This location is set off from the Park Meadows mall but parking can get busy if you want up front parking. My only complaint is the alteration service. The seamstress Nila is incredible and very talented. She's warm and friendly as well as efficient. I have confidence in her sewing skills. However, the pricing is confusing as well as not clearly displayed or explained. We took shirts to be tailored but some were $38 and others $78. It totaled over $600... A bit much for my usual needs. While they offer alterations for non Nordstrom items, the price is just a bit outrageous. Desiree, one of the managers, was kind and understanding in letting us cancel our order and the return process was stress free and quick. Overall, I still feel love for this location, the staff and the cute things I snag on each shopping spree. I'm a kid at heart and an irresponsible adult at the checkout counter here.

This is some of the worst customer service experiences we've ever had. We went in to get a…read morecomplete suit for my daughter's wedding. The entitled jerk that helped us could not have been more condescending and just a real jerk. He treated us like we were children and were scolded when we wanted to try on the pair of socks that we were BUYING with the shoes that we were BUYING. He literally took them out of our hands and set them to the side, even after us telling him we were buying them. This guy would not listen to a thing we said. I understand that we came in wearing shorts and tee shirts and maybe not looking like we could afford to be in there, but they were wrong and lost out on what could have been a very good sale for them. We will never go back and I'll make sure all my friends and family know not to go there. It's just mind blowing how poorly someone can treat you when they are supposed to be there to help. We ended up walking out and going to another store where we were treated like humans and got everything we needed and got to experience what real customer service is like. Thank Men's Warehouse!! Always check online, both on their site and others. There can be discrepancies. Also on shelf price vs register price. Check the receipt. The last time that I bought towels, they rang up at $23, but the shelf price was $19. They made the adjustment to honor the shelf price.

There were lots of deals listed around the store, so we started our search, only to find a chaotic mess. Once we rifled through the stock, we found one working dressing room area that had guys and girls and kids all changing in the same place. Weird and uncomfortable, as my son is a pretty massive football player and the ladies in the changing area looked terrified. We were able to find one of the items thankfully and at a good price, but couldn't ask for help with anything else as no one was around who actually worked there until we were done. Two employees showed up to the literal piles of clothing inside and outside the changing rooms. Looked like hours of work ahead for them. Certainly miss the Kohls of old and hard to recommend them these days!
