I recently purchased three items in this store a few minutes before they were closing (a brand-new ottoman, metal vertical locker, and metal basket). The employee, seemed to be in a hurry, but still kindly offered to load the items in my car. I told him I was concerned about all of the items fitting in my car in one load and he insisted it would be fine. While I was moving items in my backseat to my trunk to make room, he loaded my car. I have attached photos showing how he loaded the items. The fabric underneath the Ottoman was torn and the legs were scratched up. In addition, the tint on my windows was damaged. I called the store the next day and explained the situation to Jan and Jan said that they guarantee the loading of items and that she would either refund me the money or order another brand-new ottoman, but I had to email the photos to the manager, Kim. Kimberly responded and was very rude and unprofessional. She stated that since I cannot prove that the damage was done by the employee loading my car, they weren't going to do anything. All of my photos were time stamped and taken in their parking lot. I could not go back inside the store to talk to them, because they were already closed. I am in honest and fair person and I am so disappointed in the service I received. If you buy anything here, do not let them load your car. Also, they have a final sale policy on everything, but they don't tell you that. It is printed on your receipt AFTER you've already purchased the items. Their rebuttal to my credit card company was simply that I signed the credit card receipt. Legally, that's all they had to do.

They keep 50% no matter what the price. I tried to negotiate a moderately priced item and because I wouldn't sign their form immediately the woman at the desk called back her "appraiser" and wouldn't even look at the art item. Apparently this type of item is too high price for this store and they would keep 50% no matter what so I was happy to leave. I'll never go back to that place. The stores quality is about as good as a front door stickers look....CHEAP.

He's very talkative which made me anxious but that's just because I'm a bit nervous and have social anxiety. But he's very polite and informative on what he has and what we were looking for. We had got a dresser that was really pretty for 150$ and it was more than I wanted to spend because I had been trying to find a good thrift store dresser but the quality, the style, and just overall was great for the price. All real wood aswell being that cheap right now is amazing! There was also a vanity we had gotten the same day, it looks like a normal wooden table/desk but the middle panel of the table opens up into a mirror with makeup storage and ect. All real wood and made in the 1800s! For 150$ same price as the dresser. Both are very pretty and amazing. I'm really happy with my purchases here! We had been in here a couple of years ago but I spaced it out. When we entered I remembered one thing about the previous visit, this place is high end. They have some really, really nice furniture. And when you get top of the line furniture, it is going to cost you. After looking around for a few moments we were approached and asked if we would like any help. We mentioned that we were just looking. She told us to let her know if she could help just let her know. So we browsed for a bit and ended up having some questions so we asked her for some help, which she did. Super knowledgeable. We found a set of tall chairs that have a table in the center that can be removed if you prefer. What else is cool about it is all the different colors you can get, and it is made of all recycled plastic bottles (except the screws of course). We decided on a set of colors and decided to order it. Of course when you select anything other than the one that is displayed on the floor it is a special order, ours should be 4-6 weeks. As we were working on the order we discovered the lady helping us was in fact the owner. No wonder she was so knowledgeable. We had a great conversation with her, she was very cordial. If you can afford top of the line and want lots of options (and I think they offer a design consultant), I would recommend checking them out.
