). Right! Little did he know that he had had just awakened the purse-loving beast inside of me. Since then I've collected many (I'm not telling how many) Coach, as well as other bags. I've strayed from Coach on many occasions (Gucci - I got it cheap, Cole Haan, Michael Kors and Kooba) but I still think that Coach (an American company) makes some of the best bags around. Forget those overpriced LV's (made of designer vinyl), Coach bags are made from great leather and they last forever. (Full disclosure, Coach sells some vinyl bags also - I'm not a fan). When you walk into a Coach store, you are treated like a valued customer, no matter who you are or what you are wearing. You can take a beat-up old coach relic in to their store and they will fix it up like new for you. The Coach store in Cherry Creek is a beautiful, brightly lit, colorful - cheerful actually. You've never pressured nor do you feel like the sales people are watching you. All of their wares are accessible (not behind the counter in glass cases) so you can feel and try them on. They encourage you to pull out all of the stuffing and put the contents of your purse inside to get a better feel for how it "fits." So my secret is out - actually my friends and family already know and still like me anyway. And, I still have Coach #1. It lives in its own little canvas bag inside the wall unit that my husband had built to house all of my "pocket books." read more

'Twas a Friday in July- the 20th. After 6 wrong turns, 3 Ubers, and a lawsuit against Burberry- I landed into this leathery boutique. I was immediately given a warm welcome by Dani, who not only was doing her job, but somehow also managed to hold the universe together. Although I didn't have a purchase in mind, I ended up settling on a leather dinosaur apple watch band (which is peculiar given that I think everything about the Triassic and Cretaceous period is complete bullshit, but I digress). Laughs were exchanged, German and French words were muttered, commonalities related with one another. What a pleasant experience. I'm going to be making the investment in my first Coach purse in the very near future. With saying that I'm a research kind of gal especially when I'm going to make a large purchase like this. The bags are quality and timeless, they will last a lifetime if you treat them well. The women working here could not have been any nicer. I was completely honest and said I was just browsing for a future purchase and they were chatting with me as I looked around telling me about the particular bags that I was eying. It felt as though I was with friends and just having a pleasant conversation about fashion and our love of bags. Coach is quality and you should expect to pay for quality. Had a very pleasant experience as always today. Trisha was very pleasant and love her in your face pleasantness. The store was very clean and in order. Several employees to assist and they made sure every customer was spoken to. And they go out of their way to accommodate not give excuses as to why they can't. Even though I haven't bought anything from this particular store, when I did stop in to browse, the sales clerks were exceptionally kind. I asked to see a cute new bag (with a $328 price tag!!) I admitted I couldn't afford it "this week" and the women were still courteous to me. I asked for a business card and the sales clerk wrote down all of the bag's information for me. Coach is one of those stores I've always approached with a whisper. Any store with prices this high has got to be approached with reverance. I went in to celebrate a milestone and ended up leaving $700+ dollars later with two bags and a wallet. I cherish them. I kind of treat them as idols - my bad. The staff is friendly and helpful. This is a great Coach store. The manager deserves a hand for hiring kind, competent sales associates. While I'm more of a Louis Vuitton or YSL girl, I do love some of the throwback Legacy handbags and find that Coach has a more approachable price point for gift giving. They also always do fun accessories like wristlets and clutches. I was recently in the store for the holiday 2013 season and was happy to have my shopping experience made easy. They will wrap and drop ship presents to everyone on your list! They do carry a smaller selection of merchandise for men and our canine BFF's in the rear of the store. Be sure to at least take a stroll through there next time you are looking for something out of the ordinary, but still classic. read more

I have been an exclusive Coach customer; when it comes to purses~ since about 2007. Fast forward to Wed April 27th 2016 I will never set foot inside a Coach store again. Worst customer service I have ever experienced in a Coach store period. It all started with a purchase I made on my last trip to vegas. Gotta love Ceasars Palace~! Where the customer service is exceptional.... Coach store at cherry creek mall however... A completely different story. Would not exchange my wallet WITH receipt. I have had the wallet for about 3 weeks- It was used a couple times when I realized The color was more of muted red than the bright true red it appeared to be in the store. I just thought I would go and exchange it, but when I got there she said the wallet was to 'used' and 'worn'- that it could not be resold- she pointed out some 'dirt' that I could not see. Please tell me how 'dirt' got on a 250+ dollar wallet that was kept inside of a 600+ dollar purse that I bought at the same time as the wallet, and have probably used about 7 times. Oh, and if say I DID use the wallet every single day since I bought it (I did not- as I said before I only used it a couple times; at which point I decided I wanted to exchange it) after about 3 weeks of use the wallet is so used and worn looking that you won't exchange it.... What does that say about your product? Lost an almost 10 year customer for life. I have never had this problem at coach before. If anything they have gone out their way to help me find certain items, Have them shipped from other places if needed, Full refund, or switching out, Complimentary Cleanings Etc. At least in California and Nevada. There was a reason I was a Loyal Coach customer for so long. This Love affair is Over. read more

Coach was a great brand that is no longer. I bought a $175 coach wallet for my son for his college graduation in April of 2018. In less then 8 months the inside stitching started to unravel. He was unable to bring it into the store until mid June 2019. He was told there was a one year warranty and if he wanted it repaired it would cost $55. The customer service was awful and there was no discussion of flexibility to their policy given that it was just a few weeks after the "warranty" expired. I understand the need for warrantys but one year on a leather product is absurd. We've concluded that both their products and customer service are far cheaper then their price tags. read more

The ladies working here today were so helpful, genuine, and nice! It's rare that I go into a store in the mall, and find myself wanting to stay there and hang out with the employees.
