With my mother-in-law in tow, we hit this little boutique, spent ample time sifting through the insanely awesome inventory and left with more than a few bags to take home. Everything in the store is cute (literally), varies in sizes, colors and allows you to try on anything you'd like. The quality of items is amazing and warrants the price tag. Beware - you may end up purchasing more than you think, but it's entirely worth it. Staff nails it with compliments and conversation, which makes for a welcoming atmosphere. Because Castle Rock is a mere 15 minutes from my house, I'll gladly return to this unique shop...maybe I'll go back, sober.

Yay for petites! I…read morelove this store and the location. Always have great sales and lovely clothes. I am very much a petite person and I love that they carry a great selection of clothes for us short ladies. My only complaint.. The dressing rooms! I feel that the ladies that work the dressing rooms could do a much better job. They seem like they are too busy sorting through clothes to help anyone. I was sitting after I tried my clothes on and waiting for my boyfriend and notice the long line waiting for dressing rooms, since I was sitting for a while I knew which ones were open and were telling people which ones they were. Some rooms that were finished being used, locked when the door closed behind the person using it and the dressing ladies did not even assist anyone to them. Just kept saying looks like they are all full. To help one of the ladies in line out, I spoke up and said no this one is open someone just came out. I felt like I was doing their job. Other then that I always come back for the clothes and the great deals!

They have no concern about expediting your order when it's placed. I waited patiently for 3 WEEKS and still didn't get my order!! I emailed .... I called the number and the phone rang for a long time and I waited till someone answered. The woman's tone was as if she couldn't care less about my order! The fact that I emailed them on week 2 that I didn't receive the order then called on week 3 only to be told that it was being shipped out that same day.... I waited all day for tracking number by email.... No tracking number was ever sent. Call the following day asking for the tracking number only to be told that there is none. I explained I needed for my vacation coming up in a few days.... And that the order would obviously not reach in time before I leave. I then told her cancel my order and give me my full refund! Her sarcastic response "OK Have a good rest of your day" and abruptly hung up. They don't realize there's other boutiques in Florida selling the same things they are selling ..... I am gladly taking my Money elsewhere. And it's true what other reviews have said... some of their clothing is poor quality for the price and awful customer service plus the strict return policy of store credit only, slow shipping . And to top off having a nasty attitude..... Good Luck with that Chic Couture Online! Have a good rest of your time in business!

My new favorite boutique!…read more This boutique has everything I could want in a boutique - friendly staff, large selection, adorable pieces, affordable prices, and ample parking. I went on a Monday afternoon and was greeted by the one person working. She was friendly and helpful without being overbearing. There's nothing worse than walking into a cute boutique and feeling like they don't want you there but I did not feel like that here AT ALL. I feel like the employee could have been my friend she was so sweet! When a dress I wanted was sold out in my size, she was helpful in finding a similar dress for me to try! I was pleasantly surprised by how much stuff they have! The store is big and they have TONS of clothing in there but still have plenty of space for you to move about and have pretty displays. They didn't have clothes crammed into the racks so I didn't feel like I had to dig. I could see everything on the rack before I approached it then only had to dig in to see details. Most their clothes are neutral tones - gray, white, olive, blush, brown, navy, etc. I was told in summer they would have brighter colors but generally like the neutrals. Their clothes were exactly my style (age 26) and I could see 16 year olds or 60 year olds shopping here. Their clothes are a mix of classic staples and fun trendy pieces. The trendier pieces were nice - cute tanks, lace up tops, drop waist dresses, leggings with fun details, felt/wool hats, and more. They didn't have any club-wear - just all-around classy, fun pieces! They also have an entire rack of staples - tanks, t-shirts, long sleeves, etc. Their clothes are inexpensive but seemed to be high quality. The brands I saw included Flying Monkey, Lush, Dress Forum, Mittoshop, Entro, Everly, Lovestitch, Tresics, Cherish, Staccato, Les Amis, and more. Prices were great! I didn't see anything over $100. Tops seemed to range from $28 - 58, dresses from $42 - 68, and necklaces from $10 - 30. They had a clearance rack in the back and everything was really marked down! They had a beautiful Lush lace dress for $20! Accessories included shoes, hats, lace bras, scarves (tonssss of scarves!), candles, bracelets, necklaces, purses, and more! They had long wear, casual wear, lots of tops, plenty of dresses, and adorable leggings I'm kicking myself for not buying (and will likely go back for). They accept returns but will only give refunds in the form of store credit. Their shopping bags are reusable totes which I love! I can't ever have enough of those! I absolutely LOVE this store and can't wait to go back!
