We just had a really great experience with our sales associate Oscar. He gave us a lot of knowledgeable information and was very well informed. He was able to cater to our needs for my fiancé's suit for our wedding. He took into consideration our venue, the type of weather we were going to be dealing with, the accessories we already had prior picking colors for the suit, which made our decision making easy and to our liking. When taking measurements I noticed how he communicated with my fiance helping him through the process of finding the best fit for him for such an important day. Suit was so poor quality and not even close to fitting. First the garment itself. Loose and frayed threads everywhere. Button holes not finished. Huge gap in the neck. Frankly it fit like a men's suit. I am a woman. Chalk marks everywhere on the back from where the poor person who made it marked the fabric. This is appalling. I would be ashamed to present this to a client. I need alterations. I work a M-F job in a corporate/professional setting. I also love very far away and need a weekend time to come in. They were able to measure me on a weekend. But not alter me. Weird. There's zero way I can make an appointment during the week to get alterations done within their window of included alterations. Customer service is only Monday to Friday 7am-1pm pacific time. Excuse me. There are so few places that carry decent suiting for women, and even less who do MTM. I went on the suggestion of my husband. I saw some shoddy work on his jacket but I was desperate. Would rather off the rack from Macys than this. read more

The team had no answers--only the ability to email a workshop abroad, with a four-day response time because there is no phone contact. That alone says everything about the operation. They then blamed the delay on a basic modification (closing pant pockets), claiming it could take up to 90 days. This was never disclosed at purchase. In fact, I received a confirmation stating delivery in 2-3 weeks. This is not a bespoke experience at all! Instead: poor coordination, no transparency, and very limited customer service. read more

Summary: An awful waste of time and money with a generous helping of poor customer service. I spent over $1000 for a suit, two white dress shirts, and chinos. I would have been better off setting the cash on fire. Despite going in three times for measurements and adjustments, the suit jacket was too short and too wide, the pants looked like a tent, the shirts were way too large. In addition, the white dress shorts were see through and completely inappropriate for a work setting. And the chino pants were made with the cheapest heaviest fabric I've ever encountered. The fits we're far worse than what I've experienced from off-the-rack untailored clothing. Nothing custom about it. Pants too short, waist too tight, sleeves to my knuckles, but beyond my measurements being so utterly incorrect on the entire suit, the button on the inside of the pant doesn't even line up with the button hole. I would select 0 if possible. My husband ordered a custom made suit for my daughter's wedding. Turn around time was as promised but the suit arrived looking huge and as if bought off a Goodwill rack. They agreed it was not fit correctly and alterations were made. I was not there after alterations, but my husband came home saying the rep assisting him proclaimed it looked great when he tried it on in the store after being altered. My husband finally tried it on for me as we began packing for the out-of-state wedding. The back was cut and sewn wrong after the alteractions. The back was all puckered. Cooiuld not believe they sent him home, saying it looked great. This was a disaster! We took it to 2 highly rated local tailors who said it could not be fixed to lay properly flat. (Did not trust returning to Indochino with our need for a quick turnaround and their 2 horrible attempts) Hurried to Nordstrom, where they saved the day with an off the rack suit. You start by picking a color, then narrow it down to a fabric, then step by step they walk you through an incredible amount of customization to create your one of a kind suit! And for all the options you can choose from and the level of customization I feel like this was a good value as well. I have been in the store multiple times with my boyfriend (it's his favorite store). Every single time we come in, the staff is so helpful and very pleasant to deal with. I would definitely recommend this place if you need a suit for literally any occasion. My husband went to Indochino at Cherry Creek on 5/31/23, and was not greeted but located a salesman (who was not with a client) and inquired about purchasing a suit from their store. The salesman first asked my husband if he had an appointment, and my husband explained he did not but was interested in purchasing a suit. The salesman responded by curtly stating that he would need an appointment. My husband understood, and asked if he could make an appointment, and the salesman said that he was busy the rest of the day and didn't have availability for at least a week. The salesmen then asked "when do you need it by, anyway?" My husband explained he needed the suit for a wedding on 7/8/23, and the salesman replied that they would never have the suit in that timeframe. So my husband left. It was very clear that this salesman was uninterested in assisting my husband in any way, much less selling a suit to him, to say the least. Unfortunately, in order to match the wedding party, my husband needed to buy his suit from Indochino. So, despite the salesman's incredibly rude, dismissive, discriminatory behavior, my husband reluctantly returned to Indochino at Cherry Creek on 6/2/23, was measured, and placed his order for the suit. Contrary to the statement made by the salesman on 5/31/23, my husband's suit arrived on 6/20/23. Sales experience aside, the suit itself is mediocre at best. It arrived wrinkled, smelling of fish and despite being measured in-store and custom ordered, has fundamental deficiencies. For example, the sleeves are too short. This is easily fixed by a tailor, and Indochino does cover alterations up to $75, but it is a disappointing use of time after being measured in-store. The experience with the salesman on 5/31/23 was off putting alone, but in combination with the poor product, I cannot recommend Indochino; even if the product had met our expectation, which was to recieve a clean, decent suit (not top-of-the-line), the behavior of the salesman my husband initially interacted with was unacceptable. Nobody deserves to be treated that way, and even odder when you have a sales prospect at your fingertips. It is too bad that we had to spend a dollar at this company. The bottom line: there are other excellent local options to meet your suit needs in Cherry Creek and nearby Greenwood Village that will far exceed the experience and product from Indochino. read more

I cannot believe the bad reviews posted here. I've been in indochino customer for eight years and I've bought many suits and shirts. It's impossible to beat the quality, fit and price but I had never visited the store until recently. My wife and I were thoroughly impressed with the service, knowledge and help from the people that helped us in the store. Mason and Dacy were fantastic to work with even when they had to stay open late to help us. I needed the slightest alterations so I just now stopped in. Lane was very nice and helpful. They advised me, pinned my suits and said they will be ready in a couple days. I'm extremely happy this store is in Denver and I hope it stays here for a long time. read more

Shop here for custom made dress shirts for some time now. On the most recent purchase the shirt wasn't sized correctly and had to be sent back for adjusting. After a few months the dress shirt had a hole in the cloth near the seam. Took the shirt back in, explained the situation and before finishing the explanation got a huge annoyed sigh from the male employee. When told the shirt was only a few months old he scoffed and retorted, "that's what everyone says..." This salesperson was so rude and dismissive! Terrible customer service from someone who has been a long time customer. He refused to take it back, offer any sort of replacement, credit nothing. Asked the salesperson since it wasn't wearable if he could please throw it way. He said, "no!" What an incredibly rude salesman. Writing this a little late but I showed up 15-20 minutes late for my appointment and they were super understanding and nice. The associate that helped me (Kahrheena?) was super nice and professional the entire time. After reading the yelp reviews, I was kind of scared that my suit wasn't going to fit at all but when it arrived 2 weeks later, it fit like a glove! It's a little bit of a drive for me so I brought it into my tailor and he told me that he couldn't see anything that needed to be changed or could fit better. Was excited to discover this store and get to know it better. Needed some accessories for my tuxedo and thought it would be a good test of how well I liked the shopping experience before going to them to buy a custom suite and shirts. The two salespeople initially seemed more interested in completing their own conversation than engaging with me as the sole customer. After three or four minutes one salesperson finally acknowledged me. Being a high end store, I thought they would be skilled at consulting with me about my purchase. He essentially told me that it was my choice. Then he walked off to assist another customer just as I was ready to make the purchase. When he did finally return to finalize the sale, he handed me a tablet to enter my contact data rather than assisting me with that. Because I have low vision, I asked for his assistance in entering my personal information onto the tablet. Looking very annoyed he stated that generally it was the customer's responsibility to enter their own information. When asked if he could accommodate my request or lose the sale, he responded that he would prefer to lose the sale. Huh? This store hopes to be high end while offering the most condescending customer service possible. I came in excited and ready to get a great custom suit for my best friends wedding. I could not believe how bad of an experience getting Custom suit could be. The first time I got fitted, the employee took 2 hrs to take measurements. During the end of the fitting he mentioned "this is only the second time I've done this, so I don't really know what I'm doing". Not exactly what you want to hear when you're spending this kind of money. The suit was delivered, and neither the pants or jacket fit. I had to come in for a second fitting, and they had to re order the entire suit. Once my second suit got delivered, I went in for jet another fitting. It was still way off. I had to spend and additional $100 to get everything tailored, and the tailor suggested that I go back to Indochino to get re- fitted, and a 3rd suit get ordered, because it was so off. I thought that maybe this was a fluke, and that the guy who did my measurements just didn't know what he was doing. Not so. Out of the 7 groomsmen who were getting custom suits, 5 had to be Completely re - measured and re- ordered. That's a 71% rate of messing up so badly that tailoring could not fix. Crazy. No one at the Denver location seemed to care. All of this took 3 months and a few groomsmen got their suits back the day before the wedding. I have a wedding coming up next year, and needless to say, I will not be going to Indochino. I would not recommend this process or this shop to anyone in Denver Hello, Chris T. Truly horrific experience. I have five suits. All custom tailored. This was the worst experience and quality suit I now own and to top it all off, it arrived without any of the customizations (liner and monograms) I asked for. So in summary - inferior material, poor experience, late delivery, no customizations, customer service phone line doesn't go anywhere, chat bots tell you everything will be ok, after you order they tell you all sales are final and any measurement mistakes are the customer's fault. read more

I got measurements taken at the Denver Indochino store and ordered two suits. Both fit well when I got them 2.5 weeks later. Dacy did a good job with the measurements, but it was reassuring that a supervisor (the guy with big beard) came over and check the measurements during the fitting and made a few helpful adjustments. I came in for a follow up fitting to check the suits and no tailoring was required (it probably helps that I'm very close to a standard 40S suit size. They have lots of material samples in the store, but for me it was a bit rough to imagine how they would look in a suit someone. More full size samples would help for me at least. The suit customizations (lining pattern, button hole color, etc) are pretty simple, but are nice touches. Overall, if recommend using Indochino, but definitity just order one suit your first time and do it when you aren't in a rush (in case you have to have it remade or tailored) read more

I would leave a zero if I could. We booked an appointment online for my husbands suit for our wedding. We did book it 6 weeks out so we new the time was tight. I did specifically note on our appointment the deadline we were on. When we showed up for our appointment we were dismissed immediately. The associate took one look at us and decided he was going to have a certain attitude. He then told us it takes 8 weeks and we needed to go somewhere else. First suit that I was fitted for in store fit well. I ordered another suit online from them about two months later based on those same dimensions and the pants are meaningfully smaller. The whole value proposition is undermined if they can't replicate a suit of the same dimensions. First attempt at resolving this with the chat resulted in a wait without a response from Indochino. Second attempt at chat resulted in another wait with a pretty subpar response (Rep: Luisa). As yet, my complaint remains unresolved. I wouldn't recommend this merchant unless you are willing to waste a couple hundred bucks on a gamble. read more

I am a woman and I went in to get fitted for a suit to wear to my wedding. I had an absolutely great experience working with Promise. I have never been fitted for a suit before and she made the whole thing very relaxed and comfortable. Being a woman I was nervous about being measured correctly for a men's suit but took the time to explain the differences and what effect it would have on the fit of my suit. She was really funny and really knows her stuff. They had a great selection and lots of options to customize. The prices are great and they had really good sales going on. No hidden fees. Went there and got fitted for 2 suits. The salesman was efficient and had great advice on pattern and options. I'm not really a clothes horse so appreciated the advice. Making the online appointment meant no waiting. I think the website might have more selection but the sales staff has access to that also. Upon arrival the fit was almost perfect. Scheduled another appointment and the sales woman Promise was very helpful, agreeing the sleeves needed a little length and noticing a shoulder adjustment.
