I purchased a perfume and I specifically showed the perfume bottle to the sales person and when I got home as I was putting away the perfume I noticed I was given the wrong perfume. I called and spoke to the store manager and he was very unapologetic and asked me to just return it. After telling him that I lived 2 1/2 hrs away he asked me to find someone who could return it for me. I took his name and luckily I found someone who could take it back. I had my brother in law return it along with the receipt but they were giving him a hard time and were telling him they did not take perfumes back even after I had talked to the manager over the phone. I decided to stop by Tory Burch at this location and I had a wonderful conversation with Madelyn J. I told her about my experience and she was so sweet and could not believe my experience at the Kansas City Outlet (legends Outlets). She gave me a perfume and apologized for my experience. I ended purchasing a bracelet and another perfume. Excellent experience at this location. So much so that I will make all my purchases from this store even though I live 5 hrs away. Thank you Madelyn J!

I wish they'd carry tall sizes in store! But I was in the area and had to return an item, so I paid this store a visit. The customer service representative was very helpful and friendly. I bought a body suit that is too big but have been out of town and missed the 30 day return window by 2 days. I took it in to see what can be done, and the girl in store told me to call customer service, assuring me that they're typically able to make exceptions. The rep I spoke with barely asked what was going on before telling me I'm SOL. When I asked for a supervisor or review, he told me he could send it up but they're going to give me the same answer. HORRIBLE customer service from a brand that's been going downhill with quality that's been decreasing. I would have been happy with an exchange for a size that fits, but now I'll probably just be taking my business elsewhere. Thanks for nothing, Express.

Even though I didn't buy any that day, she let me know additional sizes and styles were available online to order in case I wanted to order some and try them on at home.
