Of course their website (which they manage) consists of only Five Star reviews. The negative review I tried to post was denied so I am cross posting my review so buyers can beware. We purchased from the Yardbird Lone Tree location in Colorado. The Sales Associate told us that the set would be durable (it isn't), that they never have sales (they do), and that they stand behind your product (they don't). After less than 20 uses total, the powder coat is peeling everywhere, the umbrella ripped, and the table boards are warped. Yard Bird's response: Did something happen to your chairs to cause those chips in the paint? Afer several back and forth emails, I was sent a free touch up pen. Seriously? I have provided a copy of the three year warranty and now I can't get any response. Prior to this purchase I had a set for over 25 years and not a single chip. Worst purchase I have made in over a decade.

Over the years, I've also bought decor for my children's rooms, kitchen gadgets, frying pans, chairs, lamps, etc. They also have doggie coats, dog and cat beds, treats, and toys. You can sometimes find Greenies for MUCH less than at Petsmart or Petco. I think that the prices, especially for patio/outdoor cushions, are great. Two for $24.99. At Home was selling the same cushions for $24.99 each, and Amazon is selling sets of two cushions for $55-65. I also bought two crystal lamps for (I think) $65 or $85 each, and they were $150 each somewhere else. They seem short-staffed now. Only one cashier and a long line. I haven't had that much interaction with customer service, because I know what I want and where it is. Their hold policy is disappointing. I wanted to think about two large teal chairs once, and they would only hold them for a couple of hours. They were gone when I went back, so they weren't meant to be.

My wife and I purchased a table and chairs from Bassett Furniture in Centennial in December 2025…read more The buying process itself was smooth, and we were initially impressed with the showroom quality. We explained clearly that we were looking for a modern table with a clean, blemish-free surface. We ended up spending significantly more than we had planned because of Bassett's reputation and the apparent quality of the floor models. Unfortunately, when our table was delivered in February, we immediately noticed significant issues. The tabletop had numerous indentations across the surface, and the chair staining was streaky and inconsistent from chair to chair. The table looked noticeably different from what we expected based on the showroom experience. Bassett sent a technician to inspect the table. He told us the indentations were "worm holes" common in the type of maple used, and that "your table just ended up with a bunch of holes." He said there was nothing he could do and directed us back to the sales associate. When we contacted the salesperson, we were told, "I ALWAYS tell people about the worm holes, so you may have just been overwhelmed and missed it." We were never informed that the table would have visible surface holes -- especially given that we explicitly requested a smooth, blemish-free finish. Had this been disclosed, we would not have purchased this piece. After about a month of very light use and gentle cleaning with a soft cloth, the tabletop has developed numerous shallow scratches, further diminishing its appearance. For a purchase costing thousands of dollars, we expected durability and craftsmanship consistent with the brand's reputation. Instead, we are left with a table that looks worn and inexpensive, along with chairs that have uneven staining. Even more disappointing was the lack of accountability or meaningful resolution when we raised our concerns. Based on our experience, I would strongly caution anyone expecting high-quality, premium furniture and strong customer support to think carefully before purchasing.

I have to measure and decide whether to carpet the stairs or use wood. Their installation prices seem fairly high, at $2.09 a square foot, plus it's $35 for them to come over and see the space. That does get applied to the installation charges. However, I'm comparing them to some guy named Steve whom I have in my phone. I'll get estimates after I measure. I'm very happy with my previous purchases, and do not expect to be disappointed with any future purchases. While I will look at Home Depot, etc, I think that their prices will probably be higher.

So I looked online, and Floor & Decor had exactly what I wanted, on clearance! Woohoo! This is a GIGANTIC store. It seems to have literally EVERYTHING flooring that your heart could desire. I was enchanted by some of the tile. But I don't NEED any tile, so sadly passed it up. They have tile that looks like wood! And marble! I needed waterproof vinyl plank flooring to go over concrete, as apparently peel-and-stick requires a plywood base and is therefore more effort. The waterproof stuff is just click-and-lock, and can be cut with an X-acto knife. You can use 6-mil poly as a vapor barrier. This is for a small outbuilding, so 7 boxes should be sufficient. A very nice young man loaded the boxes onto a cart, and then put them into my car for me! Their prices seem very fair, although I just zeroed in on what I needed and didn't have time to fully explore the store. The tile selection seems vast. Best part: they're well-stocked, at least with what I bought. I'm fully confident that if I need another box, they'll have it in stock.

She said that as she sat in a chair to test, a worker came over and asked her to not sit on any furniture in the store. No signs were posted, and many other people were sitting and testing the furniture throughout the store. They were not told the same thing. The saleswoman then pointed to the robe she had in her hands and said if she wasn't planning on purchasing things, then she would kindly ask that she not touch things in the store. ​ I am trying really hard to give this person the benefit of a doubt that it wasn't the fact that my son and daughter are Hispanic, but I can't think of any other reason why she would have talked and treated her as such. Together we have been in this store multiple times, and have never been treated this way. Maybe a little employing training on consistency of protocol or equity would benefit the store. It's disappointing more than anything and rather frustrating that a store we have frequently shopped at is now unwelcoming and not a place we are comfortable shopping at anymore.

After spending almost $40K in furniture, we. found out the "worry-free protection" was accidentally left off the invoice so now we are SOL. It doesn't feel good to spend that kind of money and then be told to go pound sand. It seems like it would have been easy to make this right, but obviously that is not the Arhaus philosophy. Don't waste your time with this place.
