I have shopped at this location before, and usually the customer service here is good and friendly…read more But I don't know what was going on there today. I took my daughter in to look for a dress, but she is currently in between sizes. I asked one of the employees if they could measure her for a dress. The associate stared at me like I asked her to do something crazy. They measure customers all the time for bras, so I didn't think my question was unusual. I just wanted to know her chest, waist, and hip measurements. The employee told me "Well whatever size she wears...is what you buy." But that was my question, what size fits her best? It is difficult sometimes because people have different shapes that fit into the same size. I tried to explain to her that I didn't know what size would fit her the best, she cut me off and told me to have her try on clothes and I'll get my answer. So I picked items out for my daughter to go try on, while waiting for her the same employee kept looking at me. That made me feel extremely uncomfortable. So after my daughter tried on many items I was able to figure out what size fit her best. The dress she tried on was a 14/16. But the dress online didn't come in merged sizes. The dress was available in a 14, 16, etcetera. So I wasn't sure if she was more of a 14 or a 16. I didn't want the dress to be too small or too baggy. So I asked another associate for her opinion. She stared at me dumbfounded, then said "wait, what, I don't understand." So I repeated myself slowly trying to explain better. The associate still did not understand. So again I asked, not really expecting an answer at this point. She then said well it depends on what size fits her. I explained AGAIN that the dress she tried on in the store was a merged size 14/16, but the dress online came in a 14 or 16. She reluctantly answered that she always goes for the smaller size. I just answered "okay, great, thank you!" And left the store. The whole conversation made me feel stupid, and degraded. I don't know if this location was desperate and hired random people, or if their associates are trained in customer service. At this point, I'm not sure if I will ever return to this location. Corporate definitely needs to send help!

The service was excellent. The staff was super helpful, but not overly pushy. They gave me…read morefantastic suggestions. So many things in the store mix and match together. It's easy to buy several pieces and make sooo many different styles from them. I'll definitely be back.

You know you spend too much in a store when the sales associates know you by name…read more Audry is really helpful--and it makes me feel a little special that she get's a fitting room ready for me without me having to ask when I'm in the store. Most of the girls are really wonderful--there is one that is WAY pushy (She's foreign...reminds me a lot of the vendors in the market in Djibouti, Africa, actually) and if she's there, I will often skip stopping in and come back another time. But in general...cute clothes (think 20-something), good value. Get the credit card (but don't carry a balance on it, steep interest!) for the coupons...they're worth it. ;) Love when stuff like this happens (true story!): Went in and spent $11. The haul? Two pairs of jeans, a cute dress, bolero, and a cute pair of heels. How? Take $10 card (you get $10 off for filling up a punch card, you get one punch for every $10 you spend), a coupon (20% off) and an awesome clearance sale (take an additional 40% off marked prices). Only problem I've had so far? Occasionally they forget the anti-theft devices. But if you bring it back in, they take it off and give you a generous coupon to use on your next purchase. ...okay, one other problem. I tend to have to double check and make sure I don't already own various articles of clothing...my husband makes me shop "The Peter Store" (as in, the spare bedroom closet!) before I can go shopping... :) Worth the stop in the dying Twin Peaks Mall.
