Store is beautiful and laid out well. The products are of great quality and fit. The items last forever and don't fade or shrink. I find that staff are consistently attentive and friendly regardless of what store I shop at. One of my favorite places to shop as a rule as I can always find something either for working out, running, skiing or professional wear. One caveat: make sure you read their return policy which has changed. If an item you purchase goes down in price even a couple of days later, you may not get the difference back. This is the reason for the loss of one star. While I cannot accept complaints for those that are past the 30 day policy, I don't understand not refunding the difference if an item goes down within a reasonable few days timeframe. read more

Greeted upon entering the store. Love the new spring colors. Punch is right up my alley. She wanted to check out some workout tops so we wandered around. We were told about the sale items and went to look at the selection. Prices to me aren't worth it but they are comparable to other brands. Nice quality and feels good. read more

I went to this store over the weekend excited to try and shop and was exceedingly disappointed. Mostly, it was the staff who completely ignored me. I tried on maybe 12 pieces and NOT ONCE did anyone ask if I was doing okay or needed anything, which I did. They asked the lady next to me, Tanya, four times. Thea's across from me, Lisa, three times. Me? Nothing. I was totally ignored. What's crazy is that the ladies working the try on room were generally even older than me! I can only surmise that Athleta trains their staff to only cater to the 20-35 range as I'm a bit outside that. Doesn't explain why I was so ignored. On top of this, the selection wasn't that great. I might have caught them at the transition between seasons but, was sad. And, they've taken away the EXHALE sports bra which is very sad. Athleta is a new favorite find / brand. And, if you order online and need to return, you can do this at a local store. Enter my experience. Drove over to a semi close store in a neighboring town (yes, it was nice to get out and drive somewhere, amidst the pandemic) and met super friendly, attentive and accommodating store staff - literally every staff here. We all wore masks, kept our distance and used sanitizer as needed. In returning my pants for exchange, I learned that this store didn't have the pants in my size / color as reported, but they were happy to order these for me and have them shipped to me for free. They also were gracious and allowed me to use my original 20% coupon (used in the first order). Such a nice experience. And yes, you guessed it, being in the store has it's advantages as I found a few more pieces to bring home with me! The store is gorgeous, clean, and well maintained. I will never shop at Athleta again. I was 2 weeks past the 30 day return. I had my receipt and tags were still on the clothes. I would be ok with a store credit but they refused. The same items I wanted to return were still on the floor being sold. I have eat the $300. read more

The store is beautiful and the layout is easy to navigate, however the checkout experience completely ruins this store. There is one central kiosk style counter at the center of the store which allows for confusion when it is time to check out. The handheld computer devices never seem to work, and the consistent comment from employees is "I don't know how to do this, I need to ask someone" (it is clear the employees are there just for the merchandise discount). I've been in this store a few times and have two incidents that are prompting such a long review. Visit #1: Went in to look at sweaters. Found a few that I was interested in and made my way to the fitting rooms. I was promptly greeted by someone offering to help me with anything I needed. I closed the curtain and as soon as I did, she started chatting with another co-worker about all the cute clothes at the store. They were so involved in their conversation about what they were setting aside to purchase they couldn't hear me asking for assistance (needed a different size). I even poked my head out of the curtain to find that one of them was trying something on. Frustrated, I put my clothes back on and opened the curtain. The lady that had originally talked to me at the fitting rooms asked how I liked the items....completely oblivious that I had needed help. Obviously customer experience falls after the employees find the cutest things to buy. Visit #2: I went into the store to do a price match (online price drop) and after 25 minutes I was still waiting in what was a crowd (not a line) of people who were clearly just as frustrated as me. Finally someone was able to help me, but then quickly realized price match transactions have to happen on a computer in the back. We migrated to the back near the fitting rooms, only to find out the employee didn't know how to do a price match and needed help from a manager. Another 25 minutes later I was finally on my way out of the store. I did not expect, nor enjoy spending almost an hour standing in the store for a simple adjustment. Suggestions: Train your staff & create a system to better manage the customers wanting to check out. read more

I have long been a lucy fan for my workout wear. I like Athleta, but find it pricier than lucy (which has lots of sales), although they do have beautiful clothes. However, I was going on a girls weekend and I was going kayaking for the first time. I wanted a long sleeve rash guard and board shorts. I checked a few other stores and then decided to hit Athleta. I'm really glad I did. I found some rashguards left, as it was late in the season, and they were on sale. Found a matching pair of shorts and it was definitely worth the money. I have had some issues with finding bottoms that fit, but I may adjust my expectations accordingly for shopping for certain items here. There is a line a customers waiting to get into the store. Once in the store there are more employees than customers. The store now opens at a later time and closes earlier. Could any of theses employees do any of the work prior to opening or after closing? Wouldn't it be wise for to increase sales to have a reasonable ratio of employees to customers. 1 1/2 employees to 1 customer is not reasonable or necessary. Note only a couple of employees were helping customers, other were just milling around. Possibly waiting to help customers, but wait they are all standing outside the store. read more

I have been disappointed by this particular store over and over. Their clothes are wonderful, but the customer service is horrendous. I received a coat from my mom for my bday (that she has bought online) and it was too big. I took it to the store, with the receipt, to exchange for a smaller size and was told that that had to occur online. I knew that wasn't true and asked her to ask someone else. She would not. Later, I got in line and was told the same thing. Finally, my sister went up and asked a 3rd person and they happily exchanged it, saying that that is never a problem. A few months later, I bought a sweatshirt and they left the security tag on. No big deal! I went back a few weeks later, they took it back and kindly, gave me a $50 gift card to say sorry (that was awesome and not expected). I gave that card to my daughter that day and she went in to buy two bras which cost $52. When they rang it up, they said she couldn't use the card because they couldn't figure out how to register it in the system and tried nothing else. It's a gift card. It should be pretty standard procedure, but they just wouldn't even try to help her out. We will not be going back!!! read more

I absolutely love this place. They recently remodeled and it's much bigger now, having an open floor plan makes it enjoyable to look through all of the goodies. I like how anyone can check you out in the store, there is no need to stand around. Also the ladies that work here love the clothes and enjoy their jobs. Like anything, retail takes patience. Ahh... this place is a breath of fresh air! Employees are courteous and helpful. I had to return a pair of pants with some of the tags missing this morning (after cleaning out my closet, I realized I had purchased them twice- whoops! First world problems....) and the woman who helped me was polite, friendly, and efficient. The store itself is very clean and welcoming. The dressing rooms are comfortable, have 3-sided mirrors, and are well furnished (you know, for a dressing room...) Now, the real reason why I love Athleta? Their clothing. Their Chatarunga tights.... so so comfy. I find myself wearing them to yoga classes, to bed, to the grocery store, and even under work dresses in cold weather. They also have some awesome hoodies this season. Their fabrics are second to none, and feel luxurious. I'll be back! read more

Had a pretty bad customer experience at Athleta lone tree. Their customer service is terrible. I had a mask on and I was asked with three different people, in front of other customers and loudly, to put it over my nose. I cannot wear it over my nose doctor's orders. I spend a lot of money in the store and I will not be back. When I wrote to the customer service, their response to me was that they are too busy to respond to customer service issues and thank you for your comments. There are ways to handle this in the store quietly and discreetly without blatantly embarrassing customers. I will not be back read more

So having a wife and 3 daughters we spend more money than I care to think about at this store. My daughter tried to return a swimsuit that discolored after 1 wear in the ocean. We have returned many items without an invoice/receipt. She purchased this online and the 2 snotty clerks told her that they could not take it back. Since when is a store not able to take defective merchandise back? Regardless whatever method it was purchased the company should stand by their product. I was at Athleta in Park Meadows Mall on 3/3/18 around 7:00pm. I was shopping there because a family member raves about the quality of there clothes and how cute there styles are. There was only 2-3 other customers in the store at the time as it was a Saturday night and at least 3 sales women. No one even acknowledged me when I walked in, but that did not bother me as I assumed the sales staff was busy. When I walked over to a table, a sales woman was there refolding clothes. She looked up at me, did not smile or say hello and just went back to folding clothes! I then went to the right of the sales registers where there were 3 sales women. NONE of them acknowledged me either and at this time, I had been there over 15 minutes! There were 2 sales women right to the left of me, who were just talking about "life". I have been in the customer service industry for over 20 years and also worked at Nordstrom's a few years ago, so I know that you should at least acknowledge a customer and see if they need any help! At this point, I was upset because I actually felt invisible! Not that this was appropriate, but I finally went up to the sales women who were just chatting. I told them that I was appalled that I had been in the store for well over 15 minutes and that no one had even said hello, asked if I needed assistance or had any questions! At first, they did not say anything. Then, one of them apologized, but still did not ask if I wanted any help! *For the price of the items there, it just baffles me about this whole experience! I know that customer service isn't what it used to be, but now, I completely understand why more and more people are just buying online! *I went straight to Lulumon and spent a lot of money!
