They offered another sweet option of a bench with a cushion. Being that our home is a modern farmhouse style, we decided to jump on the bench. Tracy was awesome and helped us come up with a draft plan for an additional sitting area that we were not ready to move on today. She together a pre-order se we could see the pricing and it will make it easier to order it when the right times comes. I also appreciate that she did not push us towards buying things we did not need right away (pillows, chair covers, etc...), yet she did tell us more about them for when we are ready, and it can be added to our future order. The product lines are really nice, and several of them are super comfortable. The fabric is Sunbrella which is a high quality and durable. The metals and wicker are well made and heavy duty. The only thing I wish was different is that they had a store in Fort Collins so I could have white glove delivery service.

A little over a year ago we were shopping for patio furniture and chose Yardbird based on the…read morereviews on their website. Wish we would have read the reviews not on their website. Of course their website (which they manage) consists of only Five Star reviews. The negative review I tried to post was denied so I am cross posting my review so buyers can beware. We purchased from the Yardbird Lone Tree location in Colorado. The Sales Associate told us that the set would be durable (it isn't), that they never have sales (they do), and that they stand behind your product (they don't). After less than 20 uses total, the powder coat is peeling everywhere, the umbrella ripped, and the table boards are warped. Yard Bird's response: Did something happen to your chairs to cause those chips in the paint? Afer several back and forth emails, I was sent a free touch up pen. Seriously? I have provided a copy of the three year warranty and now I can't get any response. Prior to this purchase I had a set for over 25 years and not a single chip. Worst purchase I have made in over a decade.

First time visiting any At Home location. I was unsure of what to expect going in, but actually was…read morevery surprised by At Home and in a good way. At Home is basically a mixture of a Michales, World Market, Pier 1, and Bed,Bath, and Beyond all rolled into one. Seasonal decor is up located at the front of the store while bigger furniture pieces are in the back. For smaller items, you do have to wander around a bit as things are everywhere in this big space. This is probably intentional, but I do prefer a clearly labeled and organized store. Most of the furniture pieces are already assembled, which can be amazing for those of us who are done assembling furniture with Allen wrenches for the rest of our lives. The store employees are very friendly and ready to help locate items as well as carry the heavier items up to the front for checkout. At checkout, make sure to sign up for At Home perks and score yourself a discount coupon on your next visit. Prices are pretty comparable to other stores that offer similar items.

I was in desperate need of pink flamingos. Alas, the pink neon flamingo light shown on their…read morewebsite was not in stock. I did find the "Let's Flamingle" door mat, which will vastly irritate my pun-loathing friends. They didn't have the "Go Away" door mat. Or the one that says, "I hope you brought wine." Ah well. I found a couple more flamingo things, but discovered to my surprise that they do not carry slipcovers. This strikes me as odd for such a gigantic store. It was difficult to find anyone to help me, but when I did, he was very helpful. Almost everything I bought was summer stuff on clearance. A lot of summer and garden stuff is NOT on clearance. Also weird, as I write this in early November. I didn't really need two adorable garden gnomes, but I wanted them. Alas, not on clearance, and neither was the large grey resin alligator. I probably would have bought it at $40, but definitely not at $80. Silly impulses can only go so far. $80 is too far for me. Hangers are well priced, will go back and get them another time. It's always the ugliest patio cushions that go on sale. Oh well. Some patio umbrellas are on clearance, others are not. Also weird. Maybe some patterns are temporary and others permanent stock.

Our visit was in mid-October, but they were already setting up for Christmas. Their ornament display is on-point. You can't go to World Market without looking at their food selections. This is the fun part for me as you get some of those international foods from across the pond. Of course you pay more for it here, but sometimes that convenience is worth it. Since we were in and out, I did not run into any employees, but we did get a friendly hello upon entering the store.

I felt the price was reasonable due to the quality and speed of delivery. I got a sectional and got to choose which pieces of the sectional I wanted. My favorite thing about this place is customization! Options are almost endless Service was also amazing. We ended up being in the warehouse past closing because I'm so indecisive lol but the owner (I think) and our sales person John were super patient and helpful with weighing pros and cons. My only reason for 4 stars vs 5 is that we felt the ottoman to match was too expensive and I wish it was included. However, I'm new to furniture shopping of t though so maybe that's just me. I've had the couch for 3 weeks now and I think I may still go back to order the ottoman. It will just complete the set.

Her manager then came up and stood over me and said it's her job to "follow my family and I". This is the most racist experience I've ever had. The furniture of poor quality is already over priced. And to make matters worse the bathrooms were FILTHY. I will also be reporting them to the better business bureau.

However the prices have increased dramatically. Yesterday I was seeing house plant prices between 40 and $80. I found that a bit shocking since what I saw was only 4-6" containers. When I finally asked an employee a question she gave me a very curt answer and went back to what she was doing. I hope Highlands Garden Center and find time to do some employee training.
