The older reviews are pretty rough but I took my chances. Even brought them up to the manager on duty and she stated the entire team is new within the last year. Had a great interaction! The store is clean and neatly organized, staff is friendly, and ended up walking out with the Patch of the Month after spending $125. Five Eleven has over 10 locations now in the country and this location is well laid out. Plenty of helpful associates was there to answer any questions on May 11th where they had a 20% off once a year sale. 5.11 was a rock climb difficulty level and they started out selling climbing gear in its beginnings and now have become more of a law Enforcement and military gear store. Their backpacks are very high speed and the tactical pants were used by cadets at the FBI academy. Overall this store felt very welcoming and you won't be intimated as a civilian. Before turning on Fortnite, average joes like me will strap on my 5.11 tactical pants and roll out feeling like a bamf! read more

I have shopped at 5.11 stores all over the country. When I searched Denver I drove an extra 10 minutes to goto the one with the better rating. I was disappointed! The store was dark and I couldn't hardly see the difference between blue and black pants because of it. Also most of the items didn't have price tags on them. Hopefully this isn't a new standard for 5.11 store fronts. I should add I still spent a couple hundred dollars so that's why the 3 stars. read more

What a horrible location...I walked the store and selected a new laptop bag. I was reviewing the bag online and was offered a 10% discount to sign up for text messages, through the 5.11 website. The manager advised that he would not accept the promo code, because it was probably from a fictitious website. After looking at each other for a minute, I asked if I had to purchase the bag online to use the promo code. He replied "Yea you can try". After completing the purchase online, I provided the manager with the transaction ID number, confirming the purchase. He replied "it will take 20 min for the order to come through on my side". i hung out in the store and after 10 min, i got an email from 5.11 saying that my order was cancelled. I know I probably can't prove that the manager cancelled the order, but WOW!! Told the manager the order was cancelled and he replied" Sorry to hear that, have a good day". I have emails to confirm. I'm heading to Cabelas now!! read more

Hard to believe the "negative" reviews even exist. Are they ex's of employees there making Yelp accounts just to be negative or what? This place is legit, they have a few hidden gems as far as patches goes, they have plenty of everything in stock, and while I was looking through the patches I overheard one employee special order some pants and I think a backpack for a not so easy customer like a pro. I will definitely come back here when I'm in town. And just to address the negative comments here, I am not white myself. read more

Had a bad experience here. Guy working there has a bad attitude. Was to busy looking at a computer screen to provide any customer service. Disrespectful young punk. Social media has these kids way to comfortable disrespecting people and not receiving consequences. Once again no patch of the month and no consolation. If you can't provide customers with patches for the first couple weeks of the month your not doing your job. read more

The shop doesn't look like it is open from the outside. I blame the dark window tint, or I need glasses. I came in right when the store opened and I was the first customer that they have seen that day. Was greeted promptly and was asked what I needed help with. Need help with a return from an online order and he explained how the return would work. Ran amok in the store looking for whatever I could buy at the time. After about an hour or so found 3 polos and 2 shirts. Was able to do the return without any hassle (still had the receipts) and was out of there really quick. I will visit the store again when I get the chance (far away from my house) or buy more of their stuff online and if it doesn't fit, return it to the store. read more

Went in Monday with 2 of my 3 sons, was greeted immediately, offered help with anything, and was able to have some online orders and gifts returned in store rather than having to ship them back. Ordered a pair of 5.11 Stryke Pants online since my size wasn't in stock, got some internal knee pads for them and a polo on sale. I am really appreciating the quality of the materials and the feel of the clothing and fit. This is my new favorite store to go into, I will be back every 2 weeks :), thanks for the great service ! read more

I stopped in to the store to return two pairs of shoes I had purchased online. Not only does their in-store system not "talk" to their online system, so the employee had to manually enter the transaction and fudge the numbers to account for different tax rates in CO and CA where their distribution center is located, but he actually **charged** me for two pairs of shoes instead of refunding the transaction. I called back the next day to correct the problem, and the employee hung up on me. Zero stars if I could. read more

I bought a 5.11 backpack and I was really excited to checkout what else they had for my gun, a holster to be exact. When we were met by whoever was working today at 3p.m told me I had to wait out front because I wasn't wearing a mask. The others I was with were, but I can't because I have heath issues that I can't wear one, so I have a note from my doctor. He did not care. I could see it if we could not social distance, but there was no one in the store. I will not go back to this store ever. Shame on him. The mandate even says if we can't wear one because of heath issues it's fine read more
