First time at this World Market. I was on the lookout for small food items for an Easter basket I was assembling for my aged mother. The selection of items was impressive and well marked. Finding an associate for help was challenging. The prices for items found at regular grocery stores were a bit higher, but it was nice regarding convenience. I love going to World Market to see all the fun products from all over. I went specifically this time for Halloween shaped pasta and they actually had that and an autumn themed pasta that are super cute and will match a great theme for a couple upcoming potluck events I have! I actually took an 8 year old with me because he said he'd never been and he was so excited at the store to explore ALL the things! He told me that World Market is the best place EVER! *Update* Cost Plus no longer carries Knorr (sad panda face) but i can get the Maggi substitute. $2/packet but totally worth it. This location is always packed full of Clearance items. The food selection here is smaller than the Lone Tree location. They have Italian, Asian and English imports at a minimum so try HMart or Mercado first. read more

I LOVE Cost Plus. There is always something new and fun to find there. My favorite is the food market section in the back. There are lots of fun things to try from all over the world. The best time to go is around the holidays. Salted caramel bark, gingersnaps, and mini-panettone cakes are all musts for me each year. read more

From their bath items, to stationary to their food section. CP is a place I can get lost in for seemingly forever. Sure they aren't the cheapest around, but you can find anywhere else. HORRIBLE SERVICE. I came two days ago with my daughter and bought a few things including a candle. The candle smells amazing but upon lighting it up in my room, it does not smell the way it does before it was burned. I went back to the store to return the item however they refused to refund my purchase. They were rude and did not even bother to give me a store credit. The return policy says to return item in its original package however I can not summoned the vapor wax back into the jar. The return policy also states that if one is not satisfied with the purchase there is a 60 day return policy. I called customer service and also spoke to another local manager (at Cherry Creek) and they were so delightful and said I can receiver a store credit. They even apologized for how the other store manager handled the situation. I still love world market, this location in particular has horrible service......horrible. read more

I used to like World Market, and I have for a very long time. However, it has gotten kind of crummy. The customer service has seriously gone down hill. To be fair, everyone's customer service seems to be lacking these days. Not sure how difficult it is to say "Hi" to a customer entering your establishment. I used to buy certain things here. My brother and I used to come here together a long time ago. Over the years I've watched those things disappear, and it's sad. I liked those things. That's why I continued to go to World Market. Not sure why World Market feels the need to rotate product. It makes me not want to shop here. In fact, I've been shopping here less and at other places more, because I've found those products elsewhere. As I was walking around searching for the things I still can find, I realized I'm having a personal emergency. I got to where I know the restrooms are and the women's is out of order. Given how the area looks, I have zero desire to use the men's restroom. So, I quickly walk to the front to to checkout. The woman doesn't bother to greet me, she's still in the process of having a conversation with a co-worker. That's okay, that's life these days. I've come to expect it. As she comes to the end and tells me how much I owe, I tell her I have a $5 coupon. She tells me she can't do anything about it, she needs to scan a barcode that I received in an email. I look at that email, no barcode. I click on the "Get Reward" button and it brings me to a list of rewards, none of which I can click on. The woman keeps telling me to scan the QR code. I do. It wants to open an external site. That external site is a text message to sign up for rewards. Meanwhile, I've got a line of people waiting for me, and a cashier who can't tell me how to access my $5 reward. Inside, I'm fuming angry and ready to give up, but now I want to find it no matter how long it takes just to spite the cashier. Eventually I find it, but let me ask you, why am I putting in my information if the system can't automatically retrieve the reward?!? King Soopers does it. Safeway does it. Starbucks does it. Why is it so complicated? When I get online it isn't even this difficult. Upon finally getting leave, the woman wasn't much more pleasant. No, I think I'm done with World Market. It's so sad, too. Awful quality on furniture and just terrible customer service during the COVID-19 outbreak. I spent over 3 hours waiting to speak to customer service so I could replace damaged parts. Unable to print 2 return labels as in same invoice. Two wasted journeys to Fed Ex and way too much time needed to resolve quality issues at their end. They just didn't care. In the end I paid a bit mor but got much better quality from Costco! read more

I love all Cost Plus Markets! I just don't always love their locations. This one was in South Glen and on the outside, so it had it's own parking lot and entrance off to the side of the mess! The normal stuff was to be had. Fun snacks, chocolate from overseas, christmas was already out! All in all typical and as expected! read more

This cost plus is clean and well organized. It's a good place to kill a little time while browsing. They have everything from table settings to the actual tables themselves, foreign food and pots and pans, shower curtains and soaps, pictures and placemats. The staff is nice. Great selection of furniture, food, accessories etc. Very friendly staff - yesterday was going there for $1.99 olive oil special and it was sold out - they offered a larger/bigger bottle (reg 7.99) for $1.99 as substitute while it was sold out so quickly. I love this place because it has a selection of foods that I can't find anywhere else, like clotted cream, vegemite (I honestly haven't seen it in any other US store), jamon, and Kinder chocolate. Foods are usually sold in small sizes and are not expensive, unless you get carried away. They also have a great selection of relatively inexpensive kitchenware. The customer service staff are helpful and friendly. read more
