Customer service is worse than non-existent. It is absolute trash. I was told today that not only can they not guarantee that an item purchased online will ever arrive, they will also not guarantee that they will refund or replace items you paid for that were lost or never delivered. read more

I stopped by here after work to get some shirts and I felt the need to leave a positive review because the customer service was excellent! Josie helped me out with deciding on some shirts and then helped me during checkout to sign up for rewards points and she was just overall very sweet and helpful and I really appreciated it! This Old Navy location is a store I frequent when the family is in need of inexpensive clothing. When you have kids... you will need expensive clothing. Kids clothing tends to last ONE season anyways, so Old Navy Clothing is perfect! I'm a deal and bargains kind of gal. I always check the clearance racks...and find at least 1-2 items for the kiddos. Women's and Men's clothing is iffy. Since men and women tend to not grow anymore... you will use items often and they don't tend to last. But if you get the basics (like shirts/tees, etc) and replace/buy them every season, Old Navy is the place. Any interactions I've had with staff have always been pleasant, and even during the busy winter/holiday months, the staff have been willing to help me find an item or answer my questions. The aisles, shelves, and racks are organized, and the bathrooms are always clean. The cashiers are friendly too! Not only do I get a good bargain with clothing, but I leave this Old Navy location feeling good because of the awesome staff! read more

The customer service at this particular Old Navy is second to none. I often shop online and do my returns here in store. All of the cashiers know what they're doing, are friendly, and expedite the transactions in a quick and thorough way. One of the things that I love so much about Old Navy is that there is a bathroom available to the public. I cannot tell you how many times I got shopping and then I have to leave to pee. It is brilliant that they keep public bathrooms and keep them clean. I love the style of all the Navy and the price point - especially the sales. I think my only complaints are that sometimes the fabrics they use shrink or wrinkle easily and there is no sizing consistency. I own items that range from size large to a size 2XL. Yes, the cut of a garment can alter what size one orders it in. However, this does not seem to be the dependency upon which Old Navy sizes. It is bizarre and although I always start with an XXL or size 20, it can absolutely vary. Presently, I have a sleeveless blouse in an xxl, a long sleeved blouse in an xl, a pair of the Harper pant and mid rise denim both in size 18, three ballet tops and two sweatshirts from the spring collection all in a size XL, but all my tanks are in a size large. Hunh? I just ordered a bunch of swimwear online, and am ridiculously curious as to how this is going to go based on the information above. I am recovering from back surgery, otherwise I'd be in the store trying all the stuff on. The back-and-forth between the online returns and online ordering is kind of a pain in the butt. Especially since they don't return plus size purchases in store. However, I will continue to shop here and have been a loyal customer since 1994 because I do really enjoy the casualness of the clothes, the style and the price point. read more

This Old Navy replaced the location at University & Orchard, and it's a good store! You know exactly what kind of clothes to expect at Old Navy, but this location is laid out fairly well and it's possible to find someone to help you when you need it. Like all locations, prices are super reasonable, and there's usually some sort of sale going on. This one general has quite a bit on clearance toward the back as well, although quality there can vary a bit. Not the fanciest place to get clothes, but I like buying jeans for under $30 and shirts on sale for under $10, so I'm a fan. read more

The Old Navy store at the Streets of Southglenn is my new go-to. The store is spotless, all clothing is organized - even in the dressing rooms where it can get busy. Went out of her way to help me find some items I was looking for. EXCELLENT customer service which is very rare these days. This employee deserves a raise. She made shopping easy. read more

So frustrated with Old Navy! My daughter looked online at a jeans jacket and saved her money for it. Went to the store and it was almost double the price. Associate kindly told us they are different stores "online" vs store and so we left and and bought it at H&M across the way. At least Gap (Same Owners) priced matched their website!!!! read more

60% off kids clothes, my ass. There were 2 items on sale. I used to shop here all the time, but now everything is too expensive. If you want good kids clothing reasonably priced, head down the sidewalk to crazy 8s. They always have smokin deals and good coupons you can actually use in the store. DONE with Old Navy. read more

I enjoy shopping at this location. Heidi, the store manager is fantastic !! She is very professional, helpful and always has a pleasant smile. The store is always clean and organized and the staff is always willing to help. I also enjoy the play area for the kids to enjoy while the parents shop without the kids getting bored. My in-store experience this week has been frustrating. I spent over $500 and received no Super Cash. Super Cash is available for use tomorrow. The cashier said they didn't have any more printed vouchers so I couldn't have any. I called Old Navy and was placed on hold for an hour and 20 minutes. The woman in customer service said she couldn't help me but that I must return to the store to ask for my Super Cash. I feel frustrated. She said she would transfer me to a different department but that the department I need won't be opened until Monday. I do understand that. However, why can't vouchers be sent to my email account on file? I have my receipts for proof of purchase. The sales are great, the products are great but Super Cash is part of the reason why shopping at Old Navy for back to school clothes is worth it. I would like either Super Cash in hand or an email with the vouchers please. Other customers were given the same courtesy. Thank you for your consideration. read more

This is more a review on this company's obvious poor hiring practices and less on the store itself. I had few things to try on and there were 3 employees at the dressing rooms, not one even so much as greeted me so I politely asked if I could try on the items and the girl looked at me like I had 3 heads and couldn't seem to figure out what I wanted?! I'm at the dressing room area...not too many options there! She then proceeds to take the clothing from me reluctantly, and at this point has yet to even speak to me! She awkwardly puts me in a room and mumbles something incoherently and that was about it...I get that you hire high schoolers and young adults here but come on! Train them to at least be polite and speak to customers. Even if I'd have liked the clothing I probably wouldn't have purchased it because it was such an uncomfortable experience! The store is also very messy and hard to find items you are looking for. read more
