I ordered mostly on online, but then I returned them at the store. The store is beautiful. It's got a huge supply not a lot and extra large almost everything smaller and I love their products. The help is great when I return things there's never a problem and I think I'm addicted to their stuff. Check out their sales online. They're fabulous. read more

I ordered a $150 pair of Birkenstocks through Free People, expecting a brand-new, clean pair. What I received was filthy, clearly used, and completely unacceptable. The shoes had visible dirt, deep toe imprints, worn soles, and they were shipped in a plastic bag with no box, no wrapping, and no packaging of any kind. This was not a mistake. It was a complete failure in quality control. These were clearly returned by someone else, worn, and just reshipped without anyone checking. I ordered them for myself and now I am stuck with disgusting shoes I cannot even wear. Customer service did not resolve it. Even after sending photos showing the damage, they made me wait 72 hours for a review just to get help. No urgency. No accountability. No care. No refund. I have never had an experience this bad ordering online. I will never shop at Free People again. Buyer beware. This company does not stand behind the quality of what they send, and their customer service is robotic at best. Save yourself the stress. read more

What a great experience! I was greeted immediately, and as I had a few things in my arms, an associate asked if I'd like a dressing room started. When I inquired on a certain pair of pants I saw online, they looked up the item, and although they didn't have the exact one I wanted, they walked with me through the store looking for similar alternatives. Purchased 3 pairs of jeans online, but needed to size up. Went into the store, tried on the new size, so I decided to exchange two of the pairs for a new size and return one pair. Lady at the counter said she could refund the pair to my original payment, but for the exchange she needed to process it as a gift card return, then re-purchase the new sizes with the gift card. I didn't understand her explanation, the new process sounded unnecessarily complicated, but I was in a hurry and agreed. After researching this online, I see it was a misleading and unethical practice to prevent me from getting money returned to my original payment should I decide to return or exchange further. Will be returning this items, asking to speak to management, and demanding my money is returned to my original payment solely due to this. It's against my ethics to financially support businesses that mislead their customers. read more

I went into this location excited, being an out of Towner. I love free people, I shop here regularly. My whole closet is from here. I do my best to support the store + I will spend my money here. My friend and I were not greeted, not asked if they could start a fitting room, when I asked if something would fit me, the sales girl looked me up and down and shook her head. Incredibly rude. She was annoyed that I interrupted her and the other associates talking at the front. I immediately put my items back, and walked out. read more

Absolutely love this Free People location. Definitely the biggest FP store/selection I've come across. Plus a huge sale area that has tons of awesome finds, which came in handy today because they were doing another one of their "additional 25% off sale items!" Plus they have a whole room dedicated to FP Movement, which is their athletic line. I'd never seen that in store before. The staff was super helpful and friendly. When I came across a romper that didn't have a tag the staff was able to look it up and find out that it was supposed to be apart of a two-piece set, but since it was missing it's other half I was offered an additional discount. (Sad to say when something similar happened at a previous FP location, I was told they weren't allowed to sell it to me at all.) I will definitely be back! This store is so big and pretty and there's so much more to explore! read more

Kudos to Rachel, making my transaction/return super smooth, and I could just feeeeel the joy in her voice. She just oozes lighthearted personality. I'm so happy she answered the phone. FP can be hit or miss for me; mostly because the chain doesn't pay for high-speed internet, so I've actually had to leave the store, walk around, and come back later when they have a signal. It's a poor business model, but I don't think the company cares. Stellar employees like Rachel are what make shopping at the Cherry Creek location fun and what a shopping experience should be. read more

My favorite store to shop in, especially in Colorado. The staff goes above and beyond to help you find the best things for you. I always find what I'm looking for and more. They shoe selection is fantastic and new movement section is huge. ...And to the lady below me ...a "floor model" how you called it, is still a shoe in STOCK, maybe you should stick to online shopping after all :) read more

I'm so disappointed. I called to check on a pair of clogs in my size, hoping to put them on hold and come in to purchase today. After being put on hold for several minutes, a sales person came back to tell me my size was in stock. Upon driving through rush hour and finally finding a parking spot in the nightmare that is Cherry Creek (parking structure), I arrived at the store. The girl on the phone failed to mention that the clogs in my size were the floor models. I tried them on anyway, but noticed they were damaged on the right shoe. I drove all the way down here, dragged my poor kid to the mall, and ended up leaving empty handed. There's a reason why I almost exclusively shop online. It's too bad too, because this store is beautiful, with awesome boho selections. The gorgeous quality of the items for sale certainly should not be represented by such poor customer service. read more

I have called 6 different stores looking for one perfect dress...Sarah at Denver Free People found the dress and was so nice. Free People always has amazing customer service, but I felt like Sarah went above and beyond for me and had such a positive attitude. I am soo soo happy.
