However, against my better judgement I did end up going back. This time I came into the store I had my husband and daughter waiting for me in the car. My daughter is little and the weather was very cold. As I was about to check out my husband came into the store and asked for a bathroom for our daughter. I let them know that they weren't some random people but with me. This didn't matter. The apparent manager explained that her employees are not paid enough to offer public bathrooms. I couldn't believe that even though I was spending over $100 they wouldn't make an exception for a child. Because of this I will never be back. I rather pay shipping or retire my card than come back to this location.

Two of us had shoe boxes fall down as we tried to get our sizes from up top. Well I didn't find anything which fit comfortably or had my size. Ended up with a pair of shoes for him. Came with a gift with purchase. Associate who rang me up was a manager and he was friendly. Prices are average. They do have a buy one get one at 50% off. So it's worth it to find two pairs.

I used a day off to make the drive to this location since I live in denver. I have to say DEREK was very helpful. I'm very unfamiliar with shoe styles and what would work best for my job. Bright and neat inside. He found a leather jacket he liked and tried it on. It looked good on him but then again most things do. He's lucky like that. But the price was out of our budget. $500. I'm sure it's a good jacket and would last a long time but as a teen, fashion is more important to him and he passed on the jacket. After shopping in the store for what felt like 10 minutes, I was curious if anyone worked there because, besides my 3 friends, we couldn't find one other person in this small store. A long time later 2 employees walked out of the back. I had already picked out the flannel I was going to purchase and a pair of sweats I loved. I was looking for my size in another pair of sweats before checking out. As my friend was waiting she briefly sat half on a display bench. After one of the employees saw her, she shouted at her from across the room telling her not to sit there. She then walked over to us saying extremely rude things and that my friend messed up the clothes, which wasn't the case. Upon being discussed with how rude she was, I decided I will never shop here again and put my clothes on the rack and left. As we were walking out, she yelled "bye" at us and then in a very sarcastic tone yelled "we are doing the best we can" By far the worst shopping experience I've had. I am disappointed because I really liked the clothing I was going to buy, but I couldn't believe what had transpired in front of me.
