After that I went to customer service and told them what happened. We checked for any cracks and luckily they were fine. One word of advisors the disgruntled clerk. I was so focused on trying to find Customer Service that while I said hi back, I didn't really engage with her. When I went to check out my items to purchase I apologized if I came off rude. She was so gracious and stated she knew I was focused and nothing to apologize about. I pointed out how friendly she is and impressed I was with her efficiency with getting people checked out and on their way while also being engaging with the customers- a true art form! The staff are friendly and helpful and just......nice. The store is well lit but I never go into peruse, only when I need something specific which seems to be wrapping paper, snacks or a book. The first two have comparable prices to Dollar Tree and is an all adult more pleasant of an experience. I'd rather spend a little extra and then be able to hop in here when running my other areas at the shopping center.
