Just had an installation for our personal home in Salida. From my perspective, the delivery and installation team is actually the key to our consumer experience satisfaction. Salespeople get us excited about the product. Payment is always kinda painful. Then comes the all important installation! Daniel, Austin and Will were a great, collaborative team. Their conscientious care of both our home and the new appliances throughout the process was exemplary. Their smiles, dedication to explaining each machine and concern about our satisfaction was incredible. Two parts on the dishwasher came with small flaws. She took her time and made sure all of our questions were answered. Naturally, we decided to go back when our GE oven finally died - well, the heating coil caught on fire. Being 25 years old, we decided not to repair it this time. This experience was horrible. The salesman showed us one oven - I never heard of the brand. I was interested in seeing the GE ovens, compare them with the Bosch. No, he would not show us the GE models. I asked to see the floor model of the Bosch oven that was listed on their website to compare prices and quality. He pointed in the general direction of their warehouse. I walked in, looked around but it was pretty full - I could not find it. He did show us the Bosch ovens at least - so one point for that. I was ready to leave, wondering if I could maybe find the original paperwork for the dishwasher to get that fantastic saleslady's name. But, we made our way to another business to purchase a Bosch oven.

First dispatcher was good but had to reschedule with store after calling second dispatcher that insisted, that I got a call from drivers during first attempt but did not. My call to and msg to "The Presidents Line" was not responded to. Guess it's just there to talk to the universe. It's tough to get rebates through their system done but the IT online guy was helpful. I've bought my appliances for the past 15 plus years with them but will be shopping and possibly using other sources especially because of the lack of the managements concern and some grumpy employees. This time around I just needed a new dryer and an employee named Matt helped me out. I paid for it and he said he scheduled the delivery and someone would call me. When no one did, I called the store and Amy apologized and said he had not scheduled anything (also Matt was no longer with their company). Now I was an additional week out from receiving the new dryer. When no one called to confirm that second delivery date, I called back and Amy had not scheduled it appropriately either. After that, I cancelled the order altogether as the manager Jeff offered a measly $100 credit as an apology. I confirmed the cancellation with John and after 7 days and no refund hitting my bank, I called AGAIN. Klein answered this time and said the refund had never gone through! When I spoke with Jeff he blamed it on the fact that I used AuthV payment type (link sent to you via the phone) and it was a holiday weekend. WHICH IT WASN'T WHEN I FIRST SCHEDULED THE DELIVERY. This store has really gone downhill and I am so saddened to not do business with them again. Senior leadership should be reviewing these countless customer service issues at this store. There is a HUGE disconnect somewhere

Mario and Alex were on time per the original time window, but about 1/2 hour earlier than indicated in the tracking. (Luckily we were dressed.) They were courteous, and very quick--after they left, we realized they were so quick because they had done a half-assed job of assembly: 1. New frame was attached precariously to our existing headboard--bolts not tightened (just pushed against the wall) and on one side Mario didn't install a nut and washer. 2. They said the bolts didn't line up with the holes already drilled into the headboard, so they used only one bolt on each side. They did line up. My husband installed the additional bolts. 3. Connecting straps to hold the bases together were not installed. If you have delivery from Denver Mattress, be sure to supervise every step of assembly carefully. I did like the level and amount of email/text communication and the delivery information included a photo of one of the workers. That is brilliant and creates a greater sense of security.
