Had a few minutes while waiting for my friend to arrive for our lunch. So I went in the store to see what new items they have. I like the belts with the bling on them, the wristlets, the cute boots. So many clothing styles and hats to select from. I wandered around and admired the boots. Then I saw something I couldn't live without - a carrying bag for my boots. How did I not know these existed? I've been carrying around my boots in chintzy plastic shopping bags. Now they can be protected when I travel. I also picked up some warm gloves for Christmas gifts. And I found some mink oil for my boots. All in all a productive unexpected visit. read more

Terrible service, do not recommend. Older white woman with glasses, a little longer than shoulder length hair at the front cashier had a nasty attitude since I walked in. We asked simple questions and she gave a smart ass response like we're supposed to know the answer. Check your employees attitude if they're going to be the first face we see when we walk in. Please learn to be nice to customers if they're the only reason this store is surprisingly still open or you will get your attitude checked the way this grown ass lady did. Hopefully they close this store soon. read more

Very disappointed with boot barn and sheplers. My grandma ordered me a pair of new boots online for a Christmas present listed as a new boot and the value of new boots. The boots were opened and the box was taped on the sides with rips in it. After opening the box we found out that the boots that were shipped to us were previously worn and sold as new again. Inside the left boot the sole is coming out and on the bottom of the boots shows they were clearly worn. The boots are not stiff like new boots would be and again these were not in store pickup this was a online order. read more

I went to the Centennial store today to get a new pair of boots for the first time in a long time (me buying boots). Walked in, showed Nicole a printout from the web of the Tony Lama's I wanted, she walked me right back to them, I pulled them off the rack, tried them on (very nice fit) and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Very happy with the selection and had exactly what I wanted in my size on the rack. Lots of boots to choose from here. I will be back in the spring as I want to pick up another pair/different hide for variety. Maybe alligator or ostrich. ;-) Nicole was very pleasant to deal with. The staff was very friendly but the store doesn't have much of a selection when comes to 7-8 men's boots. The size 9 section had 5 times more than the 8's had. The cute lady helping me said she could order them but I'd have to buy them. Well I'm not going to buy boots before I try them on. Then the hat selection doesn't have a very large selection either. I went to the old Shephlers now boot barn off of I-25 and they had a much better selection but customer service was awful. BOOT BARN get a bigger variety of boots in the 7 and 8 mens boots. I got a hat from cavendars because they had a larger selection. read more

Wow! I was already impressed that they called me to remind me of my rewards and when they were going to expire but coming today was hands down great on a Black Friday! They helped me to my car with my purchase there was someone always by my side to help carry something to the front so I didn't have my hands loaded down either. This is one of the best boot barns I have been to and I have been to quite a few even in other states! Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and just out right amazing! This store is pathetic They have 100% ruined what used to be shellers. The staff has no clue what there doing. They shrunk the store by more then 50% of what sheplers used to be and the boot organization is absolutely terrible. I do not want to shop for boots by size. If i want a pair of luchasses i do not want to look at 60 pairs of cheap ariats to find the one pair of luchasses I'm looking for. I was used to getting some quality stuff from Sheplers. Now boot barn is wam bam thank you mam kind of store. This is despicable. Will never shop here read more

I have always loved this store, found everything I wanted in boots and apparel. Today my boyfriend's daughter found a pair of boots. The store did not have them but the store in Grand Junction did. All was great Maggie went on the keosh and placed the order. I paid with my debt card, didn't think anything about it. Look at my bank account that night only to find a double charge for the exact amount. Store is closed by this time. Call the next day talking to a manager who was clueless as to what to do but tell me I had to come into the store to settle it. Go to the store today and face to face with the manager show her the double charge. She reserches it, telling me They only charged me once, my patience was lost and I went off. She said she had to check the back computer. Comes back after phone a friend telling me THEY DOUBLE CHARGE YOU INTIALLY AND IN A FEW DAYS ONCE ONE HAS CLEARED THEIR ACCOUNTS THEY REMOVE THE OTHER. THANKS FOR HOLDING MY MONEY HOSTAGE!!! I WILL NOT BE USING MY DEBIT CARD AGAIN. Still fuming. read more

First, I can tell you that there is not enough stores like this in Denver. Im sorry if i dont want to cuff my jeans and dress like new kids on the block or whatever you cal the new trend. I am a country gentlemen and im grateful that there are places like Boot Barn close by. Customer service is good depending on who you get and what day you go. Store is clean and nice, selection is ok but could use some improvement. But, it is a smaller store so thats forgiven. read more

Love this place, excellent choice of boots and hats, plus if they haven't got it in store then they will make every effort to get you fitted somehow and make the purchase online for you without hesitation. All the negative reviews about the staff being useless is seriously harsh... if not being pushy and friendly is not your thing than fair enough... I have bought a few pairs of boots and a hat from here (that they had to special order) and every time I've had a good experience. read more
