Yeeehawwww.....I made it back to Colorado and had to stop at my favorite uniform business here in Aurora. Yes, you are percent right. Scrubs & beyond. I just lVE when the employee's greet me as I walk in. I feel as if they are waiting just for me. I browse for a few minutes, have my hands full with items to try on and I'm approached by Dana who was eager to help me with my shopping experience. So many styles, sizes and colors to choose from. She showed me all the sales, the mark down racks and most important she set me up in a fitting room to try on all my items. Dana even ask if I was doing okay or if I needed any other sizes. I was indeed of an additional size that the store did not carry. I paid for the item and Dana said the correct size and color woukd be shipped to me. Also she mentioned that I would receive an email after the item was shipped. I received my order to the date that was stated. Then she printed the receipt for the items I purchased in house and showed me how to enter into a drawing for a chance to win a gift card and a survey to complete about your visit. Kudos to the Manger and owner for providing and understanding how customer works. What a great experience again! read more

This place is SSSSOOOO much BETTER than crazy scrubs. These two young lady's Betty and her co worker went above and beyond helping me. They asked me what I was looking for. They walked me to the section. They asked me to try them on. They asked me if the size was ok while I was dressing. They helped me pay with 3 cards since I'm so broke and they were patience and kind. I know I would be ticked if I were in their shoes. They asked me to enroll their purchase programs were genuine in thanking me for coming in They need a raise. They held that place down tight. This place is a medical uniform wonderland!!! If you need it they have it. I never in a million years knew or realized there was so much stuff to be had. So I am sure the question on the minds of those who know I do not working in the medical field is: Why were you there? Well I will tell you why I was here. I came to find the ever elusive Dansko Shoes. Since I wear the aircraft carrier of shoes as far as size goes, it's a bit hard for me to just walk into a store and buy shoes. I had been told that they carried such shoes at a more reasonable price then the department stores, so why not. I walked through the door in in the back corner I could see the wall of shoes. I immediately walked past every brand, color, shape and size of scrub to get to them. The store is laid out pretty well and a bit bigger then I had imagined for medical uniforms. I looked and looked and looked some more. Finally, on the floor in a corner I found a pair that may or may not fit me. So I tried them on. They felt huge, I was told and had read that they would feel big at first. So I did a bit of walking, they were clunky but not the most uncomfortable thing I had ever worn. These were Mary Jane style. I tried on a normal pair and yeah.. no way my foot was going into those babies. Now remember, these shoes have little to no give as they are basically molded. So I decided on the Mary Janes. They were cute after all and the top of my foot is so high the regular size would not fit. Wide, which would give me the top height I needed would be a "special order." This is something I hear constantly. It's not like I have feet like Fred Flintstone or anything geeze! So off to the check out I went with my on sale shoes. Even on sale these are not inexpensive by any means. I got the "breaking in" lecture. Wear for 6 hours a day for 1 week, they will mold to your feet, blah blah blah. I don't even remember getting a speech on how to wear shoes before, but whatever. I started to wear these shoes which make me like 5'11 when I do, and began to really realize they were too damn big. I was even told by the sales person, naw.. they are the right size. Well they are European sized, so I grabbed my trusty Rykas and sure enough I had bought them a size too big. Geeze, so now I have to take them back and will have the same problem. None my size:( Hopefully they can rustle me up a pair from another store so I don't have to wait forever to get some in my actual size. I probably should have waited until I had returned them to see how that went, but I can always write an update. To be continued.......I am giving them a 2 for now, it's not their fault that I have odd feet, but the sales person should have made sure she was selling me the right size. I do secretly like being in the tall shoes even though they are the wrong size! read more

I never thought I'd leave a review for a scrub store, but my experience here was that great. Riley greeted me immediately when I walked in and asked if he could help me find anything. Unfortunately, they don't have Koi lite scrubs yet but per Riley they're working on getting some. When we realized they didn't have the scrubs I used, Riley jumped right in to find me scrubs in a similar dri-fit material. He grabbed several options in my size and led me to my dressing room where they wrote my name, so it was saved for me while I shopped around. Riley even took the liberty of bringing a pair of scrubs he thought I'd like to my dressing room, which ended up being the pair I bought. All in all, I was disappointed when I learned they didn't have Koi scrubs but Riley's help redeemed my experience 100%. read more

Drove here on a Sunday to exchange a large order and I've been sitting in the parking lot for over 30 minutes. The posted hours say 10am and online says 10am. Super frustrating when you live far away and make plans to accomplish something and they aren't open with nothing posted. Lights are on - doors locked. Terrible. I ordered Dec 22nd and called customer service Friday Jan 5th(because no order by Jan 5th). I called customer service because I received and email to rate the product I purchased, but I don't have the products to review. The customer service lady said that it was a normal delay due to holidays!!! Dec 22nd and the order will arrive Jan 9th! The company sent me an email to review the product, which tells me it was time for me to have it by now(normal shipping time including holidays) and the customer service said there is nothing I can help you with, she could not see why or even see that my order was made on dec 22nd , she said it was showing the order was submitted by Jan 2nd! Anyway! If you want to buy from this company, go to the store, the shipping department is not very functional. No wonder why amazon is taking over online shopping! I'm super happy with the customer service I just received at Scrubs and Beyond. Natalia really above and beyond to help me make an exchange where I didn't have the tags on the scrubs. I think most sales reps wouldn't have even tried, but Natalia researched the order, found the number, called her manager and made it happen. I really appreciate the work she did because I couldn't get help from Scrubs and Beyond Corporate (it was an online order). I'm so happy I don't have to take a loss on the Scrubs. I can not say enough great things about the manager Louise and the sales associate Janelle! Every time I go in to Scrubs & Beyond, I am greeted with a smile. They are both always willing to help me with anything from finding the right size in store to special ordering online. I was at the Aurora, Colorado;Abilene Market location. On a personal note when I was shopping and buying scrubs for myself and my current employer wasn't paying for them my experience was anything but less than desirable. However my current employer has a large account with this store and on 3 different occasions they have manged to screw the order up. This has been an on going issue for almost 2 months now, 4 sets of scrubs and it wasn't like it was a crazy order. They lack any customer service and do not take accountability for the screw ups. Kesha was extremely rude and unprofessional. Refuse to contact the corporate office by phone to provide any solutions for the on going problem. I would highly recommend to shop and buy your scrubs through a different venue! This place of business doesn't acknowledged the importance of customer service! read more

I don't rate store or people, but this store and the staff that work there by the name of Alexandra, who claiming to be the store manager, wow , she is rude having a tile don't make you any better that anyone okay. Now let take about why I went to this store I purchased a pair of clogs there on Saturday I wear the shoes outside my house because that's what shoes are made to do right, they hurt my feet so bad and I only had them on for 20 minutes, now if they hurts that bad in 20 minutes can anyone imagine what it would do to me in 12 hours shifts which what I work. I took them shoes back she said I have to wipe them off which I did in my car, than she told the other young lady not to do any refund exchange only now I have no problem with exchanging the shoes for something more comfortable which they didn't have I told her I just need some comfortable shoes to work in and you don't have any here, she offered me store credit now they have nothing in the store that I need at this time what about scrubs I told her I am wearing company uniform so I don't need scrubs, just please give me my money back back so I can get some comfortable shoes because that's all I need to work, I had a long day and I don't need any problems, she refused, so I told her you guys love to call the police on black people I am going to call the cops, because I am not sure how you're going to say you cannot refund me my money back that I paid you, ow when I bought the shoes I paid cash she didn't want to give me cash back so she said I should swipe my card for the money to go back I told her I didn't pay with a card, so how is that going to work, I call there corporate office but I got the sales department, I spoke to someone about them in the sale department they said they would pass the information on to corporate. Now I don't understand what you mean by don't wear the shoes that's what they were bought for, every shoes I buy I wear them in my garage first for about 2 hours to break them in, and if they are uncomfortable I take them back to the store, now I went over to the exchange side that she told me to look at all the in the boxes was worn and dirty too comparing to the one I took into store to return. read more

Talking to different employees there is like a game of telephone, nobody knows the right policies or anything. I called before making the half hour drive telling them I had already ripped the tags off thinking my employer ordered the right sizes and they didn't fit so I asked if it was okay if I didn't have the tags but I had the order slip and the gal on the phone said yes as long as I brought the packing slip with me and the scrubs have not been worn/damaged and as long as I exchange them and not return them it should be fine. So when I got there I was told by a different employee that they don't need the packing slip but they need something else that should have came through an email from whoever ordered our scrubs so then I came in the next week with that sheet that she asked for from my employers email and she told me she won't exchange them because the tags aren't attached. Waste of time and gas for something that could have been avoided which was the whole reason I called in the first place and yet it still bit me in the butt. I would give zero stars if I could. read more

Horrible service. I went to buy shoes and they didn't have my size, so they offered to special order them. They said I should receive a phone call within 3 weeks or so letting me know they arrived so I can pick them up. It's now PAST 3 weeks and they have not called. I had to be the one to call them and check on my order and each time I'm told that someone will call the manufacturer because my shoes should have arrived. They make you pay upfront to special order, in my case I paid $116. Needless to say, now that they have the money the employees there don't care or are too incompetent to follow through and actually make that call. If the customer had to pay when the merchandise arrived, I wonder if they would be so careless in their approach? You bet they wouldn't, they would be calling the manufacturer to make sure the goods are on there way! Goes to show you how they do business. This is the 3rd time I had to call and heard the same BS story again. I'm seriously thinking of getting a refund because apparently providing good customer service is too hard of a job for some people. Some people have had a great experience, and yes this place does have a variety of scrubs to chose from. But as far as ordering stuff, DON'T DO IT. If you can't buy it upfront and leave with your merchandise, I suggest that you buy elsewhere. Other reviewers have also posted that their orders were screwed up, too. And these are simple orders too, like mine; nothing crazy. Make it easy for the employees: just stick to the cash register because you guys (employees) are incompetent at providing customer service; all you have to do is pick up the phone and call the manufacturer and then call the customer to give them an update. Not that hard to do, people. ***UPDATE*** I went into the store and requested a refund because the waiting game on receiving my shoes that I already PAID for was getting ridiculous. I spoke with the supervisor, Louise. She wasn't rude but not pleasant either. She was indifferent and apparently me interrupting her paperwork was a nuisance to her. She was rushing through the whole thing and barely concealed her indifferent attitude. I got my money back, but had to wait in vain for almost a month for nursing shoes. Got them on Amazon and they are already on there way; goes to show you. Take your business elsewhere. read more

Fantastic customer service! I went in today looking for some Danskos for my job. I work at a Tissue bank and im on my feet for 10+ hours a day in a sterile environment and needed something that would make me feel like I wasn't dying by the end of the day. After talking to with a guy sales man who helped me find the best, cutest pair I could find, he explained to me that I needed to wear them around the house for a couple hours a day for the first week... im glad I got that info. So far they are great and I am looking forward to wearing them for work now. I wish I could remember his name, he was great. I also picked up a few other things to which I found out I got a 10% discount on because I work in the medical field... so a huge help! (I just wish the discount went towards danskos.)
