I actually like this Nordstrom Rack location better than the one on Colorado Boulevard, even though the men's selection isn't quite as large. The store is easy to shop, checkout is fast, and the restrooms are open and accessible instead of being locked. I kinda need to stop talking myself into shopping here, I am a bad influence. I am a BIG Nordy fan and it goes the same with the Rack. You can find such great deals and specials even if it is only last season's style. The selection of men's and women's wear are usually a good selection, even for us more smaller sizes. I am bummed they stopped caring my favorite from Neutrogena, the sesame oil lotion. Their customer service and staff is impeccable and what you would expect at Nordstrom. This location is set off from the Park Meadows mall but parking can get busy if you want up front parking. My only complaint is the alteration service. The seamstress Nila is incredible and very talented. She's warm and friendly as well as efficient. I have confidence in her sewing skills. However, the pricing is confusing as well as not clearly displayed or explained. We took shirts to be tailored but some were $38 and others $78. It totaled over $600... A bit much for my usual needs. While they offer alterations for non Nordstrom items, the price is just a bit outrageous. Desiree, one of the managers, was kind and understanding in letting us cancel our order and the return process was stress free and quick. Overall, I still feel love for this location, the staff and the cute things I snag on each shopping spree. I'm a kid at heart and an irresponsible adult at the checkout counter here. read more

The store was fine, standard Nordstrom Rack. But I don't appreciate seeing employees sagging pants showing their underwear while I'm being helped in the dressing room section. Love this Rack- everytime I go there's new designers added and it's organized- which, in it of itself seems like a nightmare to attempt. Registers are fast, although sometimes hard to keep up with as there are no indications when the register is ready for next customer. I find Frame, Mother, Paige and Natori here that I love- returns are simple- men's section has great Paige and Frame jeans. Not quite as stacked as women's though. Sometimes you go and you hit jackpot and sometimes it's not great but there's usually something that doesn't disappoint. Kids section sucks, just being honest, same with shoe. Women's shoes are hit or miss; Sam Edelen, Naturalizer, Abound, Franco Sarto, Steve Madden, Vince Camuto, Uggs, ASICS, Eileen Fischer etc. Parking kind of sucks because the death trap of Costco gas and store are right nextdoor- go super early during the week, late on Sunday or right before close during the week. Park meadows Nordstrom can be seen from Rack's parking lot- there is an old navy, Marshall's, lakeshore learning, David's bridal and Best Buy in the same center. Better selection than most Racks I've seen. Large selection of clothes that don't feel picked over. You can easily spend twenty minutes in here finding a great selection of clothing in your size. Lot of the other Nordstrom Racks have great items but rarely in your size, not the case here! Staff is equally friendly and not worried about restock where they ignore customer questions. Clean store, or as clean as a store like this can be. Generally racks and shelves are ransacked with merchandise all over the floor, not here luckily. The floors don't have gum or cups all over and the racks are as organized as anywhere else. Surprising with the volume of luggage, shoes, dresses, perfume and cologne the store holds. Right when you enter the store you'll find the Men's items to your right. Women's clothing is to your left. This store certainly has more items for women and not a 50/50 split like some others. Get here early in the day to beat the crowds. Tons of parking out front so bring that trailer and load up for/with the family. read more

I should start by saying that I have probably been to 50 different Nordstrom Racks. I have been to several store openings throughout the country because I used to travel for work. The reason I frequent it so much is because I have a gigantic shoe size that only the Rack can handle. This location in Lone Tree is across the street from the Park Meadows mall in the Costco shared parking lot. The service here is absolutely the worst in the country. It is worse than the worst. I have had at least four different experiences here that have made me want to call their corporation. Talking to the managers makes you want to punch a wall. Another terrible thing about this location is that they use the "Shoe Mate" system. This means that they only put one of each pair of shoes out and if you like it you have to wait in line to get the other part of the pair so that you can either try them on together or purchase them. The store is constantly in disarray because of this and there are beaten up single shoes everywhere. If the shoe has been out too long or is on clearance it is likely that when you get the other shoe it will be beat to hell compared to the one they have been holding in the back. I feel like this store is the Tory Burch capital of the United States because I have literally scored amazing Tory Burch things on almost every trip. The clearance here has been pretty sweet. And the reason I come back is because of the actual merchandise but dread it every time because of the terrible service. read more

The store manager Nancy at the Nordstrom at Park Meadows- lone tree was very unprofessional and rude when dealing with my return. I bought a pair of shoes intending to keep them, come to the fact they were two different sizes. With that, I went to return them, but was welcomed with a rude accusation of me wearing the shoes when the tag was still on and obviously not worn. She then proceeds to say go try to return them to another store. Such an unwelcoming experience somewhere I shop all the time and give my business to. read more

A couple of very poor experiences at this Nordstrom Rack and I'll likely never return. The store is quite messy and unorganised, little consideration put in to how they order item displays. Racks are jumbled and many products seem to be old and outdated inventory. On each Saturday I've visited, they are unable to manage the check-out line such that it winds through the store to the back and takes 20-30 min for payment. Clerks are not helpful or friendly - they are obviously overworked and frustrated at a poorly managed store! The bargains aren't that great...go elsewhere! read more

This Nordstrom Rack is located in the same plaza as David's Bridal and Lake Shore Learning Store, specifically right next door to Old Navy. While on vacation, I came by here with my husband last Sunday around 6:30 pm. As soon as I walked in, I was immediately greeted by an employee at the front door. Then I took a look at the purses. I immediately noticed this Marc Jacobs bag (this is not the Marc by Marc Jabobs line, but Marc Jacobs... big difference in terms of price) on the bottom rack. When I saw the price, I knew I wanted to inspect it closer (this purse is originally $1300 but discounted to $370. And yes if you are wondering, it is a real Marc Jacobs, not a fake) Because this handbag was locked up, I had to ask the employee who greeted me to unlock it for me. I inspected the bag and knew I just had to purchase it. And so she said she would put it at the front register under my name so I can purchase it. Instead of looking around the store, I decided to just wait in line to pay for this item. Once I made my way to the register, I told the employee that the purse on the counter is under my name to be purchased. She was helpful in ringing me up. I had asked if there was any chance that this bag had a dust bag. She said usually they don't but would check in the back for my anyway. Eventually when she came back, she told me she wasn't able to find it, but I appreciated that she looked for me. Anyways, after I had made my purchase, I walked towards the back of the store to browse the shoes. I saw that there was a small selection of designer shoes (that includes brands like Coach, Tory Burch, Cole Haan, Jimmy Choo.. however you can also find these brands in the other shoe rack section). After browsing thing these shoes, I walked over to the rest of the shoes. Now like other Nordstrom Rack locations, shoes are organized by size. But what made me not want to continue browsing was to see all the one shoes (only the right shoe or only the left shoe) all over the place. It looked like a nightmare (check out my photos to see). Anyways, if you find a shoe you want in your size, you have to get the other shoe at the shoe mate window (there was also a short line upon my visit). I haven't been to other Nordstrom Rack's that have this set up with the shoes. I find it kind of odd that the shoes in the designer section have both shoes (left and right) but the rest of the shoes only have one. If I had not found such an amazing deal on my new handbag, I would probably deduct a star from my overall rating. But I am pretty sure you would find a great deal in the shoe section, as long as you are willing to dig. Employees were friendly and prices align with what I have seen at other Nordstrom Racks. If I lived in the area, I would be sure to come often (since their stock of clothing come in weekly). read more

I went into a Nordstrom Rack today in Lone Tree, CO. I took my items to the front checkout where three employees were behind the counter. One was obviously working, unpacking boxes of stock. The two other girls were having a very loud conversation. One was drinking from a soda can so I thought maybe she was on a lunch break. They both looked at me standing in line but never acknowledged me or called me over to checkout. I watched them interact with each other for a little bit longer. They were extremely unprofessional. I finally got so irritated due to the disrespect and took my items to the girl who was working, handed them to her and asked if she could put them back as I had changed my mind. When I left, I called the store back and voiced how disappointing the customer service was. The girl on the phone confirmed that the two who ignored me were in fact on duty. She apologized for them. These two girls have no business working in customer service. I will not return to this store. Totally a waste of my time and money. read more

I came here early in their day mid week before Christmas and was pleasantly greeted by the staff they was busily working at keeping the store orderly. The selection was ample and organized. The prices are reasonable and fair. I read some negative reviews on this platform and do not understand what the expectations of some people are. It seems that people expect prices to be be a give away and the selection to be absolute. I am always finding items that I like but would not be able to pay department store prices for. I typically love Nordstrom's Rack. I'm from Austin & it was my go to store. What the heck happened to this place? Their shoes are not in boxes. They are messily strewn on the shelves. With no organization or neatness at all. In Austin they keep the shoes in the boxes which makes sense bc it keeps the shoes in proper condition. This place seems not to care! No employees offered assistance or greeted customers. As a matter of fact. An elderly woman who was looking at shoes in the same isle as me had a shoe drop in her head. Let me start by saying I'm Icon (formally known as Level 4). I've been shopping loyally at Nordstroms for YEARS. When I usually walk into Nordstrom racks across the country I am HAPPY. It's the music & the friendly faces/hellos. This place is the opposite. I walked into employees literally staring down so they didn't have to do their job. I get it, retail is HARD some days but then choose a different job. I also walked into the manager being rude to a customer (granted she was a difficult customer) but that just sets the tone. I'm not even sure why I gave 2 stars. I just feel bad giving 1 star reviews unless something horrendous happened. It's a bummer to see that the terrible customer service trend has been for years. This Nordstrom rack has a lot more choices to select from. I have found different pieces of dresses and shirts here compared to other Nordstrom racks. The only problem with this place is the shoe section. It's a mess! They only put out one foot at a time so you have to ask for the other one at the counter. Almost like shopping at a department store. The wait is not worth it. The entire brackets of shoes are all over the place, shoes on top of each other, some already damaged before anyone can try it on. Store was packed and the checkout line was really, really long. So long, almost walked right back out of the store. But, great values and good selection. Went in just to get some socks but walked about with a three new dress shirts and a jacket on clearance. After shopping at Nordstrom today, decided to check out Nordstrom Rack. Some of the prices are definitely reasonable, but it is so crazy how they pile so many clothes on one rack. Even if the clothes are discounted to cost between $30-$100, there are so many just smooshed into each section. The shoe section is an absolute disaster. Extremely disorganized! I have never seen a Nordstrom rack shoe section this terribly messy. The one in DC that I used to visit had BOTH shoes on the rack together in a box. There is more organization in a thrift store! With the price of some of the boots being between $100-$300, there should really be better organization of this section. read more

Don't come into this store expecting the best organization. The one thing you have to do when you go into this store is have patience and look around. This Nordstrom Rack is like a second home. -Comforting me in the cold of winter with new sweaters and scarves for under 20 dollars -Complimenting my feet with brand new $20 pink and white sperry's -Getting me ready for Vegas with many things sparkly AND -Providing me with a cheap and fashionable clearance rack for the days when I just need something to wear that night. Yes, this RACK is the best. I always find great deals here. For some reason it always seems to have more of a selection and cheaper prices at this location as opposed to the one on Colorado Blvd. However, both have been rather good to me. Today I got a dress and a blouse for $30. There is no cheaper place to find designer clothing! I LOVE this store. -BTW I hear the new Belmar Location is phenomenal. This is unfortunately one of the worst-managed Nordstrom Racks in the US. Have been to many, and this one many times over the last decade. Their staff have become increasingly scarce to help you find stuff on the floor, and it isn't the best kept display-wise. But the newest development is that they apparently are not honoring store hours. Even if you have a quick single item purchase, they effectively close before posted closing time, when standard custom is to let anyone in if closing time on the mark has not hit, even if it means kindly noting to the customer that they will close in X many minutes (be it one minute or 15, etc.). If you roll according to custom, be ready for a nasty encounter with an employee who doesn't quite know how to handle this easy situation (thinks she can speak to customers as if they are misbehaving employees who are simply following posted hours). read more

Part II of my SO-SO experience with Nordstrom Rack!! Chapter 2: Sneaky-Sales-Sally at the register totally ran my card, after I was hesitant on buying a $179.00 Kate Spade purse. She originally asked me to swipe my Nordstrom card to "dig into my account," to see if I had leftover "Notes," that I could use on this purchase. I was also inquiring if the handbag was on sale. NOPE. it was a final sale and thanked me for coming in. I was pretty annoyed.. she just stated that "I would be back," and printed me a gift receipt on a purse that wasn't for sale and that I could return it any time. I now recall why I steer cleared of the Rack in the first place. Aside from shopping at their Colorado BLVD store, (That store had overpriced dirty dresses on the racks!!) We came to the TJ-MAXX of the Nordstrom shopping experience and were still dumbfounded by the totally laughable "discount" hub, that Nordstrom Rack claims. I eventually did buy two black bags from this shop, but horrendously overpriced. Almost $300.00 for subpar service and just a bleh experience. read more

Solid store with a lot of clothing selections. The women's section has more clothing than the men's. Pricing is okay - you have to hunt to find a good deal, but that is expected. Service is okay as well. I am docking on star because there aren't enough changing rooms (customers were waiting 20 minutes or more). In addition, people are (for some reason) allowed to come in and out while "holding" their spot. This turns the changing area into a runway of sorts...minus the models. I recommend some sort of new store management policy or strategy to address this problem. Fixing this would make this place a 5/5 for me. read more

Think high end-clearance rack. I guess they couldn't call it that because it's a bit boring and cliche, but that's exactly what it is. The only things I do not like about this department store concept is the check out line that reminds me of Marshalls, and the shoe selection which reminds me of Filenes Basement (mess...hot mess). I always find great deals here. Everything from workout clothes, to suits to formal dresses. I just got a $400 New Years Eve dress for $20. Of course finding your size when there is only 1 or 2 pieces left of any given item is a challenge, but if you have the time to weed through the hidden treasures, you will find something valuable. My mom is plus size and this is really the only place she shops for clothing. Something for the whole family. read more

I wanted to hit up a Nordstrom's rack since today is the last day of clear the rack but this location was horrible! It's located in a clean, upscale plaza but the actual store looked like a tornado hit it! I was immediately turned off. I would expect a little mess since it's the holidays but Marshall's and Ross looked cleaner than this store which isn't what I would expect from Nordstrom's. I'm giving this location two stars because parking was a breeze and my boyfriend actually found an item that he ended up purchasing. Unfortunately, I couldn't stand the mess and decided to just keep him company while he shopped for dress shirts. I do not recommend this location. I prefer the Cherry Creek Rack to this location, but I do find it's location handy. I love that it's right across from the Park Meadows Nordstrom in case you can't find what you're looking for at the Rack. The only reason I'd say I prefer the Cherry Creek location to this one is simply due to its size. This store is definitely smaller, which effectively limits their selection. It is, however, not nearly as crowded as the Cherry Creek store - so that's a definite bonus. Either way, it's a solid store - staff is helpful & friendly and the store is usually really clean for a discount store. read more

I like Nordstrom and I like racks. If you put the two together, it's almost like Doublemint gum. Just almost though. Parking here sucks because I think the learning center next door takes a lot of the parking. Or it could be the other stores nearby. Whatever, parking kinda sucks because who wants to walk 50 feet to the doors just to get your shop on when you're going to exhaust yourself walking the immense square footage of deals here? I love the selection and while not everything is a crazy good deal, they do have plenty of good to excellent deals if you can find them. ($20 for Kenneth Cole shoes that fit a fifth grader? I'll take them, and try my damndest to fit into them) You can get a number of name brand items from jackets, sporting apparel, coats, jeans, slacks, dress shirts, casual shirts, shoes and watches. I don't know why I even bother to sporadically try this store. I've been in a few times now and never find anything I want. It seems way more disorganized and dreary than it needs to be - and even though it's Nordstrom, the selection of quality items is disappointing. I'm not a thrift store shopper generally. I just don't have the time and patience to go through everything to find those hidden treasures. That said, Nordstrom Rack is one place where I HAVE put in the time, and still haven't found any gems. I've had much better luck at other places, even goodwill. One thing that I will always spend time on is shoes. I love shoes. And, Nordstrom always has the best shoes. Well, the shoe display here is in such disarray that I only looked briefly and walked away (after spending maybe an hour sorting through dresses and trying them on). Seriously, Marshall's next door had a way better shoe selection, and it was clean and orderly - what's up with that? In what universe should Marshall's be better than Nordstrom??? This location of the discount giant is a little more frustrating than its brethren. Getting a pair of shoes here can be a headache as the employees have to retrieve the left shoe from the backroom so you can try the pair. The line waiting for the match can get backed up quickly. They also provide no benches for men to try on shoes. There is a bench at the end of each women's aisle but the men are expected to either have great balance or use the floor. Definitely worth a look if you're in the area but the Colorado Ave location or The Rack in Belmar both provide an easier (perhaps slightly less busy) shopping experience. read more
