Disappointing Client Treatment…read more Despite investing well over $15K at A Line Boutique, I was told I did not qualify as a "VIP client" and therefore was not eligible for a wardrobe edit. The criteria for client recognition felt opaque and, frankly, arbitrary--an uncomfortable experience in a luxury retail setting. Beautiful merchandise, but the customer experience did not align with the level of discretion and respect one expects. Not to mention I have often been 'sold' items that are not the best for my body type.

Clearly the word is out on the amazing deals and all the good stuff they have here. I easily spent 1-2 hours in here looking at every last piece they had in stock. Spent a long time looking through the clearance rack that had lots of great finds and even walked out with a bunch of them. If you're in need for a great looking new wardrobe, I recommend coming here for some great staple pieces for a cheap price.

While in the store there were no customers and six employees were all just chatting it up around the registers. No one said hello...or acknowledged me. I walked around the store looking at all the jeans and looking specifically for a darker wash denim but no one offered to help. I walked close enough to the registers intentionally to make them uncomfortable and someone to acknowledge me but no such luck. Finally as I was leaving someone looked up and said hi...I laughed at her and left...Needless to say went to Anthropology and had an awesome clerk help me . Bought both a denim skirt and jeans.

I like ARC. They don't take the good stuff and auction it online…read more I mostly wander around thrift stores to get my steps in. But occasionally, I have a mission. I was looking for quirky bookends and a speaker dock. Oddly, there wasn't a single pair of bookends, quirky or otherwise. But I found a Bose speaker dock! Both the remote and the outlet plug were missing. But I am nothing if not persistent. I searched through two boxes of cords and plugs, and found the missing plug. Did not find the remote. It's not an infrequent occurrence that the plugs get separated from the appliance. Sometimes they are even priced, although this plug was not. Someone had deliberately removed it from the dock, which was all taped up, and thrown the cord into the box. Perhaps they intended to grab the speaker later, idk. Things are often cheaper on Saturdays. The employees here are very nice and helpful. The store is clean and organized. And the speaker dock works perfectly! A most successful thrifting stop.

I have been shopping at this ARC for years. Kind of my home-base thrift store. Lately, I have…read morenoticed a change in some personnel and a definite change of attitude. A new employee who I had never seen before (long black curly hair) was very aggressive toward me, cashiers acting a little strange. I am not sure what is going on. Over the years I have never had a problem there. The prices are now very high and apparently as I learned from an employee, theft is an extreme and ongoing problem. My happy place is becoming my anxiety place. No good. I actually notice a much more pleasant atmosphere and friendly staff at the ARC on Dry Creek, so it is something going on with this particular store.

So we came to this outdoor mall as he didn't want to deal with walking around other people in an indoor mall. The store is closed. Permanently. So I'm panicking and sweating as I didn't want to drag him to a mall. I decided to check out this store as I do love their styles and hoped they had a suit. Alfreda greeted me and I explained I needed a suit, preferable two buttons and single breasted. I think I took her by surprise as I was that specific. But she walked me over to a suit - I believe it's the only one they have in the store - and it was two buttons and single breasted. What are the odds? She selected my sizes and led me to a fitting room. I love their fitting room area. It's plush and fancy with comfortable chairs the gentlemen can wait in. Carpeting on the floors so our feet don't touch cold tile. Alfreda asked if I would come out so they could see how it looked and i said of course as I wanted him to see it. I said a prayer and tried on the smaller size pants. A little snug. So I tried on the larger size. It fit! Put on the jacket in the matching size and looked in the mirror. Looked like it would work so I went outside so he could give me his opinion. He actually liked it! I was so relieved. Alfreda said i looked nice in it and so I was sold. Alana rang me up as Alfreda had another customer and we were talking about why I needed such a specific style. When she heard I would need a white button up shirt to be able to wear a tie with it, she said she had a style to show me that someone had returned in a larger size. It was cute. Cut in a little at the sides to show off your figure instead of simply hanging loose. I tried it and they suggested I order it in the same size as the suit. And the best part? They ship it to me free of charge! It would take a week but it would save me from running around. What could be even better than all of this? I received a discount for my purchase amount being above $100. Both ladies were so nice and made me feel appreciated and beautiful. All the stress of finding the perfect matching suit for the event gone. Definitely recommend.

They steamed everything for me so all I had to do was take it out of the bag and wear it. That was so appreciated as I also had to get 5 kids dressed that day. Looking around the clothing in there looks fabulous and I can't wait to return when I have something a little more pleasant to buy for.
