I visited the Suitsupply at Cherry Creek in Denver at approximately 2:00 PM on Sunday, August 9th. I have shopped Suitsupply at the Scottsdale and New York locations without ever needing an appointment, so I was surprised to learn one was expected here. Fine. I was told the wait would be fifteen to twenty minutes, and moments later a second associate assured me they would be "with me very, very shortly." I agreed and sat down. I then watched other walk-in customers, people who also had no appointment, get promptly greeted, offered something to drink, and helped. Forty-five minutes passed. No drink was ever offered to me. No update was given. When I finally asked, I was told there were still three people ahead of me and that I had supposedly been "quoted an hour." I was never quoted an hour. I would never have agreed to wait that long, particularly while paying for parking by the hour. When I raised this, the associate escalated his story to "an hour to an hour and a half," which is not remotely what I was told, and does not even align with his colleague's "very shortly." A third associate refused to acknowledge any of this and offered only a hollow "I'm sorry you misunderstood." When I asked if I could simply shop on my own and get help with pants sizing, I was told that required an attendant and would be another thirty to forty-five minutes. I left the items I had gathered on the counter and walked out. Other customers noticed how I was being treated. I left feeling singled out and unwelcome in a store that was happy to serve everyone around me. I will not be returning. read more

I purchased a suit from Suitsupply Denver for over $1,000 that was advertised as new. When preparing to wear it as a groomsman in a wedding, I discovered photographs in the jacket pocket of another person wearing this exact same suit at a different wedding. This conclusively proved I was sold a used suit as new at full retail price. When I contacted customer service, they only offered a 30% discount, store credit, or an exchange - options that don't adequately address selling used merchandise as new without disclosure. I've attempted to escalate this to management with no response. This raises serious concerns about their quality control and business practices. Are other customers unknowingly purchasing used suits at full price? I would recommend extreme caution when shopping here. read more

For $1000 I'd recommend atleast measuring your client though and not just eyeballing everything. I found the service I received at this store to be very off-putting: I made appointments twice, and both times, none of the staff greeted me. After waiting around for 10 to 15 minutes, I was finally able to get the attention of a staff member. Once you get assistance from someone, the process of trying on and buying a suit is fairly straightforward. The store has plenty of options to choose from. Don't expect the staff to provide helpful advice though, aside from the standard "looks good" or "fits you perfectly." Suitsupply is really no different from a Men's Wearhouse or a Jos A. Bank, in that it's just another source of off-the-rack suits. If you're looking for a made-to-measure experience, try one of the many online options. You'll likely find better value with more attentive customer service. read more

I'm very bummed to have to leave this review because Suitsupply was my favorite brand/experience. In short: trousers ripped after a few wears and they told me this is a common occurrence and they can do nothing to help. The pair of trousers that I bought and had tailored by Suitsupply tore on by birthday, after no more than five wears. I took them in to see if they could be repaired, to which I was told they could, but only after I had them dry cleaned. After I picked them up from the cleaner, I took them back. I was greeted by two new associates who quickly told me that they could not be repaired. Surprisingly, they also told me this is a regular occurrence and it has happened to both of them. I asked if they could do anything for me, and they said the best they could do was dispose of them for me. As someone who is gearing up for a return to the office, I am disappointed that not only could they do nothing for me in this situation, but that there is apparently an expectation that their trousers will rip beyond repair after a few wears. Such a shame I've had good experiences at other locations before. We bought two suits for a last minute event in Boulder. They had to send my husbands' suit overnight as they didn't have the jacket size. His jacket arrived with the sleeves totally puckered. Just poorly maid and not what you want to show up to an event in. We had to fly back to Europe where we live half time the day after the wedding. We just brought the suit back and the first response was "it's supposed to be that way". In menswear? No. It's not. Then - we could do that for $150 each. My husband is a fashion designer and has had an atelier for 20 years. It's just unfortunate they don't know tailoring or stand behind their products when they turn out wrong which happens almost anywhere - it's literally why there's a tailor in the store. In the European or east coast locations they would have apologized it arrived that way and fixed it. What a shame as there's not a lot of quick suiting options in Colorado. won't be recommending them anymore. read more

I was so impressed by the treatment I received this afternoon that I looked on the local store website to find out who helped me. I came to pick up my wedding suit--already paid for--and Dayton assisted me, complementing the look of my suit and offering frank but insightful advice about accessories. He even offered to take my photo to send to my fiancée. You would have thought I had a personal appointment. Kelsey then helped me find the right belt in a quick, no-nonsense manner. She was very knowledgeable, helpful, and efficient. Christopher originally helped me when I bought the suit, and even though the store was extremely busy, he gave me personalized service, and I never felt that he wasn't involved in helping me make decisions about the suit. The whole staff was so competent, patient, and kind that I really do think this was the best retail experience I've ever had. Thank you guys so much! read more

We parked in the garage and walked through the back entrance (a giant mural is on the wall in the hallway indicating that this is a Suit Supply store). As we walked in, we were rudely scolded by this tall employee for entering through the wrong entrance. My s/o and I looked at each other in disbelief... there's no way this guy's attitude was for real. It was. We walked up the front and stood there for 5 minutes. Not one of the three people working there acknowledged us. The tall guy walked up to a counter and just stared down at whatever he was doing that was more important than engaging with new customers. Something was up with this store since we tried to smile and make eye contact with anyone around us, and very quickly realized that there was something either incredibly pretentious about this place that we hadn't tapped in to, y'all got some really problematic tempers, or everyone was just having a bad day. Nicole at Suitsupply did an amazing job of getting me set up with several outfits in a timely manner before a wedding. She understood my needs and body style and was able to get some specific sizes in within a day or two. We even did a brand new tux which was turned around in 2 days. Since they only sell their own cloths, the belts perfectly match the shoes and you end up with a much more professional look, compared to trying to match shoes and belts from numerous brands. They are doing a little partnership with Macallan and will offer you some fine scotch while trying on cloths. I've worked with several people in the past and Nicole surpassed my previous experiences. We waited 20 minutes for someone to help us to only be told half way into our appointment we needed to reschedule so they could help someone else. Oh and the appointment wouldn't be for 2 more weeks. We told the guy we were ready to buy the suit, get fitted and ready to go. I don't appreciate being treated this way, this was a terrible experience and no one should be set aside for someone else no matter how much money you are spending. We waited for 15 minutes after our scheduled appointment time for someone to help us, though I'm not sure help is the right word. We were looking for guidance, opinions, really any sort of help would have been nice. Dayton leaned on my fiancé to pick out the suits he wanted to try despite asking for guidance, gave us opinions that he then changed once I asked him to be honest, and was completely MIA during the entire duration of our experience. Being in the customer service industry I rarely post on social media platforms and prefer a direct contact from my customers with any issues. I believe most people have the best intentions and want their customers to have a good experience. I do not believe that is the case with Suit Supply, I did reach out with a direct email to the manager and never got a response back. I was referred to Suit Supply by a close friend who raved about their experience. My fiancee and I went in to see if we could find mine and my groomsmen outfits. After looking around and being helped by the manager it appeared that the fall fabrics we had in mind we're not available yet. We were told to call back in about a week and a half when the swatches would be in store. I called back an associate answered, told me swatches we're in. I asked if I needed an appointment, was told no I did not need an appointment. I asked when the manager would be in so I continue working with him and asked the associate to relay the time I would be coming by, my cellphone number, and why I was showing up. It was clear upon my arrival the message wasn't delivered and I was quickly rushed to a rack of clothing and forgotten about. Felt completely ignored and not acknowledged, when I approached the manager he clearly had forgotten even meeting me a week ago and only after I reminded him he told me fabric swatches we're not in yet. I asked when and he said maybe by first of next week, he concluded with calling back or email him. I asked when would be a good time since they do not take appointments, he said we do schedule appointments. Having this experience persuaded me to start looking elsewhere but I wasn't ready to completely write off Suit Supply. The following week I was finishing up with a competitor of theirs down the street and thought I would call to see if the swatches we're in. Upon calling I was told I would need an appointment first, which is completely contradictory to what I was told earlier. I followed up with can I come preview swatches and schedule an appointment in person, associate said yes. When I arrived I was told by the manager the swatches had not arrived yet. I left the store unhappy about my experience and having my time wasted when I was being respectful of their time by calling ahead and asking to schedule appointments, which still isn't clear if they do or don't do appointments conflicting answers from every employee. I thought as one General Manager to another manager I would reach out directly with an email to express my concerns and experience, with the hopes if I decided to move forward with Suit Supply we could start new and have a better experience moving forward. I never heard back from the manager and I ended up going elsewhere and spending more money. I wasn't price conscious in my search I was looking for hospitality and customer experience. Found it a several places in Denver but not at Suit Supply. I ended up going to about 10 other locations in the Denver area, Suit Supply was by far the worst experience and I would recommend literally any other business over Suit Supply. Their price is good and it appears to be quality clothing, but customer service and experience is severely lacking. As someone who wears suits and nice clothing everyday for work, this experience has left bad taste in my mouth and I will never return. A simple return email or call to address my politely layed out concerns could have turned the whole experience around, it is very clear that the associates and manager do not care about all of their customers. If you read this review I would recommend looking at Suit Supply's competitors in and around the Denver area before making a decision to purchase. read more

Went in here the other day looking for a suit for a wedding I'm in. The suits are very trendy, European style, and often offer a more fit cut than you may find elsewhere. The store itself is fairly trendy too and offers a fun design. They have a decent selection of ties, and lots of suits in the $500-$700 range. The staff was super snobby. The particular young lady that was helping us the second time we came in was condescending, not knowledgeable on the product, and rude enough that my wife and I both looked at each other several times in disbelief that she actually said some of the things she said. Honestly one of the worst customer service experiences we've both had. Don't expect friendly down to earth service here. read more

I wish there were places like this for women, where you can get a high quality suit, with tons of different fabrics and cuts to choose from. The BF spent over an hour trying different sizes, cuts and fabrics. The prices are very competitive and lower than you might find at Nordstroms. The suits fit very well off the hanger with only minor alterations needed, if any. The sales staff gets sent to "suit training" to become very familiar with how a suit should fit. I wish I recalled the name of our sales rep, she was so impressive with the suits she picked and her knowledge about the fabrics, the different cuts and how they should drape. She was very patient pinning pant hems to different lengths, taking them up and back down to get them just right. They had a very unique fabric that is totally wrinkle free and can be crumbled up into a ball for travel, if you are so inclined. Then you just shake it out and voila, no pressing. The R&B playlist and colorful photography on the walls give an indication that this isn't Men's Warehouse. No cookie cutter baggy suits, they definitely have more modern European style cuts, but still suitable (pun intended) for conservative finance types. Free Nespresso while you wait. Went back and regretted it. Honestly among the worst customer service of any store I've ever been. I should've just listened to my own advice and ordered online. The product is as expected, but the employees are unbelievably pretentious and unknowledgeable. It's honestly a bit shocking shopping here. I'll never return and in my opinion they may as well close their store fronts and just operate online. I've been in maybe 4 times total to either buy a suit or pick up for alterations, and I've never even had a neutral experience. Every time I have to spend 5-10 minutes getting someone to help me and it's clearly a chore for them and they make sure to let you know that. No one has ever asked if I needed help while I'm actively trying on jackets and sitting on their website reading about products. Then they talk to me like I'm an uncultured bigot because I'm wearing shorts on a 95 degree day ("Just based on your style you can't pull this off in the summer" "you'll look terrible if you wear x material in the fall"). Then, to top it off, they have absolutely no knowledge of their own product (suit materials, fits, styles, how to take measurements, pricing, availability). It's the oddest, most frustrating shopping experience in Denver. read more

I've been to Suitsupply twice, and - God willing - will never need to go back. I hear the third time is the charm, but I'm 0 for 2 on any charm whatsoever, and don't have the stomach for a third try. Each time I arrived, a couple of employees looked over and then looked back at their task. No eye contact, no "Hello", no "Oh, you look like you don't shop for a suit everyday - don't worry - we'll take care of you". Eventually, the poor sap without a customer finally strolls over and begrudgingly acknowledges my presence. My first visit was misleading - not the end of the world - things change, employees aren't always 100% informed. It was the second visit, when the employee I was told "could help me with that" simply listened to the question and replied "Nope." "Nope." We can't do that. We can't help you. We can't ask what you're hoping to achieve and let you know that we are sorry for the misinformation and really want to make it right. We can't explain to you the intricacies of ordering fabric and reducing cost by producing suits in bulk and how that limits customizations. We can't be bothered. Just "Nope." Poor customer service left me feeling dumb, hopeless, and extremely frustrated. I've never been anywhere that made me feel worse for walking in the door. Sorry for the trouble of trying to give you a substantial sum of money, guys. Shame too - the suits are sharp! 100000% this place is the WORST customer service. Went in there today with a co worker. This girl in the suit section every time we tried a jacket on she would cut in front of us and readjust it. So incredibly rude. Not welcoming and hands down the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I can't believe it. I have them a chance. Terrible customer service. NO THANK YOU. This is my go to place for fitted clothing. It looks professional, and feels great. I don't have to worry about looking unprofessional or wearing clothes that don't fit. The tailors measure and size you perfectly. My only qualm with this location is the busyness on Saturday. I would recommend hitting this place on a weekday if plausible. Over the past week I have stopped by Suit Supply twice to find the perfect TUX for our wedding! On the first visti, Mike and Gerard helped me pick out the right tux and said I could come try it on the following week. On the 2nd visit, Mike and Gerard were not there, but we got the most excellent service from Lane! This guy KNOWS how to dress up a suit! We added the shirt, bow tie, shoes, and suspenders to the TUX and it is absolutely perfect. After several unsuccessful shopping trips at various places, we eventually found ourselves at Suitsupply with a limited timeframe and in desperate need of a suit. I knew we needed a lighter colored suit for an outdoor wedding, possibly navy or dark grey, but other than that I wasn't really sure to look for. Luckily, the sales associates were knowledgeable and helpful with helping us pick out a good suit and made the overall process fairly stress-free for me. While waiting in the dressing room, I was offered coffee and water, and there were comfortable chairs to wait in. When we finally decided on a color, the sales associates also helped us find an alternative option that was a fairly close match at a more budget friendly price. Since they didn't have the specific suit and size in stock, we ordered it online for delivery. Later on, there was a mix up with our online order, but the store was able to resolve it quickly for us once we explained the situation. Overall, I highly recommend Suitsupply for those looking for a stress-free and accommodating suit shopping experience. read more

The suiting is beautiful, but the customer experience is terrible. I was greeted by a very unfriendly host who asked us to wait at least 15min to be seen, which seemed unnecessary with only a few customers in the store. He didn't even offer to show us around the store or answer any questions. Finally when I was helped, the sales associate was very rude, uninterested, and kept saying he needed to get to other customers. He even tried to upsell me with shoes I didn't need and made no attempt to make the sales experience enjoyable at all. Especially for a customer willing to spend at least $900+ on suiting, I recommend going elsewhere for your men's suiting needs. read more

Needless to say, my suit knowledge went from zero to a whole lot after just a few visits to this store. As someone who rarely shops for new clothing, the fact that I now know five employees by name is a testament to their level of customer service. The prices might seem higher than some other men's stores, but you pay for the quality of fabric, the personal customization of each outfit, and the stellar customer service. Most importantly, I finally found dress shirts that fit me perfectly (broad chest and smaller waist). Sometimes the store can be very busy, especially on the weekends. Sometimes the employees can't cover the entire wave that walks in all at once while the phone is ringing off the hook. Just be patient, grab a free coffee, and hang out for a minute. If I ever needed a suit, this would be at the top of my suit shopping stops to check out. My first time there I was lucky enough to catch their spring launch... Complimentary beverages while we shopped! This turned my longgggg day of going from store to store giving a thumbs up or thumbs down rating into a fun afternoon! You are given quality time and attention once you nab a sales associate. The store gets busy, so you might have to wait a few minutes here and there, but overall great service. The styles are modern, fashionable, and good quality, yet still affordable. They have everything you need to complete your look, even down to the socks. They even offer tailoring and the suit was ready within a day or two. Anthony was very helpful during the process. He even gave us dining suggestions while we mulled over the options and sent photos off to other people for their two cents. He maintained contact with us and in the end we were won over by Suitsupply.
