There's something seriously wrong with the people who work on bringing the groceries out to your car. I used to pay to have my groceries bagged, but they never bagged them. They would just throw them in the back of my car. So, then I started saying, OK... I'll bring bags for you to put my groceries in. But, they never put the groceries in my bags. I have my bags in the trunk of my car, all open up, set up and ready for them to put groceries in. But, they don't use them. They still just throw all of my groceries all over the trunk of my car. My bread gets squished...cold items don't stay cold on my drive home. What is wrong with these people? Do they hate their jobs that much? This is a terrible Target. I'm only upset, because this hasn't happened once or twice. It happens every single time. read more

Called ahead of time to ask if they had something in stock was told yes there were 26 items on the floor, I confirmed before I made the trip out there, absolutely none on the floor nor the back, Elijah was incredibly nice to explain where they were located as well as give me a $20 giftcard for my efforts, he even said that his team is supposed to actually get up and go check for the item rather than reading why the app says. read more

Horrible service in the dressing room. Two women one elderly and one blonde. Told me I could only have 5 items which I had. She continued to take everything to verify even though she saw me count. Fine. Then as I'm walking in they tell me I can't take my coffee into the dressing room because it will spill. I am a grown adult and I've taken many coffees into the dressing room and never heard this before. They both were rude and just had a problem w me for absolutely no reason. read more

Have to change my review a little bit. Although I've tried the drive up option at both locations. I prefer the other location better. First this location is convenient and has a huge selection of makeup. I also like that at certain times of day there aren't too many people. The whole 6 ft. Away thing isn't a problem. They conveniently of the store and where things are is nice and easy to find. The Starbucks at this location has great customer service. The first time the barista was friendly and this time a different lady was nice as well. There are hardly anyone around to find anything. So asking someone where an item is in the store,is out of the question. The customer service is less than to be desired. I used to like doing self checkout. However almost everyone the machine doesn't work. And getting some on to help takes a awhile. Like my last experience the lady that helped had an attitude. Or maybe she hates her job. A meh store with less stock than many - somewhat surprising given the appearance as one enters the establishment. Staff are nice enough when asking about location of items or availability - or lack thereof. There is a Starbucks inside, but it's not well staffed and they'll close when they take a break for various reasons like lunch. For those with e-vehicles there is an Electrify America station with several charging units in the parking lot which seem to be working. read more

Sometimes I try to order for curbside and this target often doesn't have team members to support that, so I can't even make the order. This target is the worst! I do love me some Target and this is my favorite one but over the last few visits I get bombarded by people claiming to work for AT&T and they just won't leave me alone. I know that it is a scam (they say they can lower your phone bill but AT&T don't have to honor it beacuse they can't make prices) so now when I see them I leave immediately. read more

They get the one star for the cleanliness of the store. NO stars for stock being kept up to par or customer service. Saw some placemats I liked but only 2 on display. Happens all the time here. You have to wait forever for an associate to check stock so I quit bothering. Also, they had an opportunity today to really "Wow!" Their customers and didn't jump On it! Horrible weather with tons of rain and wind! Lots of employees just standing around. Parking lot with standing water in areas. How much would it take to hand out plastic bags for customers to cover their heads? Put a couple of those employees standing around looking at their phones to work helping customers load up their cars in the relative shelter of the front entryway. I called and gave my feedback to the manager on duty and her reply was "I'll pass that on." Really? How about "Thank you that's a great idea! I'll be sure to share that with my team!" Etc. Everyone here is super nice and helpful. In my opinion, however, the workers that bring the drive up orders are the real stars of the store. There is one especially sweet girl that usually brings the stuff out and she is so kind and such a delight to deal with. I wish I knew her name, but she is so great. Extremely rude service. I placed an order for store pickup on the mobile app and then they cancelled my order saying it was out of stock. Drove to the store to find the items I ordered sitting on the shelf. When I grabbed them the toy department manager rudely said they were 2 per customer. I showed him my cancelled order for 2 saying items were in stock and that they blatantly lied to me and he was still a jerk to me so I grabbed all of them. When he asked me to give them back I just kept walking. So much for Target team members being there to be helpful to their "guests." UPDATE 2021: Just want to reiterate how much this Target just SUCKS. The app showed item in stock. Was not on the shelf. Asked a "Team Member" to check stock and gave him the dpci. Told me they would not be put on shelf until their reset on the 10th and would not pull stock from back. Did store pickup on the app at Lone Tree instead and drove 25 minutes there to pick it up. They were already pulling my order when we arrived. The employees there were much more helpful! Skip Castle Rock they never restock and won't go out of their way for their "guests." read more

Aprille should be fired from her job. I came up to the desk to discover that she was only there to harass me rather than serve me. I received an alert on my phone to come and get my item. When I got there she asked me for my order number. At this point she began stating that I did not receive an alert and she did not want to help me. I mean to the "T". My heart sunk into my chest because she directed an attitude at me for no reason. I have the entire interaction on camera after asking for a manager and her claiming (with an attitude) that she was the manager. She was wearing an orange vest so it was not apparent to me that their managers wore orange vests. To then make matters worse when I asked her how the process worked, because I received an alert, she told me that she was going to HOLD me as if I was some kind of criminal,...proceeded to go get a girl name Amanda to then come up and tell me that I needed to leave and that she is refusing service without asking how she could help me. I felt defenseless. The entire time I held a very calm demeanor. Aprille came back with another attitude and told me that she was calling the police because I was recording them. I was so confused and hurt by this incident. I started recording when I felt attacked and because I was in their store. Their word against mine. I don't even have words for any of this. The only thing I am left with is that Target customer service is no longer customer service. I was bullied and harassed and humiliated. read more

This store location is TERRIBLE! Their drive up orders have issues literally EVERY.SINGLE.TIME. I almost always end up waiting at least 10 minutes or longer in the drive-up line for someone to come out. Half the time, my order is half missing or incorrect. Today they gave me someone else's order and only gave me half of my correct one. They're always out of items....constantly. read more

This store is a more expensive version of Walmart without the quality of products and service to justify it. On this trip I stood next to two employees chatting hoping to ask a question and they carried on as if I wasn't there. Target employees very poorly trained. Target along with most bigger stores strategically position stuff kids would like and grab to put in cart, sometimes without the parents knowing. I was there with 2 young grandchildren (2,4 years old) had a cart full of stuff when I got up to cashier. As I noticed some items I didn't put in the cart I was removing them without the kids seeing. The cashier (cynthia) said loudly "hand me those right now". I said I'm trying to do this without kids noticing. She said "that's your kids problem ". I wasn't happy with her creating an issue that the kids would be upset. So I asked for her manager. As the manager came up and said "what's the problem". I said what happened and now my grandkids are crying. The manager had the same response "that's your kids problem". Most people recognize the stores specifically and strategically place items where kids will see them and sometimes grab them when parents don't even notice. The lack of professionalism is becoming common place. The lack of management leadership is also all to common. It's no wonder that you see such low Yelp and google reviews. These people just don't care. It's a shame. I generally spend a few hundred dollars. Today $280. I guess I'll start looking for a better alternative. read more

What is going on with Target lately? I arrived at this target and usually i have always experienced either (It's okay vibes, Or not really vibes). Every time i come to this target, the Starbucks area is out of stock on all the cups i'm going to order, or the lids. The person who usually makes the drinks is usually M.I.A or on break. There are usually adult workers bickering about something at the front costumer service area and it's usually a mess. Then, i went in to the coat section that is literally in front of the store and almost all of the jackets and tops were covered in what looked like fur and hair. It was everywhere and honestly, I had to move away from that area of the store due to the fur and hair getting all over my skin, my clothes and in my hair as i walked passed and all over my spouse. It was a simple fix the employee's could have fixed with a lent roller. I even mentioned it to a employee that worked there, the teenager that was placing the clothes on the racks. They didn't even say anything after i mentioned how bad it was. I didn't care, but if i'm paying for something that is new, i want it to be new. Then, the employee's just stand around and stare. It's rude and rather annoying. There was a teenage couple walking around target holding hands that were wearing target shirts and kissing while on shift how do i know they were on shift, they were asked to stock the medical shelves. I asked for help to look for the Xbox controllers because they weren't on a shelf and i didn't see them any where else. There were two employee's working at the time and my spouse asked for help to find them, the employee said while walking away, "they're over there." (WTF) Really, if i knew that was going to be the response, i would've just ordered one so i didn't have to deal with that. The cashiers are decent depending on who you get and what their day was like. This target used to be pretty good to shop at, but i think the management and or the store it's self is kinda going down hill in my own opinion. read more

This is my "go to" Target, it is very clean (even the restrooms, impressive). There is always enough staff if you need help. The pharmacy is the best, very knowledgeable and caring. My mother lived out of town for a while and ran out of medication. The pharmacist went above and beyond to refill her medication, contacting her pharmacist on the east coast and arranging everything so that she go her refills in a timely manner. read more

The target in castle rock, co is a stain on all targets. The shelves are empty all across the store, can't find team members, and even with the new update inside it's worse condition than before. I can understand covid having impact on supply and what not, however no other targets in driveable distance have the same issues with stocking- which tells me it's management. I have a relative from another state who was a team lead and they can't believe at the poor state this target is. For an area that's very visited by people passing through and being in an a more affluent city it's outright pathetic to have such a sad store. read more

The baby/toddler section needs a remodel. The boys clothes section is horrible. I have been to others Targets and the boys clothes was awesome and that was a small town in TX. This Target needs a remodel to keep up with the growing city. Other parts of this store are pretty normal. I just get annoyed every time I walk in get my boys new stuff and can't find anything. read more

Customer service was terrible today! The woman that helped me was not helpful and actually this is the second time she was quite RUDE!! I normally have no issues with friendliness but this time only one lane was open and they always have issues getting their CC machines to operate properly. Lastly the pharmacy let me know by text that my prescription was ready. I called to verify it and when I came to pick it up it wasn't ready!! WTH?! Get some better management. I have had some great experiences with other employees but today was discouraging. I will not shop here in the near future. read more

There are some amazing employees at Target, and I usually feel very confident that I can get friendly help when I need it, but there are some not so amazing employees too. I went to buy some personal supplies, and decided to use the self checkout section. When I rung up some items that were protected with a sensor (so it notifies the person overseeing the self checkout section on their computer), the woman running it started laughing at the things I was purchasing, and proceeded to call over another employee and laugh at me. Honestly, I just wanted to buy my things and leave, and I didn't understand what was so funny because I was: 1. Buying normal things the store supplied that people buy all the time and 2. Wasn't a bother, and was very polite Instead, I had two employees very obviously making fun of me for buying their store's inventory. Target, please find some employees who actually do their job, and let customers do what they came to do: BUY THINGS. Maybe then I'll feel welcomed in your store. read more

But to no surprise, they only had one pair left, not my size! Their shoe section and clothing section is a joke for men!! Very disappointed with my experience tonight at self checkout with a lady by the name of Karen. When scanning products I realized that one of the items didn't ring up with the sales price that was posted on the shelf, when I inquired with her she scoffed at me and told me that since the computer was ringing up one price there was nothing she could or would do about it. My boyfriend ran back to the shelf to take a photo of the items either the sale sign and when he brought it back to show her she scoffed again at us and said that it was wrong. I asked her why this would be since the products matched up and you could clearly see the item in my bag was right above the sale tag. She never would give me an answer. When I told her that I felt like the sale should be honored due to them mislabeling items she started giving me terrible attitude about it, it was targets fault that it was mislabeled and I do feel like it should be honored but I didn't need attitude from Karen as well regarding it. The pharmacy used to be fantastic. Super helpful, friendly, and they worked hard to make the customer happy. That's changed over the past month. The "new" manager does not care about customers, and cares more about their computer system than good service. The counter people are still great, which is why I gave two stars instead of one. They are chronically out of common meds, and felt like I should've "thanked" them for ordering in Ritalin. It's a shame. Used to love the place. Now shifting to Walgreens. read more

I usually like this Target. Everyone is friendly, they're react really fast when they see lines getting long. This particular visit I encounter an unfriendly cashier named Greg. I went to his line because he had nobody and quickly found out why. He barely said hi, but it was very forced. Then when I asked him how his day was he said terrible. He then tells me he is about to walk out and never come back. I said oh I'm sorry you feel that way and he blew it off. He was visibly angry throughout the entire transaction. Target, why would you have somebody like this dealing with guests. As I was leaving I told him I hope his day gets better and once again he blew me off. Maybe it was my fault for trying to be friendly to a person who seemed like he needed someone to see a friendly face. He just made me feel like part of the problem even when I was trying to be nice. read more
